Adobe Acrobat Sign

Recently, I have not been receiving e-mails notifying me the signer has signed the document with the signed document attached.Not going to spam.

How do I require that all of the fields in a template be filled out? I have the issue of a signer only choosing to fill out some of the fields instead of all of them and submitting an incomplete document.

Is there a way to edit the prefilled sections after I have sent the document for signature (but before it has been signed)? I have clients who change their minds about services, and it would be nice to be able to edit the prefilled portion of the document rather than having to cancel, re-create and resend every time.

We are currently using the Salesforce-Adobe Sign integration. Is there a way to render a page based on a merged field?I tried to manipulate the #REMOVE_PAGE_FROM_OUTPUT tag but was unsuccessful. ex. {{#REMOVE_PAGE_FROM_OUTPUT:showif(mCCT=1)}}Has anyone been able to successfully execute something similar?The reason for this is that we have multiple contracts and, based on certain conditions, we would like the client to get the appropriate contracts within the same email. Hello, we are using adobesign for apartment leases. For various reasons we have to use the setting "sign in any order", even though what we really want is for all tenants to sign first and the rep from our company to sign last.After clicking the "send" button, I still need to pre-fill some fields on the form. HOWEVER, it requires me to pre-fill AND sign at once. I cant pre-fill without signing. The result is that tenants receive a lease with all the important fields BLANK (like monthly rent, security deposit, move-in date).How can I pre-fill a template and send it, without also signing first?Thanks

We have an EchoSign account with lots of documents in it. We now need to retrieve the documents from another application and would like to use the SOAP or REST API for it. I have an API key and managed to get the SOAP API working. Unfortunately I did not find a way do retrieve documents by their name? The creator of the documents did not provide an externalID. Is it possible to add externalID to existing documents (e.g. set the externalID to the name)?

How can we achieve the following workflow using Adobe Sign REST API and embedding complete UI in our application?1. Configuring signing tabs in fillable PDF documents and save it to Library. For configuring signing tabs the Adobe Sign UI should be accessible in our application.2. After populating the fillable PDF documents in our application send the filled PDF documents to recipients for signing.3. Recipients will receive notification emails from our web application.4. On click on link in notification emails they will login to our application.5. Once authenticated and authorized in our application they will be able to sign the filled PDF document using the Adobe Signing UI embedded in our application.6. Once recipients sign the document our application can download the signed document We want the above complete workflow to embed in our application so our users can access the Adobe Sign UI from our application only.

We are looking for a way to mask or encrypt data when it is returned to us after the customer has signed. We need to be able to access that data in an additional form within Adobe Sign but the data cannot be shown on the document that is signed and emailed. This issue is a CPI compliance violation and if we cannot get that with Adobe Sign then we will have to go back with our previous esign program.

So, I signed a document with Adobe Sign and the document has been sent. After that I was offered to save just signed document, which is a great idea, because I need to keep a copy for myself. So the system gave a link for downloading the document. Since I did it on my phone I decided to save the link and open it later on desktop. But when I tried to open the link (3 mins after signing) I saw a message that page was not found. What the hell??The most hilarious part is when you click on the link Contact support you get another 404 page. Are you kidding me?How can I get my document back?

I was trying to test out the "In-Person" signing feature on the mobile App and I also added additional signers for a form, but the form has not been sent to the additional signers.  My in-person signer was able to sign successfully, but now the form is "waiting to sync" and has not been sent to the additional 2 signers.  Any idea what step i may have missed or if a setting needs to be modified? These test sends were around 3:00pm cst on 12/15/2016 and are still "waiting" to do something at 9:00am cst the following day.  Below is a screenshot from my iPhone 5se.

just joined adobe sign. Very cool, excited to see the iPhone app dashboard. but the app will not let me sign in. Username/password reset error. I've verified my username and password online. could it be an issue with the latest app? or iOS10?

Hi all, a bit of help please.I am currently attempting to create a Presite meeting form, for use on either laptop or tablet. Different aspects of the job about to start are covered off and certain criteria agreed upon. The form as per my current paper versions would be sent to each of the persons involved, with a secure version for my files kept. I would like to be able to pass the tablet (either iPad, Android or Surface Pro 4) around and have each participants, up to 6, be able to type, or write using the tablet pen or finger, their name, position, email address and draw a signature. Once all the criteria has been agreed I would digitally sign the form, flatten and distribute to all for their records.Can this be done?. If so the steps required please.  I have created only a few forms, a number of which I sign before, so therefore can you please assume I'm a novice at this.Thank you in advance for help on this matter.RegardsDave

when the email from the person signing document.  I can view the attached document on the reply to account but the person in the Carbon Copy CC of the email is not getting that same pdf attachment.   Thursday 12/8 and prior the attachments always happened correctly.   Starting Friday 12/9/2016 the attachments stopped.   The account set up did not change.  The attach a PDF is checked and always has been.

Hi,I want to be able to send one-off reminders to people with unsigned agreements. I find that the messaging in Adobe Sign is clunky and it looks better if I sent a regular email (outlook, for example). I was hoping to be able to find the URL of the agreement somewhere, so that in my email in Outlook has the URL, where they can click on and it takes them to sign.Any thoughts?

I received a document back which had signature fields for 2 parties.  They both indicated that they used the 'Type' option to represent their signature,  but all I am seeing is a series of dots.  Any thoughts on what might have caused this?  This has happened on a few occasions.Chris.

I am trying to do echosign integration (to do signature on pdf) by using the api call and we are using the api as https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService17?wsdl and operation as sendDocument.   I have passed pdf document to fileInfo using url parameter but I am getting below fault  <soap:Fault xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode><faultstring>Adobe Sign was unable to process your PDF document(s) because we were unable to read one or more of them.
