Hoi,I am trying to use adobe esign service rest api, as listed in https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v5 , an access token is required for rest api call. Because we are using the rest api in our java backend service implementation, we want to implement it without user interaction. So no user login /redirec etc. Is it possible to retrieve an access token or some api key for the rest api programmally thanks in advance
From within Adobe Reader DC if I use the Send For Signature from the Tools menu I get the message that:The Page you are trying to access is not valid. However, if I close the pdf and then open Adobe sign directly it lets me upload the same document.Using the Adobe Reader DC option has been working fine until very recently and just seemed to suddenly stop working. It works on another PC using other sets of credentials so I don't think it's anything to do with an updateAny assistance appreciated.
Good afternoon,If a PDF has been sent back and further details need to be added how can we resend this back to the customer with the info they have already entered rather than starting with a blank form?Regards,Katie
We are trying to create a Time Sheet for our employees to use while in the field to track thier time. We have made a template and experimented and the one question we have is, can someone enter thier document add some information to some of the fields, log out and come back later to add more with out loosing previous data. When complete then do final sign for it to go our payroll?[Asking in the correct forum helps... Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to specific Program forum... Mod]
I'm new to Adobe cloud products and purchased the DC. We are attempting to use the Sign product and was able to create a PDF from a document we had locally, set the form fields, then send it to a single person for signature. We have a few questions that we need help with:1) How do we send it to a mass number of users?2) Since we are the authors of the document, why are we required to sign it as well? How can we disable this?3) More than one person will need to monitor the outstanding signatures. How do we add users to our account so they can login and monitor the responses? Thanks in advance...
In many agreements the places that signers sign is different than where the counter signers sign. This isn't an issue when the number of signers is known when creating a document, but if the document is designed for a variable number of signers then it becomes problematic to get the final signature in the correct location. It would be nice to be able to specify a final or sender as the participant on a signature block then the last participant or the sender would sign in a specific location.
Is it possible to convert a document template with fields already completed, into a widget without having to import the text document and painstakingly replace all the fields again to mirror the original format?
I am using the following URL in a custom button on the Apttus Agreement screen in Salesforce."/apex/Apttus_Echosign__SelectAttachment?targetPageURL=/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess?masterid=" & Provider__c & "&templateId=a02F0000007OiLG&Id=" &Id&"&AccountID=" & Provider__c When the user clicks on the button, it will take them to Select Attachment screen. I select an Attachment and click Select. When I go to the final landing page - EchoSignAgreementAdvanced, I do not see anything I setup on my EchoSign Agreement Template.PLEASE HELP. This is a client request.

Hi All,I would like to know the following capabilities of Adobe Esign in terms API integration.1. How do we customize the email functionality and only upload the document and create the widget URL. How can we achieve this?2. How does we enable callback functionality with Adobe Esign. I would like to have the response structure as the same in not available as part of REST API ?3. What kind of security is provided for request and response. Does it support oAuth2 authentication in both ways?4. What is the vaulting option. Does it encrypt the document while storing in Adobe Esign. If we are not using this option of vaulting, how does Adobe Esign secure the document ?5. How many days the document lies in the Adobe Esign storage when it is not a transient document ?6. Does SOAP API is legacy and we need to use only REST API going forward?
I am so frustrated!! I have windows 10 using Firefox. When I upload a document from MS One Drive or MS Word my document has boxes added at the bottom that I did not add myself. In my example, after the word "today." there are two boxes that I DID NOT ADD IN. I haven't yet done anything to the document (i.e., no signature boxes or anything), it simply uploads with these boxes. Here is a partial screen shot:Please help!
Unable to sign into Adobe Acrobat to convert pdf to word
Hello,I received an email to sign some forms. When I click the link to review and sign it brings me to the Adobe Sign page, but it gets stuck on "Preparing Documents" and never loads anything. I'm using a Mac and I've already tried using a different browser with no luck. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks so much.
If I create a form for my employees to use and they all have it on their iPads, when they work with clients can they add signatures to the document if they just have the basic Adobe Reader? Or, would they need Adobe Acrobat in order to sign documents and save them?
I'm on an esign 15 day trial and I'm trying to get a megasign working that automatically enters different info for each recipient. If I use their sample csv and only select their "Signer Info Fields" - "Signer Name" it will correctly include the person's full name. However if I try to include it on each agreement as a custom field using {{_es_signer_fullname}} I can't get any fields included in the sample csv or any of my custom fields that I want to include. Can anyone point out what I'm doing wrong as I'm sure it's something simple. Thanks!
I'm unable to edit uploaded documents in Adobe Sign. I can view documents, but when I go to edit, I get the message: For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later. I have Acrobat Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat DC installed. I've tried this on both my Mac and PC with the same result. Any help appreciated.
I have issues with two form fields.1. The signer info field for Name. It's unfillable and does not appear to be autofilling for this particular client either.2. A large text box doesn't allow my client to fill it out with multiple lines. It just creates huge text. It makes no sense. How do I give them a large space in which to write their mailing address? This of course creates the issue that if I have to cancel that contract and redo the form fields, I'll lose one of my allowed sends for the month. Certainly not preferable since it's the app's difficulties that may cause a need to resend. Very disappointing as well that I can't speak with ANYONE at Adobe when the program is behaving poorly.
Please introduce a distributor/agent who sales "Adobe Sign" in Taiwan, thank you.
I keep trying to send a document to sign. It allows me to upload it and everything and then when you press send, it goes and then gives you an error 404 page.
Hello,I need help. I have an existing agreement formatted and structured with sign fields and what not, and I need to add a second page to this existing formatted agreement? Is this possible?
I get this message every time I try to send a document for signature, and it has been this way for over a week. I get this message from within my installed DC app on multiple devices. When I try to sign into my cloud.acrobat.com account, and go to "send for signature," i get an endless loop of the first screen that says "send documents for signature in a few simple steps" when I click the button for "send for signature," "dashboard," or "sent files." Please tell me what is going on.
