I am setting up a routing for approvals of expenditures.  I will need a dozen or so signature blocks in DC eSign.  I only see 6 signatures in the drop down for the signature block.  Are approvals limited to 6?

Not able to send a document for signing. It just times out and goes nowhere.  Ideas?

I contacted support about this earlier and they told me to look here but there is not much to see in terms of any solution?This error happens on every device but the template is fine in the brower version.

The top/left leaf icon when creating a doc disappeared when I upgraded from demo to payed version..Now I cant save as template or doc, so I cant use the fields from the previous version when slightly changing a document, I must reinsert everything from scratch How to have that icon back ?

When Creating a widget, there is always an extra page added to the end of my document. As you can see in the photo, it's just a blank sheet asking for fields that are already in my form. I contacted support and they said that an email and signature block need to be in the document...both fields are present in my document already.Is it at all possible to remove this extra page?

I have a situation where all of the PDFs we need signed are created for each customer individually and on the fly. I need to be able to define the signature field using the API only.Is this possible? I cannot edit the pdf and add any sort of tags. It would have to be done using an x,y coordinate value.

Hello - I'm working out a way to have our customers sign an agreement placed in an iframe on our site. The customer will be logged in, and I've created a widget template to be used in the admin. When I try to generate a createPersonalUrlWidget to provide a url to embed in an iframe, I get the following response from the API (v20):One or more errors has occurred.  Document Title is required.There is no reference to where this is being triggered, I would assume that it would be in the fileInfos portion of the requeset, but according to the documentation, I'm passing all of the required parameters into the request already. Where do I add the 'Document Title'?

When I click, view dashboard, I am taken to https://na1.documents.adobe.com/account/home but the page is blank.

with esign services (echosign), the free trial does not allow to save a form to the library, to be used over and over again. What level service does one have to purchase in order to get that functionality? Is individual sufficient?Thanks!

I am using Adobe EchoSign in a corporation.   I using Chrome with the latest updates (Version 46.0.2490.86 ~ 64-bit) on the browser.  I have placed all my signature fields into the document successfully until i get to the "send" step.  The system successfully creates the <filename>.audit.pdf file but the system hangs on the message "sending document" and the squares (hour glass) displays and never sends the document.  This was working fine for me a few days ago. Please can you let me know the following:Tell tale signs that something might not be set up correctly?Anything on the browser I can check or troubleshoot?Expected or known issuesPlease let me know what I can do to help troubleshoot.  Thanking you in advance for any help.Kind regards.
