Adobe Acrobat Sign

When adding text fields, if I edit the field and click save, the webpage resets and resets all fields.  Everytime.  It worked previously and I'm not doing anything different.  I signed out, closed my web browser, restarted my computer, deleted the document and started with a new one.  None of that helped.  I still can't edit a field.

how do you change or edit a document that has been sent out for signature, without having to delete and re-upload it? or is there a way for the person signing on the other side to cross off, mark up, or make side notes on the doc?

How do I calculate fields in a word doc for subtotal, total, etc. using a standard table??

Hello,I had Adobe Echosign in the past.  I have some contracts saved there and I am paying a separate fee for that service.  I am now paying for Adobe DC for the redaction tool and see they have signature services.  My questions are:  1) How do I merge my old Echosign contracts with my new Adobe Pro account so I can cancel my Echosign account2) How do I use the signature tool?  I need to upload a contract and send it out to a client.thank you!Linds

Is it possible to tweak the wording on the "This Document is Password Protected" screen of documents sent out for signature. I'd like to tweak the language to my audience. Nothing fancy just text changes.

Is there a way that a signer in the chain can reject a document so that it won't go to the next person?

We have created a form which is a way of recording a list of passenger details, for each passenger there are 4 fields and we are allowing for up to 80 passengers.Whether these form elements show is also dependent on a radio button having a certain value so each Passenger field has a related conditional attached.Now the issue is when client chooses the radio button that does not show the passenger fields there is about up to a 25 second delay before the form reacts and takes the user to the signature panel.Is this purely a numbers issue – so many conditionals to work out (320 individual elements) before it can move? Or is there something else?Your help would be appreciatedThanksJohn

On a form we have a series of fields that contain calculations which the user fills in as they tab through. (works fine) These are required fields.The next section (a radio button) asks a simple yes/no question with a conditional text field underneath. A 'YES' and the user correctly fills in the text field, a 'NO' and they 'should' move to the next section. However if the user 'Tabs' from a 'NO' answer then the Tab action takes them to the previous field and not the next field.If the same process happens using the 'NEXT' label indicator then the order is correct and the user is moved through the form in the correct direction.This happens in two separate locations on the form - both times the user is taken to the first field even though the fields are completed.Anyone had a similar experienceThanksJohn

I run a lettings agency and am wondering if it is possible when sending an inventory document for signature, could I send supporting photographs. Only the inventory document would require signature. The photos are referred to within the inventory document but don't require signing.

Client comment received second day in a row.And you should let your contact at Echosign know that I could not complete this electronically via my iPhone in either Safari or Chrome.  I got the signature part via cellphone to work but the submit button wouldn't fire and typing method didn't work at all.  Assume Echosign knows the percentage of people who now work off their mobile phones.WTF?

I can't seem to find some contracts that have been signed by the second party to validate our contract. I have noticed that there are 3 files that have been shared at the same exact time from the History Tab. Within my laptop email program, I have also found historic traces of the email notification of the signed contracts by the second party, but cannot find the actual email message anymore as well.Can I request to retrieve previous states of my account? This might go back 12 to 16 months, perhaps a little more. Would this be possible? Should I report it as fowl play or is there a logical explanation that I am missing?Thanks for any info.

I want to be able to send forms with expandable text boxes through ESign, so I picked up LiveCycle to produce aforementioned form. But now ESign claims these PDFs are not in a format readable by ESign - is this because they are now Dynamic PDFs? Can ESign not use those? If so, is it likely that this feature will be added?

When creating a personalized widget via the API is it possible to still have the signer verify their identity via a link in their email (just like a normal widget). At the moment when I create a personalized widget and it's signed, there is no verification process. I.E. An email is not sent to signer where they have to click to complete the signing process.
