Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello, I work in a relatively small organization where in our authorization matrix, same departmental managers wear multiple hats and appear in the approval flow multiple times.  Because of the design of the Adobe sign in our organization, he has to approve same items multiple times under his various roles (as department head, as head of other departments etc).  Due to the Adobe sign template having been created copying a larger organization model, it is creating duplicate approval work for approvers in our smaller organization.  Apart from the fact that getting multiple signatures on same items from the same people is not a meaninful value-adding activity, we believe there should be more systematic way to automatically fill in the required signature boxes requiring the signatures from the same person rather than getting him physically to approve multiple times.  Please could anyone let me know where we can get this support, as we do not have the knowledge with

Hello I manage about 30 users and we started recently to use eSign. I would like to know if I could impose my users to have it in English (by defaullt, because of our location they are directed to the French language site) as well as for them to have to use the "e-Signature Block (with email)" type of signature, that we much prefer for audit reasons. I believe I have a Teams and not Enterprise license, though not 100% on that. Thanks in advance! 

Looked around, can't find the admin panel (got our account through TechSoup, so "personal" account). How can I turn off Require Signer to verify their email address?

We noticed the following situation:If the Adobe Sign signature request email is forwarded (not delegated) to a third party, the third party can sign the document with the forwarder's signature.An example:1) Person A requests Person B's signature, Person B receives it   Adobe Sign Mail requesting a signature.2) Person B forwards this email to person C.3) Person C follows the link from the forwarded (non-delegated)     Mail and opens the document in Adobe Sign.4) In Adobe Sign, person C, when clicking in the signature field, becomes the      Person B's signature displayed.5) If person C signs the document, Adobe Sign concludes that person B     has signed. This is also reflected in the test report.Although in the case Person C “signed,” the document records that the signature came from Person B.T Is anyone familiar with such behavior? 

Hello, I am attempting to create a document that requires filling in payment information. I want to create a condition where if a checking option is checked a savings option does not need to be required. Can someone assist with this? I can also provide any additional information. Thanks!

I have a standardized document (timecard) that multiple users will send to their manager for signature.  I created a template placing the fields for Sender ("Add me" option for self signing) and the Signer (Manager). The template was designed to place the fields in the right place on the form so users can simply apply the template rather than separately add the fields each week. When the template is applied, the fields are correctly assigned but their size and placement is not right. What am I missing?  

Hi - so I've created a webform that is functioning as designed; I have a signature tag for my customer (assigned to "web form signer") and one signature tag assigned to a designated countersigner (our legal dept). However, when a completed document comes in, I am listed as a particpant in the contract, despite not having completed any fields or participating in any signatures -  presumably since I created the webform using my account? Is there a way to get my name off of the completed doc confirmation? In this example, "mickey mouse" went to the webform and populated the initial signature, it was then routed to Sarosh (my designated countersigner from legal) and I was uninvolved, but my name is still #1 on the confirmation:   

Hello, when sending a PDF  for signatures the format has changed. The text that displays on my PDF fits and is visable in each text box that I am using but when I send for signatorys, some of the text in the boxes is no longer visable. I have ticked multi line.  This has only changed this week. How do I ensure that all text is visable for the signer to view?

Hello, We have recently launched AdobeSign in our company and we are struggling with reoccuring problem, that makes the signing process for us and our customers difficult. We would like our customers to have an option to either sign or delegate agreements for signatures, as we don't always know who the correct signatory is. We don't want to assign them a "delegator" role, as this one doesn't allow to sign if they are actually the signatories. We're aware of two options for delegating for signature (one in email as per attached scheenshot, second in options inside of the agreement), but many of our customers complain that they do not have those options at all, and as such, they cannot delegate agreements. As a result cancel agreements, then re-upload and resend again to right signatories , which is a bit of struggle and not a cost-effective way.  We're also aware of the option to replace signers in the settings, but we feel it is still a workaround, and not idea

Hello,  I would like to create a flow where an email is sent to a signatory, the signatory provides their signature, and the timestamp and signatory info is stored in a list. I would like this flow to repeat for multiple signatories. I would also like the flow to notify the sender once the document is signed and store the file in a list. Is it possible to create a workflow in Adobe Sign for obtaining the signatures and then use Power Automate to store the document? Would it be best or easier to use the Adobe Sign Power Automate Integration or to start from Power Automate? 

Hi - hoping someone can assist. I have created a form that signer 1 needs to fill out part 1 and sign, then signer 2 needs to fill out part 2 and sign, then signer 3 needs to approve and sign. Questions:1. Is it doable? The form can still be modified after a ditially signature?2. Is it possible to do through Adobe Acrobat Sign? Thank you very much.

I'm running into something strange when creating a web form via Adobe Sign. The form was created within my Adobe ID environment. If I share the web form with my customer (the end user), the customer can still make changes and then distribute them. But when the form is filled in, it turns out that my customer is not the sender, but me, with my email address / Adobe ID (including company name!) shown. How do I make my customer the owner of the web form?Is it true that the only way is for me to upload and post-process the form within the customer's cloud subscription?Thank you in advance for your answer!

I have been in chat with Adobe about this issue only to be told that he would escalate to Adobe sign--I'm not holding my breath for a call back from Adobe in the sky.  Please help.I am using Acrobat Pro and when I try use fill & sign I get an error message and to try again (which repeats indef).  When I try to use send for signature, I get error message "access denied.  You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT admin to gain access."  I have been able to use fill & sign in the past as well as signature so I am not sure what is the issue.  Currently up-to-date.  I am running Acrobat DC (19.012.20034).  I have restarted app, rebooted, logged into doc cloud and tried that way with the same results, opened different pdf's with the same results, and now I am out of ideas.  TIA

I have created a PDF in Illustrator, then opening it in Acrobat to prepare are form. When I send the form out to request a signature, the color of the green that I am using is way off. I can see this in both Safari and Chrome, and the PDF thumbnail in my email is also off. Everything looks correct in Acrobat. My illustrator document is in RGB color mode. Im attaching an image. Any ideas?

Hi, Is there any way to set up Adobe sign to accept mulitple signatures from the same person but at different times.  E.g. I have a document that needs signing to say a learner has understood the intial assessment on one day.  But as part of the form they also have to sign a mid point review another day, then when that is done and an end point review on another.  All have to be different dates but on one form.   Thanks  

Hi there,I've created a number of web forms from pdfs today and they all have the error message "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'includes')".I tried installing the adobe extension for Chrome because that seemed to solve the problem for other people but it hasn't helped in this case.If anyone can tell me how to fix this, that'll be great.Thank you

I have to digitally sign several forms every week but I can only get Adobe to let me Sign when it feels like behaving. I have to try multiple times, over the course of several days, until it finally decides to work. I am able to click on the Signature field and the "Sign with a Digital ID" window opens. I am able to hit continue and view the signature. But when I click on "Sign" nothing happens. It's very inconvenient having to try every day until it decides to work. Sometimes rebooting helps, but not always. I imagine uninstalling and reinstalling is going to be my next step?

I'm currently trying to build a back-end system, i.e. no user interface which should send documents out for signature using Echosign.The page for configuring the Oath token requires a redirect URL, but obviously my application doesn't have a UI and therefore no redirect URL either.Clearly there is a whole OAuth world that I can dive into now, but I'm hoping to use their API quickly without needing to understand all the ins-and-outs of OAuth first. All of the samples seem to be based on a web interface scenario, which is not the case for me. I have found another option is to use the Integration Key as Access Token. The last post is 3 years ago, then i am not sure Integration Key is available or not

I have tried using send for signature and am getting an error message saying please try again. This was working fine up until this week

Once all the approvers have signed the document, the approved document is distributed via email automatically to all the approvers.  I don't want this automatic email to occur because I need to control the distirbution of the document.  How do I change this setting.
