Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,I've created a simple Adobe Sign form with 11 checkboxes.  PROBLEM:  I need to limit the number of checkboxes a user can select to 4 of the 11.  Can anyone help me with this please?  

Description of the Issue:When using Adobe Acrobat Sign on a mobile device, specifically involving two signers, the document requires signatures from both parties. The first signer successfully signs the document, and their signature appears as expected. However, wehn the second signer do the same the system still shows the message "One required field left" and does not allow the second signer to complete their signature. Eventhough all required fields are filled. Expected Outcome:This issue appears to be specific to mobile devices, signing works as expected on desktop platforms.Both signers should be able to sign the document successfully, and the message "One required field left" should disappear after the second signature is added.

Let's say I have a document to be signed by five people.  Four people have signed it, but one has disappeared. Is there a way to get Adobe Sign to consider this partially signed document to be complete with just the signatures that it has, or will the document be stuck in the cloud until all signatures are completed?

E Signature is a wonderful tool for real estate contracts, but the problem I am having is I get an offer signed, then present that to the owner and likely there is a counteroffer. But Adobe locks the signed offer and I cannot change it anymore. I need this system to keep the document open until a price and conditions are agreed upon. I am in New Zealand and this is the way contracts are negotiated, it must only be done by signed offers etc. Is there a way to use e-signature and keep the document "open" for changes?  Regards Franklin.

Is there any way to change the setting for [Page Extraction] from Not Allowed to Allowed for the [security] level of documents sent via Adobesign?   

SSO is enabled. Now for few users and executives, they will have many different documents to esign every day. Document have different content. Now from user experience perspective, when they esign using SSO, they need to sign-in for each document. This is too much sign-in for them. Is there a way 1. Sign-in once using SSO and esign for couple or many document at once?OR2. They can check the list of documents and e-sign once?OR 3. Any other alternative using admin console or using enterprise or business account?

Adobe Sign: Want to set default radio button selected /checked using mergeInfo agreement api. For example:  Using api : https://api.na1.echosign.com/api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formFields/mergeInfo{      "defaultValue": "1",      "fieldName": "partnership"} In above example i am trying to do the same but not shoiwng radio as a selected on adobe signurl. Can some on ehelp me on the same?

Have a simple PDF template and have entered text in all the appropriate boxes. This saves without issue. However when I try to send the document for e-signature, at the point I enter the recipients e-mail details, the template boxes empty of all the saved text.   

How can I skip a signer who is not able to sign and get the rest of the "que" to get their turn?

Acrobat used to have the capability where you could add a signature with the form fill tool, save and close it, then any user that fills the form could click on the field and establish and save your digital signature and then save their document.  Now however I click on the signature field and it just types my name as if it were a standard text field.  Any thoughts on how to make this work for an actual digital signature for any user that fills the document, as it used to?  I am using Adobe CC so my software is updated.  Thank you.

I am trying to sign a single document through Fill & Sign.This document will only ever need one signature, mine.Website is insisting I define an 'agreement name', and provides no explanation as to why or what that is.This is confusing and I am not proceeding without understanding the workflow.

I have typed several incorrect emails in the past when doing Request Electronic Signatures in Adobe PDF Pro. I cannot seem to delete these incorrect emails from the memory cache and I am always in danger of clicking on them again. Is there any way to delete the incorrect ones from memory?

in my 30 day trial period i was able to send contracts to my clients almost exactly like i did with docusign. After i purchase a license, all the good features are in Enterprise. Adobe Sign gets the job done, but it looks and feels cheap to your client when the Email Subject line says FROM ADOBE

We are integrating Adobe Sign into our workflow. The workflow consists of three processes, and each process requires signatures. We have just created three signature positions: {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} for processe 1, {{Sig_es_:signer2:signature}} for processe 2, and {{Sig_es_:signer3:signature}} processe 3. For each process, we are calling the ‘IO.Swagger.Api.AgreementsApi CreateAgreements’ method. The first process can successfully sign singer1, the second and third processes fail to recognize the positions of signer2 and signer3.. Hi I am using Document Builder Conditional content operator to display selected phrases in the document.In my usecase i have 2 conditions to check, before displaying a pharse. Example belowif Industry is Retail and Department is not Sales, then display a particular pharse. Is this possible?  

Hi, We recently experience a delay when receiving the webhook from adobe. For example when the user has signed the agreement, we received the webhook for that event 5 minutes after that. Is there anything change on Adobe that might causing this issue? Thanks,Joppy

Hallo, mir stellt sich die Frage ob es möglich ist - nachdem ein Dokument zur Unterzeichnung bereits losgeschickt wurde - jemanden als Empfänger/Unterzeichner hinzuzunehmen?Fallbeispiel:Ich schicke einen Vertrag zum Kunden (an meinen Ansprechpartner). Intern muss er diesen Vertrag jedoch auch zusätzlich durch seinen Vorgesetzten zeichnen lassen, der mir nicht bekannt ist und den ich somit nicht als Empfänger vorgesehen habe. Kann mein Ansprechpartner nach seiner Unterschrift das Dokument seinem Chef zur Verfügung stellen und dann erst zur Gegenzeichnung zurück senden? Oder muss ich mir zwangsweise vorab alle notwendigen Daten der zu unterzeichnenden Personen einholen und diese als Empfänger hinterlegen? Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.
