Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe sign is detecting a signature box already filled and request another approver on it. How to remove this incorrect box identification?

Hello we have noticed a change in behavior related to creating webooks.Before July 20th we would create a webhook by posting to:https://secure.na3.adobesign.com/api/rest/v6/webookLooking a the request in the API logs this would show the following:requestUrl : rest/latest/webhooksoriginal-path : /rest/v6/webhooks  Starting on July 21th the requestUrl has changed:requestUrl : /v6/webhooksthis throws a INVALID_WEBHOOK_CONDITIONAL_PARAMS error.With a link to : https://secure.na3.adobesign.com/public/docs/restapi/vSGWwhich gives a page not found error.Has the routing of webhook requests changed in some way?   

I am trying to sign a single document through Fill & Sign.This document will only ever need one signature, mine.Website is insisting I define an 'agreement name', and provides no explanation as to why or what that is.This is confusing and I am not proceeding without understanding the workflow.

I have typed several incorrect emails in the past when doing Request Electronic Signatures in Adobe PDF Pro. I cannot seem to delete these incorrect emails from the memory cache and I am always in danger of clicking on them again. Is there any way to delete the incorrect ones from memory?

By mistake, I was registered in the "free trial" of Adobe Sing with my business email, now,the trial period ended, and  I can no longer sign the documents. Is there a way to delete my business account from Adobe ?

in my 30 day trial period i was able to send contracts to my clients almost exactly like i did with docusign. After i purchase a license, all the good features are in Enterprise. Adobe Sign gets the job done, but it looks and feels cheap to your client when the Email Subject line says FROM ADOBE

We are integrating Adobe Sign into our workflow. The workflow consists of three processes, and each process requires signatures. We have just created three signature positions: {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} for processe 1, {{Sig_es_:signer2:signature}} for processe 2, and {{Sig_es_:signer3:signature}} processe 3. For each process, we are calling the ‘IO.Swagger.Api.AgreementsApi CreateAgreements’ method. The first process can successfully sign singer1, the second and third processes fail to recognize the positions of signer2 and signer3.. Hi I am using Document Builder Conditional content operator to display selected phrases in the document.In my usecase i have 2 conditions to check, before displaying a pharse. Example belowif Industry is Retail and Department is not Sales, then display a particular pharse. Is this possible?  

Hi, We recently experience a delay when receiving the webhook from adobe. For example when the user has signed the agreement, we received the webhook for that event 5 minutes after that. Is there anything change on Adobe that might causing this issue? Thanks,Joppy

Hallo, mir stellt sich die Frage ob es möglich ist - nachdem ein Dokument zur Unterzeichnung bereits losgeschickt wurde - jemanden als Empfänger/Unterzeichner hinzuzunehmen?Fallbeispiel:Ich schicke einen Vertrag zum Kunden (an meinen Ansprechpartner). Intern muss er diesen Vertrag jedoch auch zusätzlich durch seinen Vorgesetzten zeichnen lassen, der mir nicht bekannt ist und den ich somit nicht als Empfänger vorgesehen habe. Kann mein Ansprechpartner nach seiner Unterschrift das Dokument seinem Chef zur Verfügung stellen und dann erst zur Gegenzeichnung zurück senden? Oder muss ich mir zwangsweise vorab alle notwendigen Daten der zu unterzeichnenden Personen einholen und diese als Empfänger hinterlegen? Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.

We have integrated AdobeSign into one of ASP.NET application butAdobeSign is not sending emails with specific excel attachments(with multiple worksheets and pivoting) to receipents, instead its set email status to cancel in Adobesign admin panel, what could be the possible cause for this? Thanks.

Does anyone know how to get salesforce merge fields to work in formulas?if( {{!ACCOUNT_NOTE_AND_DOCUMENT_GROUP_CONTRACT}} = 1 ) event.value = (checkbox) else (unchecked box)) The mergefield is returns a value of 1 currently, and in the actual formula I have the checkedbox right and the blank checkbox but it gives me values R and £ here. Many thanks if anyone can help!

Is there a way to attach a document to a workflow at the same time as the existing Templates for a customer Workflow?  If not is there another way to send a document through a predefined workflow? The documents I have in mind will be unique each time and generated from an ERP system so creating a Template each time is not ideal. Thank you in advance!

Hi   I did a search but the only feed did't really help.   I have an account that I set up and tested and all seemed OK, other then the "Demo Use Only" flag, have now paid for a year's subscription, created a document for signing and still getting the "Demo Use Only" flag.   Is there a delay in removing this from the account, or am I missing something.   My account has me as the main user, but I had created sub-users and I was using one of those.   Thanks

I receive errors when attempting to send documents out for signature either through the desktop app or web portal. I receive the following message:"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."I am currently unable to send out documents for signature.

If you have a plan vip with transactions and it is an enterprise plan, in the future you can change or downgrade to a business plan? We don't have any integration, but we don't want to lost anything with the transactions completed, and we need to know if we can change the plan from enterprise to business. We don't know if we can have any issue with the Adobe ID.

Hi all,Using the flow "Create an agreement from a library template and send it for signature" on Microsoft Power Automate. My template has 2 participants that are required to sign, and when I run the flow I get the following error message: {  "code": "BAD_REQUEST",  "message": "Recipient set is not enabled"} There is something wrong with my flow when I set the participants, so keen to understand how we configure the flow for multiple participants.  

Once I create a document and send it out can I change the document from Sign in order to Sign in any order?  I have a business premium account.  I thought I had selected the Sign in any order, but did not.  Is it possible to edit this feature after the document has been sent?Vici

But we have to handle dotx, potx and xltx-Files. Not supported by Adobe Sign?What can i do? When i try to make a copy from the dotx to docx with Power Automate Flow Copy File Action i can upload the Document to Adobe Sign but the Agreement generation failed.Any automated Workarounds?
