Both the Creative Cloud App on my desktop and the web page for my assets is showing that I have used 45 GB of storage. However, I have no files on the cloud at all at this point. Both on my sync'd folder on my computer, and on the website itself, there are no files. So it should show that I have used zero GB. I have gone into the Deleted folder and confirmed that there are no files in there as well.
Files keep disappearing from Creative Cloud. It randomly deletes files and folders for no reason.

So because of Adobe Muse EOL I cancelled everything Adobe except my cancelled Creative Cloud is supposed to still let me have 2GB storage. I've deleted everything I can see including archived files and CC still keeps notifying me my storage is full. Okay???
I have a bunch of non-normal file types for things, one has a .cpnx extension. The site lists this as an OCTET file type. I've tried manually uploading a new copy of a file that already exists, but when I choose the file it says it's not the same file type (even though it's the same file name and extension) and won't let me upload.
I wanted to put a series of .MOV videos into my CC folder in order to be able to work on a Premiere Pro project at both home and office.30 files for approx. 7Go, max file is 2.5Go, smallest is 250Mo.After a very short while, the CC sync program hogs the computer totally. It's not even possible to move the cursor or very slowly. Mac and tools show it's getting up to 120% of processes.It tried twice, and if you can't at a moment delete the files, the computer end up rebooting itself.
Bad request 400 (on assets2.adobe.com) when clicking on libraries (assets.adobe.com)When will they be integrated again?Sometimes I have the bad request page, sometimes it does work??
My idea is not to redesign your assets website if It breaks key functions. Especially the link to share video, my client has a presentation due tomorrow and needs to also view on their phone. This is really disappointing.This is what I get, and the video will not play.
XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.
Up until recently, if you chose "Collaborate…" in the Creative Cloud Files folder, a browser window would open up with a form to directly share the file/folder with someone. Now it gets redirected to the main Creative Cloud page (the same place "View on Website" would lead you to). The same thing goes for "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" which redirects to the shared assets' page on Creative Cloud (just like "View on Website" would).Tested environments: MacOS Mojave, Windows 10

I moved a file from a folder to an other folder but the file could not tync for some reason, so i tryed again with a copy and that did work. Afterwords i deleted the failed file. But it keeps giving a sync failure, even after i deleted the file (i also emptied my trashcan)Its pretty annoying because of te window that keeps popping up.
whyn I can see and play a MOV video after upload, but the link I´ve emailed is useless? Error message: "No video in supported formats found" I thought it´s adobe... But now I quickly move back to googledrive or dropbox, clients are waiting :((((((
I tried uploading 2 adobe xd files to the adobe Creative Cloud through the upload function on the website. It kept uploading them as ZIPS and not XD files. This prevented me from opening them in the Adobe XD Mobile App. Then I tried "uploading " them through the Adobe XD program. Wich actually is moving them to the Creative Cloud Files folder. The files automatically got put in the deleted folder, essentially removing them from my desktop and making them unacessible. When I try to restore the deleted files I get the error message. "Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0". I expect this to get fixed quickly as it got in the way of my work.
When i click restore from deleted option, the message says files has been restored. But there is no file sync and also the file is not available on the assets files section.The file has completed vanished and i have lost my valuable projects filesWhere are the files?
I selected a file to restore and got a message that it had been successfully restored but I cannot find in any of the other folders. Since there is no search function in the new assets interface, I had to search on my computer (which is synced) but it is not there either. I've refreshed and waited almost an hour but has still not shown up.So, in summary, an important folder that had been previously archived and should have been restored has completely disappeared.
I created several folders in my Cloud for Teams. I invited several people to share the folders. They can see the folders, but I cannot. Why?
my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0" can you help to restore the file and let me download or sync with my local folder? please.
As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.
Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.
Cloud file image thumbnails not visible for any folder. Any thoughts?
In the previous version, you could download as several different file types. This is ESSENTIAL to our team's workflow as different people's software have different requirements. Why did this go away?

From time to time the Library panel becomes unresponsive and I cannot click or select anything. Currently if I double click the library I want to open it opens the colour picker.I can only get it working again by quitting Illustrator and reopening.
Hi,Recently my CC Library inside InDesign has been having a lot of syncing error, forcing me to restart the software more often than I'd like to keep using it. Meanwhile, this doesn't happen at all in Photoshop and Illustrator... Could there be a manual "Re-Synch" option on right click or something so we don't have to restart the app?Thanks!
