Good morning, when opening projects already created or generating new ones, the visualization of the workspace remains black. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Captivate but it doesn't work. I share the error screen. Can anyone help me to fix it? I use a MaxBookPro

I created a training with "next" buttons that had been in the assets section of Captivate that are supposed to appear at a specific time. When I run the slide in captivate they pop up when they are supposed to. When I preview, they never show up. I have reached out to Abobe help twice for this now and each time was told something different. I rebuilt the entire training worried it was the file adn created my own butons with smart shapes and I am still facing the same issue. I have double checked the time line, the timings and have mirrored everything to other trainings that I make in the past that work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi all,Do you have to clear browser cookies after updating a course in Captivate Prime? We currently use CourseMill as our LMS with Storyline 360 as our development tool, and everytime we update a course, users who have already started the course need to clear their cookies in order to see the changes in Chrome. Thanks!

I use Adobe Captivate as my company's LMS. I am trying to edit content uploaded. My thought was to export it, as I have been able to with all other LMS's I've used, but I don't see to see an option. Is it possible to export content from the Content Library? Thanks in advance.

Just took over as the LMS Admin in my new role, i will like to know how to edit the courses in a learning programs as i noticed a course is stoping learners from progressing as the course (scorm file) has an error.  I want to remove the faulty course, while i work on the captivate file.

Dear Community, I've added some columns/fields to our CSV file that we use to upload users to Captivate Prime, and now the file will not upload. If I remove the new columns, it uploads successfully. Any ideas on why I cannot add columns to the csv? Best, Carlina

I published few scorm courses from Storyline 360 into Captivate prime. During testing, I noticed few course are not sychronizing after completed. Any way out of this?

I'm using Adobe Captivate prime v2. And I'm using GET /learningObjects to get learning objects by catalog id. On the first call, my app loads the first 10 items in the catalog and gives me a `next` link, to implement pagination. Hi all,My adobe acrobat XI Pro shows that all comments in the document are authored by me, when in reality there are numerous other participants making the edits. How do I get their names to show as the true author? ( I am not authoring comments at all). Please help,Thank you in advance,SR

Hi there. I have uploaded a video in the content library as well as a scorm 1.2 package. I then created a course which firstly the video plays then continues on to the scorm package.  The problem I have, is that the video at the end of playing continues directly to the scorm package. Is there a way where the video stop / pause at the end of playing and you, as the users / learner, have to manually say / click to continue on the the scorm package?? Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Community!I want to expand the type of courses my learners can take and expose them to deeper rigor than my one-person learning department can currently develop.Any one have any ideas how I can create a "page" or "portal" or "whatever name you give it" that will take a learner to a website like Khan Academy?The Activity Link we can create when adding a module to a course does not do enough for me.To the Adobe Prime Tech TeamI know earlier this year Adobe released connectors to services like MentorManager. I am looking at getting Captivate Prime for my needs as a corporate trainer. One of my key characteristics I look for in an LMS is being able to have quizzes or exams that if a student fails, the second attempt comes up with a different set of questions and answers. The second part of my question is does anyone have advice on using Captivate prime without using Captivate? Or is it beneficial to use both? 

Thinking the Flash kill off is the culprit, but wanted to see if anyone else has ideas on why we can no longer load old Flash courses on the platform. We do courseware conversion and have hours on hours of Flash to convert to HTML5. Any ideas on how we can view these courses going forward?

Hello - We are in the financial industry and thus have plenty of annual compliance courses to assign.Our annual compliance course requirements vary by department. I have identified groups based on custom fields from our Active Directory for these assignments (essentially departments).However we do not assign the full compliance load to temporary/contractors (they instead get a very basic set of courses) I cannot figure out how to exclude... ? - assign to everyone in the Accounting group except to anyone who is also in the contractor group. If I cannot exclude how do I assign if they belong to 2 or more groups?- assign to everyone in the Accounting group who is also in the full time employee group. HELP?Thanks!

Hello community! We are in the process of developing some training that branches off into 2 courses in the LMS. Our goal is to create an automatic trigger at the end of part 1 that prompts the enrollment into part 2 using the learning plan feature. However, the issue comes to wanting to exclude a small number of teams from receiving the part 2 enrollment. I was wonder if there is a way to exlude user groups vs just selecting specific groups. We want all but the small number to be pushed into Part 2. This would be easier to exlcude a smaller number group than include the other numerous groups. The only other thing I can think of is to do manual enrollments to control who gets Part 2.

I am looking for specifics on the Course COVER IMAGE.(per Adobe description: an image to represent this Course - this will appear as the course title) I have found ZERO documentation from Adobe on this...   Further complicating this:  Depending which view someone goes into…  this image is cropped differently (landscape vs square).    I have searched and cannot find any sizing suggestions for this image. Incredibly frustrating that Adobe doesn't have this documented, nor does my Rep respond to this question.
