Hi there! I can't use Media Encoder anymore .. as its shifting the image to the right (aprox100px) and wraps the image to the left side of the frame! This doesn't happen in the AE renderqueue! using the laatest version of AE & AME on Win10.
I have been trying render this video for a few hours and it has stayed at 00:00:01 all the time it hasn't changed or moved. This is a real issue with rendering clips in Adobe Media Encoder. Does anyone have any suggestions to speed up the process?
Specs:I use AE and AME. Every single time I use AME I get a ridiculous amount of export time. Even though most of my edits are 15 seconds.Example:
When I try to export a video from After Effects, media Endocer gets stuck at the very end... I've tried alll kinds of settings, the same thing... When I try to export only video or only audio, then it works no problem. So the issue is probably there, but I have no idea what to do...
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz32.0 GB ram. Windows 10 Pro,Adobe Media encoder CC 2023 version 23.4(Build 47) please can somebody help me get rid of any bugs to stop the freezing/crashing of Adobe Media encoder so I can finish my videos.cheers PhilipO
I've been holding back on upgrading my workflow to the 2023 version because I can't get the same level of performance as the 2022 version, and here's a case in point: I tried rendering a 15-second comp using Encoder 2023, and it took a whopping 6 minutes and 30 seconds. But when I queued up the same comp in Encoder 2022, it only took 36 seconds. The difference is day and night. And it's not just this one comp. It's affecting most of my general After Effects projects that I've tried to render in Encoder 2023. It's frustrating, to say the least.|I'm totally open to working together and discussing this issue. I'd love to upgrade to the 2023 version and check out the new features, but if it keeps screwing up the performance, it's gonna cost me a a lot of time and money during production. Here's what my specs:AMD Ryzen 9 4900HSRTX 2060 Max-Q16 GB RAMWindows 11 2H22NVIDIA Studio Driver 521.61
I don't really know how to describe this but the screenshot really is self explanatory : When exporting with media encoder the very left of my comp end up at the very right ( doesnt happen in preview )Any insights ?I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Media Encoder, and my export settings are supposed to be matching my comp settingsThanks a lot
I just edited a video i recorded with my iphone 6, after i finished i tried using media encoder to render the video but when I view the exported video it is one second or maybe one frame long also my video takes no time at all to export, almost like its not rendering.I'm exporting in MOV and I am using a free trial, i also am not getting any errors.(Not sure if it matters but since i recorded it with a iphone the video file is called IMG_9533)[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][You don't ask Media Encoder questions in the After Effects forum... What the - is going on? For months, every time I have tried to batch render a bundle of live music videos, I keep getting this error; - Source File: C:\Users\Del_7Pro\AppData\Local\Temp\Both Acts Multicam.prproj- Output File: D:\Render Bucket\FreeFoundation_FHD#1.mp4- Preset Used: Custom- Video: 1920x1080 (1.0), 25 fps, Progressive, 100 (63% HLG, 51% PQ), Hardware Encoding, Nvidia Codec, 00:09:08:04- Audio: AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo- Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, Target 16.00 Mbps- Encoding Time: 00:19:5710/11/2022 10:48:40 PM : File Encoded with warning------------------------------------------------------------File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of FreeFoundation_FHD#1.mp4. It would be helpful to have some way of seeing what the render time was for a completed item in the queue, as this helps with planning future renders.
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me why media encoder washes out the colours of your compostions? I know this has been a well discussed topic within forums but none of the solutions seem to be working for me. Any help would be appriciated! You can tell with the example below - 'left' being inside of AE and 'right' being the exported comp. The colours just aren't the same and its really tricky to find out why. Again, any feedback or tips would be really helpful, thank you!
I'm working with Mac Pro(late2013) and I haven't done any update, when I open Media Enconder I always get this message...How can I solve it? ...Adobe Media Encoder Error....Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.
When I try to export a project, the process bar of the video uploading to media encoder is stuck at 60%, and when I manually try to open the app, which is installed, nothing happens. How do I make it so that I can actually export projects? Thank you.
Hola.
Hi, i'm having a problem with videos exported using AME or Premiere in HEVC format.Video exports fine, plays fine, but when i try to jump to any point it freezes. it doesnt freeze the player, just "hangs" there. Tested on two mac systems, intel and m1, and on 5 windows machines using multitude of players. quicktime, vlc, even browsers behave the same way. videos encoded using ffmpeg don't have this issue, neither h264 exported using AME.exporting with keyframes every 25 frames doesnt solve the issue. every preset, setting, bitrate, framerate produces the same result.eventually the player "catches up" but it takes forever- jumping 10 minutes takes 7-8 minutes to catch up. also its filesize dependant- same video in 4k will take longer to catch up than the same file in 720p but if the video is small it will take less time. attached is 10min of timecode that has this issue but any "real" video would be much worse. i think it all began with 23.1, but i'm not sure if it didnt happen ear
je voudrais crée proxy sur première pro mais media encoder ne s'ouvre pas quel est le problème svp?
Hi! I hope this is the correct thread for this issue. I'm doing an animation in After effects, but after I exported it in Media Encoder (I use the GIF format) it creates an image with noisy pixels (see image):Those dots were never present in the animation I was workingBut when I exported it via video (H.264) these dots are goneI wonder if I can do something so I can export it on GIF without having those dots. After effects and Media encoder are updated and I used Fractal noise in the animation, but I don't know if it have something to do with it.I'm also working on Mac, M1 pro Let me know if I need to share the entire gif.
Is it possible to get a "match source" default for the audio channels similar to the aspect ratio/resolution of the picture? It's easy enough to change but its also easy enough to miss when using media encoder to transcode a massive amount of files as deliverables. It could be pretty useful.
Hi all, Since version 2023 of Media Encoder, we have issues with the source file keeps sitting in the 'root' of the watch folder and does not move automaticly to the source folder that was created by ME.There is a empty source folder but no file placed in. We have a lot of watch folders for encoding and we use this also as a visual check, when the source file is moved from the root of the watch folder to the source, we are sure that te conversion is complete. Also when ME is restarted, all the conversion starts over again. Any solutions to this new behaviour since all versions of 2023?Tested with 2022.6.4 and there the source file is correcly moved to a source folder. Thanks for the help.Steven
Media Encoder is taking a very long time to mux H.264 vide and audio. Its wasn't the case in previous versions. Premiere Pro 23.4 Media Encoder 23.4
Merci d'avance !
I launch media encoder via script. It says it's launched but in fact it is not. I submit .epr to render as mp4. It works on one computer but does not on another and render .aac instead. Mod note: Edited for content. Please abide by Adobe Community Guidelines. These are user-to-user forums.
I'm pretty sure this is a bug, but posting as a discussion to see if maybe I'm just missing something. Here's my setup. I have a bunch of my girls' softball games recorded and wanted to add some graphics (scoreboard, scorebug, match graphics, etc.). I worked up some compositions in AE that draw game data from JSX files. I have two JSX files - one with functions I use to format the data for AE, and the other with the game data itself. Each game gets its own gameData.jsx file, but all games share a scoreboardMethods.jsx file. It all looks at works great in AE and in Premiere when I import it, and if I export it directly in Premiere, the export looks perfect. When I send it over to Media Encoder, however, the AE layers that get values from scoreboardMethods.jsx revert to their default values. This ONLY happens in Media Encoder, and I don't get it. Here's an example. I have a matchup composition that I insert at the beginning of the game.&
