Adobe Scan

Bonjour Jai supprimer involontairement un fichier numériser très important il est possible de le retrouver  quelque part ?  Jutilise mon samsung s7 et l'application sur playstore.Comment faire c'est très urgent. Merci pour votre aide 

HiI scan files, click Save PDFthe scans do not apear on the scan listwhat can i do?

Latest update has stopped the syncing between devices now I can only use and view on 1 device even logging out and back on isn't working 

There is an options screen including Share, Open in Acrobat and Fill and Sign that blocks view of save scans. How do I remove this?

In the added pics, it shows that I upgraded to the $9.99 per month subscription, but I STILL can't save my scans. I keep getting a pop-up saying I need to upgrade in order to save more items because the free space is used up. I'm paid....What's going on? I even logged out and logged back in. Thanks! 

Yesterday several of my scanned documents had the word Today on them as the last looked at date. They were that way when I opened up the Adobe Scan app. It seems as if my account was hacked. 1. Is that possible? 2. Can it be traced back to the specific person that may have hacked it?  3. What steps should I take now to prevent this.from happening again?

The Adobe Scan is an amazing app but there's only one thing missing which I think Adobe already knows about. That thing is - There is no option to save the scanned files in the local storage of a device. Adobe's scanned files are saved into it's document cloud and there's no direct way to save it in any device. This drawback or I should say missing option sometimes makes me go with other apps like the famous as well as infamous at the same time - CAMSCANNER, even when I don't want to. So I request, the team Adobe to please add the save to device option in your Scan app and then it will become the no. 1 app in the document scanning app market leaving CamScanner app way way behind...

What I love about Genius Scan is that I can easily send the scan to email, fax (yes it's still used) or Dropbox  chosen folder(s)-which I use daily especially for shared folders for teams.  Another feature I live about GS is that the file is ONLY saved to my device until I share it to MY external server. With this Adobe app, my docs are scanned to the Adobe cloud and then I can share it to email or text from there. I get the pros but that's not enough to make this my primary app.   adobe, let us know when you plan on including fax, Dropbox, and more. This app has a lot of potential, I look forward to using (or Beta testing) future versions. -- a loyal Adobe user since Photoshop Version 1.   [Title renamed by the moderator]

How do I change email on my account

After scaning with mobile app the scan isn't in the library unless you restart the app.

I've made a PDF of scanned documents using the Adobe scan tool. My problem is that I can not edit the text of the PDF. I have the acrobat DC membership but it seems my app is no better than the free adobe pdf reader. I've deleted and re downloaded the app with no changes. I'm on the road and only have my iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using iPhone New iOS version is 13.1.3 OS was updated two days before  App opens, but don't allow to save. While trying to save it crashes  Installed the app again after removing it App was not allowing to sign in with Adobe ID initially While the app scans the document, it is not allowing to save. I have been using the app for a long time. It was amazing! But today i just found out it stoppped working. Everything seems to be the same, but after saving the file. it's gone... i tried several time, even delete and reinstall, not working at all. the home screen just shows "You don't have any scans". Please fix it. iphone 11, ios 13.1.3

I had scanned a lot of important documents a few months back. For many months I was able to access them, add to them and edit with out any issues. Now I logged in for the first time from my new iPhone and they are all gone. I've looked in the DocumentCloud, but that folder is also empty. I had vet records, car maintenance records and receipts that were to be submitted for reimbursement to my HSA totally almost $6000. I need these documents back, where did they go? and it is not under another login, I only use my work account so I know how I logged in each time. help!!!

Very frustrated. On Oct 22nd or 23rd  I scanned several old family photos and a sketch. When I opened the app it asked share as pdf. I clicked no and now all are gone. Never had this problem with cam scanner.

Why your apps works very sloooowwww after last updates on iOS 13 on iphone 7? Can you solve it please? Thx

i use my google_ID login "adobe scan"(iphone 7 plus) ，But I can't find all my previous files now.
