Adobe Scan

Per Adobe Scan Converts Physical Business Cards to Mobile Contacts | Adobe Blog :“just click the new ‘Save Contact’ button to automatically add the person’s name, phone number, email address, and an image of the business card to your contacts”...But, I’m not seeing the scan image in the resulting contact entry.  That’s important in case a typo or some detail is missed.  In the app Preferences there’s an option to save the original to your Photos.  That’s not as useful As having it associated with the contact-card.  What am I missing?

i have Exchange setup as my default contact group but the business  I scan and turn into PDF only add the contact information to my iPhone Address book not Exchange. How do I get the contact to save to Exchange?

I downloaded Adobe Scan to my iPhone. When I open the app all I get is a black screen. Help!

I was using this app extensively for work and then something changed, it stopped letting me email PDF files and I am now only able to email links which will not work on the other end.Is anyone else having this problem, and does anyone know if there is a fix? If not This app is now completely useless to me.

Why the hell did you guys change the email feature to now send only a link rather than the actual PDF file??! It was great as it was where it would actually put in the subject line of the PDF and it put it as an attachment.  It's stupid now if you do share a copy and it doesn't put in the file as subject line, etc It is stupid now put the old feature back!

Just downloaded Adobe scan. No doubt paid for!  Already have Adobe. But scan on both just has a black screen when opening so.    help !

Hi there, I have started using this great app Adobe Scan and Adobe cloud sharing. When I take pictures of a documents on my phone, it simultaneously uploads them to Cloud so I can access them from my computer, which is great. But I like keeping my files organized, and I know I can create folders on my Adobe Scan and organize them there, I would like the fils to automatically saved in a folder in my Documents on my computer. This way I can organize and find them easily when I need them. Is this something possible with settings? Many Thanks

Has anything been done about the app scan going only to the cloud?  I'm not a real big fan of this cloud only option because (to be honest) these companies seem to have a crap record of securing things like this.  Also this cloud only option seems to be a bit out of touch with the customer base.  I never got asked what I would prefer?  I also wonder why the change when the old way was working perfectly fine.

I have scanned a document into my iPad and sent that .pdf file to my desktop computer.  When I move that document into a file for storage there is no thumbnail of the document - only a thumbnail with the Adobe Logo and the title of the document.  How do I get the thumbnail of the document to be visible?

I just installed this two days ago and it worked great. Now it's horrible broken. Unusable.

I have used Adobe Scan on my iPhone for a year. Each scan was saved as a pdf which I emailed to myself for filing. Recently each scan is saved as a URL which I email to myself. But when I open the url I get a large Acrobat logo and a message that says there is nothing stored there.

I just downloaded Adobe Scan to use for all of my notes, etc.  Since I had been using Evernotes for years, I’ve accumulated a lot of notes and created many notebooks.  Is there an efficient way to import my Evernote Notes and Notebooks to have them in Adobe Scan as their new home?  Thank you!

It sees the document but does not make the doc. Just stays in that mode. Same with manual mode. It does highlight the doc in light blue. It was working .

Hola a todos:Llevo algún tiempo usando Adobe Scan en el Ipad y en general siempre me ha dado excelentes resultados, pero últimamente está sucediendo muy seguido que las hojas de los textos escaneados salen de diferentes tamaños, incluyendo algunas que salen muy pequeñas (adjunto foto para que me entiendan). Al principio pensé que se resolvería al abrir el archivo en pdf, pero no se resuelve, en el pdf también salen algunas hojas con un tamaño muy chico. ¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionar ese problema? Ya desinstalé y volví a instalar la app pero nada.

I've had adobe scan on my iPhone for amonth and have been happily using it, not realising that I needed to verify my email address by clicking on a link. The app now wont let me email scans because it says I haven't verified my email address.How can I get a new verification link?

Mundo Adobe Scan don’t works and crash all the time. Can you fix ir, pleas?

i recently switched phones and have been working on a project and habe approximately 800 scanned documents saved into my account. When I switched phones and tried to continue on the project, all of the scans have disappeared. I can’t look on my old phone because I erased it and sent it back to my carrier. I already checked on my adobe cloud and in the adobe scan folder. They aren’t anywhere.

I currently email myself photos of documents to use IOS Adobe Scan app to convert to PDF. Once the photo is in the app it happens seamlessly. Is an app that does the same thing available for Windows 10?

Today I was scanning a 60 page document with iPhone 7 10.0.1 and Adobe Scan 18.03.27.On the 56th page I got a low battery warning dialog box, and Adobe Scan never recovered after that. I was forced to quit the application, which resulted in losing the entire scan progress. This is not an ideal situation. Is there a way for Adobe Scan to keep already taken photos for recovery later? (They can be deleted manually later to save space on the device.)

If I use this Adobe software to scan my images and use the colour editing and other features that are provided then is the design still my property?  I would prefer an Adobe representative to answer my query, Regards, Guy Hamilton
