Adobobe scan uugulamasını kullanıyorum ancak Son sayfa boş olarak çıkıyor sürekli 

I am a free user of Adobe Scan. I have opened my app this morning and for a second I was able to see what appeared to be most of my files. however, now when I open the app I can only see three files. All from August 2024, however any files before this are completely gone. Even on Acrobat in the "shared by you" folder it appears as if I have never shared a file when I definitely have. It is like all existence of me using this app has completely gone.I have logged into acrobat and they are not there, I have tried the deleted files they are not there. This is my only account, it is also the same email as my Apple ID. please help me locate all of my scans.  

i am subscribed and billed the 13th each month . It shows my active subscription on Google Play since I'm logged in that way. But the premium features and editing is not available it keeps telling me to subscribe and if I click subscribe again it says I'm already subscribed! But it won't work! Makes no sense for all this. I pay $9.99 a month and can't use the feature and I can't contact customer service. I've tried uninstall and reinstall and it won't work either. Any help please?!???

I’ve been using Adobe Scan for a while and really love it! However, I occasionally run into an issue that feels a bit inconvenient. After modifying a file, if I want to scan additional documents and insert them after a specific page, the new scan automatically moves to the last page, requiring me to manually reorder it. This process is time-consuming. Aside from that, everything else is great!

Bonjour J'utilise Adobe scan depuis pas mal de temps et j'aimerai savoir si il est possible d'importer des fichiers numériques reçues par mail ou présent sur un téléphone pour les inclure à cette application?Et si ce n'est pas le cas est-ce possible d'intégrer cette fonctionnalité lors d'une prochaine mise à jour?

I scanned an old book on Android phone for the first time with Adobe Scan 🥇 🤗📱. After scanning 100 pages on first third batch of pages, I paused and experimented with OCR. I realized it would have been helpful to use a naming convention for the files but didn’t set one up earlier. During the OCR experiment (second batch), a large PDF started uploading, and I couldn’t find a way to stop or cancel the upload. The app isn't that intuïtive what's going on what sequence. Since it was a big file, it took a long time to finish and drained my battery. I’d like to suggest adding a feature to manage uploads, such as the ability to pause, cancel (or prioritize them). This would be especially helpful for users working with large files or when uploads begin unintentionally. It would also save time and battery life. I really appreciate the app and all the features it offers! Adding this functionality would make it even better for users like me. Thank you f

Adobe Scan suddenly stopped working in my Samsung galaxy 8 +tablet. Please help in resolving the issue.. 

Hello, when I send a PDF it sends from my Gmail account. It used to always send from my yahoo account. I would prefer for my files to be sent from my yahoo account. Is there a way to change this in the app settings? Thank you.

I run a small business interested in implementing a portal to Adobe Scan for the purposes of scanning and uploading artwork. Is this a realistic expecation for this SDK? We have gone over the documentation, but there are not any references to image scanning that we could find. Thanks in advance!

I am trying to merge 100 documents that I've scanned individually and I should be able to according to what my understanding of our plan is I paid the most you could possibly have the biggest plan and yet I can't do this I was told I had to upgrade in order to be able to I know yes I have logged out and logged back in and done all that and it still comes up like I'm not paying for anything but yet it shows the right name of the company of our company can anyone tell me why I should keep paying for this if it's not going to work I'm sorry I'm frustrated can someone just help me

Good day. I tried your premium plan for free for a week, but it doesn't suit me. They charged my bank card without asking if I wanted to continue using it. I'm asking for a refund because I don't want to use the app.

I am trying to download my Adobe Scan files to my NAS. As discussed otherwhere, the Creative Cloud app can only download one file at a time. That is a complete nonstarter. Using Acrobat Pro I have clicked the 'select all' box at the top of the checkbox column. The first time it selects 100 files. Then clicking on the 'Download' button (which is still there) only yields a 'Download Error.' It doesn't work. Sometimes I can click on 9 files, click the download button and it works. If I try to click on ten, the first nine suddenly aren't checked anymore. Sometimes I click on one file and the download button won't appear. I ***ought to*** be able to download everything all at once. Instead, the Acrobat Pro interface appears to be an unstable afterthought. My Adobe Cloud files used to appear in Windows File Explorer. I don't know why Adobe stopped making that available. I'm sure it was good for their integration, but bad for the customer.

Is there not any way to adjust the resolution of scans in Adobe Scan on Android? I use my camera and then crop with Office Lens because I don't use resolution, but documents scanned with Adobe Scan save in lower resolution. Any way to change that?       [Title renamed by the moderator]

The document disappeared after editing the color. In addition, the app is very slow and takes a long time to take a photo and process it to the next page, compared to the app installed 2-3 years before. The document is about 700M in size though only less than 50M documents are shown in the app. 

A Big frqud work adobe has been doing .cannot cancel the subscription from the app 

New to Adobe and have a project:   Seeking to scan multiple pages from an old baseball scorebook using my Iphone and then combine into a single pdf file.   the scorebook pages are a little irregular--9x12.   Can this be done using the Iphone, then saving (single pages I expect) and then later combined into a single pdf?

Can you retrieve a deleted scanned file?

Hi everyone, I need help. Yesterday I was scanning drawings in the archive. I made a scan with circa 20 pages. The plans were big, so I took a photos larger then automatically recognized formats. My idee was, that later in the office I will manually change those crop boundaries. BUT! After I got to the office (1 hour) I got a message warning in the scanning app: File can't be modified. You may be able to make changes to the original file. I purchase the app, to try if this could help, it did not. at least I need to change the crop boundaries, otherwise I would have to make the scans again from scatsch. Did anyone have similar problems?
