Adobe Scan

I haved some files scanned in my Andriod device, and open in any another iPhone with the same account and crudentials. When I want to modify the files in the Andriod device, it showes the error "unable to modify the scan, it may have been created in a different device or open outside Adobe Scan. I haved tried to sign out from both Andriod and IPhone devices and resigned in, but still face the same error. Please help. 

I can no longer create a pdf of the website I am in Android Chrome by sharing android adobe. All I get now is a page with a URL instead.

Are you able to do multi page document scans? If yes, are there any tutorials.

Hello, i just change old phone with a new one, after transfer all dara and app , adobe scan has lost all old my scaned documents. I replase iphone x with pro max 12.How can i recoverr al my lost scans? Thank you

For awhile now, it seems like the Scan App will not auto focus on documents when trying to capture them. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, latest iOS 16 build at time of writing, scan app up to date. Doesn't seem like there's any option to fix this, but maybe I'm not looking in the right places? Or maybe it is just a bug? Would love to know if anyone has a fix or is experiencing this. One workaround I found but don't like having to do, is take pictures of documents through the standard iOS Camera app, then in Scan pick those same photos from the gallery to then be cropped and saved.

What happened to the phone orientation indicator in the capture screen? Adobe needs to put the option back to the user. 

Hello,  before the last update your could seamlessly switch between email addresses and now if I do the document is removed. And when I switched to my other email the PDF is not there because it is from another account. At this point it makes me, the user want to ditch Adobe and go back to Grizzly where your can do it seamlessly there.   does anyone have any answers? let me know please. 

I'm unable to send a scanned file as pdf. It's sending as a link to download the app. What's the issue here?

Hallo zusammen, In einer älteren Version habe ich immer nur den Dateinamen beim abspeichern eingegeben und wenn dieser schon vorhanden war, wurde automatisch eine fortlaufende Nummer Vergeben. z.B. XYZ (5) Mitlerweile ist es aber so, dass man eine Meldung bekommt, dass der Dateiname bereits vergeben ist. Also muss ich manuell suchen was die letzte fortlaufende Nummer war und dann manuell eintragen.Wie kann man die automatische Vergabe wieder aktivieren? LG und merci. 

Adobe Scan tries to send through Apple Mail. My default mail settings are Gmail, which is correct but it doesn't look like this carried through. I don't see anywhere in this app that allows us to choose the email client. How can we do this?

Hi, I have lost 2 of my mobile phones and in both of the mobiles, I had Adobe scan logged in with my google id.  Is there any way I can logout from those two mobile phones or from all the devices. Please help me with the same.  Thanks & Regards,Aakash Bhatnagar 

 All scans have disappeared from the Adobe scanner app. They are still there in the document cloud. How do I get them back in app?

After updating the app all of my documents have disappeared apart from 4 that date back to 2019. Has this occurred to anyone else and how do I retrieve or recover them?

i accidentally left the app on an old work phone and the person who now has that phone, is using the app with my credentials. How can I restrict access so he can't use my account 

Is it now, or will it be available to password protect individual documents in the cloud?

O aplicativo está com muitas interferências. Está travando e não processando as imagens. Exigo a restituição do meu valor da assinatura. 

To my dismay, about 20 files I scanned while doing archival work have gone completely missing from both the Adobe Scan App and the Document Cloud (I scanned them using an iPad). When I refresh the "files" tab in the app, occasionally one will pop up that was not there before, but the ones I really need have yet to resurface. They are mostly files I renamed to organize them better, and I am 100% sure I did not delete them, as they were there when I left the archive. The internet connection wasn't great at the time, but even if they weren't able to upload to the cloud, I don't understand why they are missing from the app, or where I can find them. I cannot find out how to talk to a real person at Adobe about this-- has this happened to anyone else? Any tips? They are nowhere to be found and I am really upset about it. Thanks for your help!

I have just scanned a few documents. They are shown under Adobe Scan on my phone, which I thought was synched to the Adobe Creative Cloud.On looking at files in the Creative Cloud app on my Mac laptop, it only shows recent pictures I've edited in Photoshop and no sign of the scans. Synching is turned on. Also, I guess there are NO files in the Creative Cloud folder that are meant to be the synched version of all Creative Cloud files. Where are my scanned files, where are my picture files and why aren't they both in the cloud?I think I'll return to using the Apple Notes scanning facility on my phone.

Hallo, ich habe zwei Probleme mit der kostenlosen Variante der Adobe Scan App. 1. Ich kann den Blitz nicht mehr benutzen. Die Schaltfläche "Blitz" ist beim Aufnehmen der Fotos zwar noch vorhanden, aber grau und nicht auslösbar. Kann ich diese wieder einschalten? 2. Auf einem iPad funktioniert das Scannen problemlos, auf einem anderen iPad stürzt die App immer dann ab, wenn ich einen Scan machen will, d.h., sobald die App die Kamera öffnet und anfängt ein Dokument zu suchen, friert die App ein und reagiert nicht mehr. Was ist da los? Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen!Vielen Dank. Florian

I have been trying to scan 8 pages from a book with adobe scan for almost an hour now. Every time it choses to leave two or more different pages in color and with dominant background. With the other pages the background gets removed and it is turned black and white. How can i get an consistant result?Can I force it to always remove the background? I tryed many different lighting conditions, but none gives the desired results.Can I force it to only scan in black and white?thanks for your help!
