when i scan with adobe scan,I would like the files to go directly to my one drive folder Help me please to find it

Hi, I'm having issues sending out emails through this app. Every time I try, it just stays in my outbox. I did update the app and I uninstalled my email and reinstalled it.Can some please help. Thank you

Hello there.I know I've been requesting the adding of this feature several time already, but I find necessary to continue to enquire since this thing is still undone.I literally have requested the superimposed grid for better alignment scanning for years already, my last being in June 2022. So I ask again the developer to add the grid on the scanning screen as in a normal smartphone camera. This app is wonderful and it would be even more with this thing added. How hard can it be to add it? Hope this is eventually done. Regards Michael

Yesterday i scanned almost 13-14 very important documents for my project,now I don't see them,can't find them anywhere. Making me frustrated and a fool to others in project!single id,ios,version 23.01.24,12 February 

I scanned like 20 important documents two days ago, and now, they are all gone.I clicked save and now i cant see them neither on my app (did it with phone) neither on the website.

Hi. For some reason the images of receipts that I scanned directly to adobe scan have been greyed out and can't be retrieved. I tried to share the document or open with other apps without success. Can anyone please help me about it please? Seems like a bug.  

Is there a way to add a received time and date stamp to all of my scanned documents? I am using adobe standard and can make a stamp when making pdf files but not for all files scanned. I will even pay for something from third party if needed.

Hi I recently installed Adobe Scan and created an account. It genertaed an Adobe ID in the format of xxxxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com.Is this a genuine ID?

 Hi, ever since last update, my adobe scan got ruined, but ruined to the max...I can not crop it good, the crop is uspide down, the screen itself changed also, basically, the app became "worthless" to me... How do I fix it? how do I return to last version? I really want to use the app, but I cant... I used it for one year in my studys ( now second ), all of my history in classes is there 😞Hope I will be able to fix it.Thanks.

I use Adobe Scan as an app on my iPhone. Until recently, it was easy to share a file to my computer (whether iMac or MacBook)--files would automatically appear in the Downloads folder on the computer. Since Dropbox updated for Mac, however, files do not appear on either computer. It looks like the app is moving them, but they don't appear in Downloads or anywhere else. If I choose Airdrop rather than my computer, in the sharing options, files still appear to transfer but do not show up in Downloads. A search for the file turns up nothing--they are not transferring to either computer.

Is it possible to have Adobe scan save my scan to my phone's SD card rather than to its internal storage?

I am facing an issue with this app, whenever I rename a pdf file and save, After shared the file i got null (automatically) instead of renamed file name. Please suggest me what's the problem is

The one time I used adobe scanner to scan my documents, it seems that all my scans have disappeared!! I was better of using my good old camscanner app which still has old scans from years ago. I see that a lot of people are facing this issue. Not sure if I will ever get those scans back. 

Ich habe die premium Version von Adobe scan abonniert allerdings zeigt es mir nicht an. Wenn ich spezielle Dinge machen möchte steht da ich solle abonnieren, wenn ich dann nochmal auf abonnieren gehe, steht da ich habe abonniert kann aber keine Premium Sachen machen. Bitte um Hilfe 

I scanned 166 pages, I was about to save it in pdf form a message pop up saying we were unable to save the data, by any chance can i get back those pages, kindly help 

It does a good job identifying edges and converting to PDF, but where does it save the actual document???

I took a scan picture but was then unable to view it.  The PDF folder showed three files, but none had any data.Thanks.

HiI just checked my adobe scan app to procure some old scans but dont see any.I am on the latest ios application with an iPhone 14 .I don't see my scans on documentcloud.adobe.com as well. I can confirm that I had the scans till yesterday.

Earlier Adobe scan worked fine but from the last few months I can't upload or download scans without using a VPN. I have many documents already saved in the app but to access them or to upload new scans I need to use a VPN. This is extremely annoying to me. Please provide a helpful solution for this issue ASAP!
