Adobe Scan

I'm trying to sign in to Adobe Scan app on my ipad (14.7.1) with my Google account (through my school).  I get an error message that says "Unable to Sign In. Please try again later".  My students are recieving the same message.  I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and I've tried it on different networks.  I can't figure out what is wrong.  Please help.  

My scan data is lost. Plz help. 

Please consider changing default date in  Adobe Scan (android app) to yyyymmdd for easy windows and Microsoft sorting. For example a file made today would be called 20210822xyz where xyz is whatever I enter. Hyphens don't sort well. Nor does the ne of the month. Thanks in advance. 

I just scanned several documents while I was offline. Before I could connect to the Internet the programme was automatically closed. Now all the documents I scanned are not shown. Is there any way the documents were saved in the Cloud once I connected to the Internet and I can now retrieve those without me having to scan every document again?

Since the last update, I've lost all my previous scans. I was forced to create a new account, and all previous scans were lost. 

Hi Guys,I was just toying around with the adobe scan app. Great app! I love it, but I got myself a link to try, if I could open it on my computerand to my surprise I could. I was a little shocked, since there is some slightly private data in there. So my question is: can anyone with the link open this?Can I 'un'share it, if so? So that only someone with the appropriate email address (and adobe account) can view the document?Kind Regards, Mark

I am repeatedly losing scanned documents in the clinic as the wifi connectivity is poor and it fails to save to the cloud after successfully saving as pdf. Is there a way to save on my iPhone instead of saving in the cloud? This is an important issue. Please advise. Thanks.

Having problems with my Adobe Mobile scanner is not letting email my documents 

I am scanning the document and email it and is not going through  

Not sure what's happening, but when I open Adobe Scan and try to modify the scan the app crashes and closes. This happens every, single, time I use the app. 

I have been saving documents on a file all year on Adobe Scan, I modified that file 2 days ago by adding a page, when I went to add another document to that file today, the file was gone.  I checked my document cloaud and it is not there either.  Shouldn't that file still made available since it had been saved each time I was adding a document?

I used Adobe Scan app on my iPhone and the scanned image was uploaded to the Creative Cloud.The file has sensitve information and I now like to delete it as I accidentally sent the URL to an unintended person.The trouble is that if I login to the Creative Cloud using my Adobe login, I don't see the file.I checked the Adobe Scan app and it seems the app is using a login that the app generated, that looks like: <random-letters-and-numbers>@privaterelay.appleid.com.Since this is not an account I creatted, I don't know its password.I tried logging in using Apple ID, but that prompted me to creatte an Adobe account. I stopped there thinking something is wrong.What is the correct way to delete files that were uploaded by Adobe Scan app on iPhone? Kuro

for three hours I scanned 500 pages and this stupid application lost this data after the phone went to sleep

Hi, I've been using adobe scan for a year now, but today, as I was scanning, it crashed and every time I try to open it it crashes immediately. I have lots of documents that I haven't been able to retrieve. What can i do? If I uninstall and reinstall, will i lose everything I've scanned? Recently upgraded to iPhone 11 and now can not log into app to access my scanned documents.  After opening the app, I press continue to enter my account info and get an automatic error. Using iOS 14.6. Please help and thanks.

Hello! I have an adobe scan account where i have uploaded copies of all my documents.I am tried to access now but it says access denied - i attach the screen shot.I tried to contact support, they told me chat and phone support is not available for adobe scan as it is free app. I need to access all my scanned documents, they are extremilly important ones. what can i do?
