Adobe XD

Hello!I am trying to put the artboard in the background so I can get a small presentation of my work. However, whenever I put my artboard on top of another it is overlapping it and one artboard becomes part of another. What should I do?Thank you so much!

When opening adobe xd I am prompted to login even though I am logged in to creative cloud. When I log in through XD,  then creative cloud is logged out.When opening a photoshop file in xd, XD crashes and logs out. I also can't drag and drop from Photoshop or illustrator. Not sure if this is a supported feature.I'm on a widows 10 machine.

The problem is that from the get-go, I cant use my keyboard shortcuts, or type anything anywhere in the app. And iv tried multiple keyboards so its not just mine peripherals.   I've tried : - uninstalling-reinstalling - restarting my computer - downloading an older - downloading it from the site as opposed to within the creative cloud app   Does anyone know a fix for this, please let me know, Thanks!   <The title was renamed by moderator>

Hi,in XD I set Preferences > Language > English and I restart it.But after 2-3 days it backs in Italian, very frustrating, so I have to reset again in English and restar XD, but after some days it backs automatically in Italian, and so no. - I haveCreative Cloud in Italian (I can't uderstand how set it in English)- I set in Creative Cloud that my preference language is English- My operating system (oSX Big SUR) is in Italian 

After the recent update I am unable to use premium features of XD i.e., Creating Links, Enabling CoEditing. My plan is Corporate plan. Can any one please help with this issue. I am not sure if the liscense plan issue.

I know this is a known issue, but every day I have to uninstall all Adobe xd programs and reinstall it completely just so the program launches. Otherwise the program wont load and remains stuck in the logo screen. Is there any fix to this other than uninstalling and reinstalling everytime? I went through the other troubleshooting steps like disable display adapters, tried a previous version and those ones.Windows 10.0.19044XD version 51.0.12

When I chose an artboard preset or open an Xd file I am getting this static display and am not able to use anything.  The art board doesn't show up or anything. I have quit and reset my computer, uninstalled it and cleared it completly with the clearer, and can't find any remedy online. What gives?     <Title renamed by moderator>

 

When I export the colors get really bland, I feel like they automatically convert to CMYK, before I didn't have this problem! What to do ??

I cannot see any of my cloud documents. Neither the ones where I am the owner, nor the ones which are shared with me. I cannot see them under https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents And i cannot see them on the CreativeCloud desktop client either. My college with whom the files are shared with can see the documents I am the owner of. Logging in and out did not help.

I know this has been "in the backlog" since 2016 now, but I'm begging you XD team, PLEASE implement a dark mode for Adobe XD, it's giving me migraines using it. This is getting desperate now.

I have created UI kit library with various components which are categorised in groups. When I'm working in the original Adobe XD file of mentioned library with components, everything looks ok. As soon as I choose UI kit library while working in other Adobe XD files, empty multiple groups appears and I can't get rid of them because they are not in the original library. Is there any way to fix this? 

I can't believe people have been asking for this for SIX LITERAL YEARS now, and it still isn't a thing. All of the other Adobe products I work in have a dark mode. It's wildly ironic that a UI/UX platform doesn't have this basic feature to keep my eyes from being burned out of my skull by the endless swaths of light grey and white. It's such a simple change to reskin the colors with the same ones used in all of the other software. Why hasn't it been done yet???

Hi, new user here. I drag & dropped in an image into a rectangle. Is there anyway to tie the border of the rectangle to the image? Whenever I move the extents of the rectangle it scales the image. I also don't want to delete the shape because it already has some interactivity that I want to keep.Thanks.

Hello! I've been working on a responsive design for a website with XD... and my developer has pointed out to me that my desktop version is measuring the type in points and my mobile version is measuring the font in pixels. I can't seem to find where to change this setting! Can someone offer some guidance? I am attaching photos of the specs of my font that is seen through the development link.Thanks in advance!Kodi

Hi! I'm having a problem with shared XD files in adobe xd. The images are rotated after opening the shared XD file here's a screenshot of the correct layoutbut when I open it in my computerboth files are opened on the latest update v51.0.12. Even using the "edit photo" and opening in Ps it is rotated. How do I fix this?

Was trying to import some svg icons from the ionicons.com collection, they are rendered incorrectly. If I drop them into a browser window, they render fine.  The two that had issues were: accessibility.svg and accessibility-outline.svg. Olá tudo bem?Eu coloquei um arquvo MP4 em uma marcará e recortei usando somente a parte que eu precisava, porem quando eu rodo o protótipo o video que esta com a mascará não reproduz ele fica estatico como imagem.

Hello tout le monde, J'ai invité une personne à collaborer sur un projet XD. Le rôle de cette personne est définit de sorte qu'elle puisse modifier le fichier (et non uniquement en consultation).Ayant le rôle de "propriétaire" du fichier j'ai l'impression que je suis le seul à pouvoir mettre le lien de publication à jour dans le cas d'éventuels changements dans le fichier.Disons que le propriétaire du fichier parte en vacances ... comment font les autres pour mettre le projet à jour pendant sont absence ... ? il manque à mon sens un rôle de "suppléant" un genre de rôle de modification + possibilité de mettre les liens à jour... Je suis déçu XD, très déçu ! ...

Hello,I used Adobe XD for around a month. At some point in order to use it I was forced to start using a paid plan. That was fine because there was free trial for 1 month and I needed less than that time to finish my work. Now I don't need Adobe XD anymore, for this reason I want to cancel that free trial that I have started around 2-3 weeks ago but I don't have such option anywhere. There isn't even information that I am on a trial. The pages for canceling plan are useless in my case I don't have these options shown there. (So please do not send me links  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html ).How to cancel this trial? There was a problem, not able to import any SVG file to XD. I am using window 10 - It becomes very hard to work with XD - In our organization, we have more than 10 people using XD adobe - our work-life become tough to create simple SVG - usually we will use flaticon or client svg files. Please help us to fix this issue 

Whenever I duplicate a flow, the new flow inevitably has "hidden"prototype wires to the old flow. If I select the new flow I can see all prototype wires on the currently activated component states, but I can't see the prototype wires on the other other prototype states (hover etc). this forces me to manually select each and every component and cycle through all of their states to see the other wires. How can I see all prototype wires from all component states in one view? Am I missing something obvious or doing something wrong? I just want to be able to easily disconnect one flow from another

Hi, ich habe ein Problem mit Adobe xd.Ich habe eine Datei auf meiner Festplatte, an meinem Laptop erstellt, wie schon hunderte Male zuvor. Nun wollte ich die Datei gestern weiter bearbeiten, da lässt sie sich nicht mehr öffnen. Angezeigt wird Fehlercode 47. Administratorenrechte habe ich und die Datei wurde nicht in der Cloud gespeichert. Jedoch wenn ich sie versuche zu öffnen wird ein unbekanntes Dokument in die Cloud hinzugefügt. Xd habe ich bereits deinstalliert und neu wieder installiert, den Pc neu gestartet usw. Auch Foren habe ich durchsucht, aber nichts bringt mir die Datei zum Öffnen. Einige andere Dateien von mir lassen sich hingegen problemlos öffnen.Es handelt sich um eine wirklich sehr wichtige Datei und ich wüsste nicht, wie viele Stunden ich bräuchte, um alles ansatzweise wieder herzustellen.Um Hilfe wäre ich sehr sehr dankbar...
