Hi, there!Chills go down my spine everytime I find myself in a situation when I need to chat with Adobe Support and I believe I'm not the only one, right? They ask the same questions over and over again, redirect you to another person who should have all the chat so far but asks you again the same thing. They offer stupid solutions like update your software/install older version when you've told them you have already tried it and their English is awful! The last time I got a message saying: "Can you send you a picture and explain to you what my problem is?" - Are you kidding me?!!! Even the dumbest translator could do better! And whose idea it was to not be able to send pics through chat but via email? Do you need a pigeon or something? When you finally are madly annoyed and end the chat you get a hundred automatic mails that the conversation ended and ask you if you need further assistance - Yes, I do, but you can't provide it!!!I lose WORKING HOURS every time and I can't just go to m

Hey guys,I use XD every day, and I was extremely surprised to see the color picker looking like in the video I attached. It's a lot darker, it looks totally different than before and it's pretty much useless. Is this a bug? It's totally unusable.

Please help, I've been struggling with this error all day today. Communicated with support - did not help to solve the error. Reinstalled several times. Rebooted the computer. Gave access to computer support.

Hello, I'm trying to create a simple app for my device where a button is pressed and it simply sends a number over to a raspberry pi/arduino. Is there any way to do this using the XD app designer? My thought was to make a send button that sends it back to the server and then sent to my robot (unless someone knows an easier/better way!)  Any help is appreciated, thank you.

How to i romove sharebled link with password?

Trying to generate a link to a website prototype for a client. It generates a link; https://xd.adobe.com/view/58789031-9764-41b0-7a02-9e620df1309e-2e49/   but the link generated doesn't load and error page appears after reloading twice.    First load this appears along the top of the browser; "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occured." Second load this page appears; "A problem repeatedly occured with "link"   How do I fix it ?   Help me please ! Thank you millions    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

We have defined colors in document assets, when I update that defined colors(for eg. color change) in document assets, it takes more minutes than expected time to reflect the changes or sometime adobe xd stops working.It seems there is a performance issue in document assets which is taking more time to see the final results which needs improvment.Please let me know if there is any solution for above issue.

I've just got a team subscription from our company which is located in China. Although most of my app UI is in English, the XD is not. It said something like 'allowed to use Simplified Chinese only'.How to resolve this issue?

I have a problem in the Arabic language, so that when I name the artboard in Arabic, it appears as Japanese symbols, and also when I write in Arabic, I do not see what I am writing until I finish writing. I reset my mac and the problem is not resolved   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, Running the latest version of XD 49.012on MacOs Monetary on MacBook Pro 2017. I have been experiencing this problem for a while. While I launch Adobe XD, my canvas is start flashing red screen and freeze. The bug force my computer restart automatically. After I tried to uninstall Adobe XD and relaunch again, I tried with new artboard. But this time the canvas is flashing with some white grey shape on screen. Still cannot use, have to force quit again. Please fix the problem..  Thanks

I download my XD from Creative Cloud,when it appears intalled completed,I opened it and it tells me this.No matter how many times I intalls .

I am looking to get a new laptop and chromebook looks like a good option, but I can't figure out whether Xd is available for the OS.Appreciate any help.

Hello, I have trouble with Adobe XD. IT basically freezes in loading screen (see image at the bottom). You know, it's really a pain when I have to re-install Adobe XD every week at least once when this happens. Nothing else seems to work. Could you guys advise me on how to solve this issue once for all? It happens really often - I basically become stuck at this screen and nothing else happens.. 

When I Share the file, it is not visible in sharing link. looks like below print screen. 

Since the recent XD49 update our team has experienced extreme performance drops in our shared Design System Cloud file. All actions are extremely laggy, e.g. takes forever to select and move shapes, texts and artboards.. changing componts is cumbersome. Basically everything is super slow, not responding. Could it be due to the new feature for reordering component states?Still same high performance computers, enterprise network connection, only change: Adobe XD v.49

After XD update, is there any way to fix the error that zeplin cannot be exported? Please help me.   After automatic update (latest), zeplin export error occurs.   Files created after the update receive an error, files created before the update do not receive an error. Why? Even reinstalling zeplin gives the same error. Even after installing an older version of XD and updating it again, the error occurs. Please tell me the solution.   And the shutdown phenomenon while using XD is too bad. please improve ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ     <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello everybody! At work we use CC to share files between us and other teams. Recently, thanks to the number of files in CC being more than my pc can handle, I decided to stop syncing and delete the Creative Cloud folder on the pc, using it through the browser. To my surprise I find that I can't download the XD files from CC using the browser version and I can't upload new versions either. Is this common and normal? because to me it sounds like a usability and experience hole. Now, I'm afraid to activate the sync because I deleted the folder on my PC and I'm afraid that my empty folder will overwrite the folder with the files in the cloud and having to ask other people to send me the files I need to work on. email.I've attached the information that appear when I drop a new XD file to upload in CC web version. "XD file upload from web is not supported"   

I keep trying different ways to make a hover button component that allows me to just change the instance text once.  For example, I have a rectangle button with white text on dark blue background with padding, so when you enter what ever text (either submit, next, or whatever) the padding stays consistent.  Which works fine without a hover state.  I've tried multiple ways to structure this, and can't get it to work as I want.  I have to go into the hover state to then change the text to be the same, or the padding doesn't work.  Is there a way to structure a component so i can just change the instance text once, and not have to go in with each state and change the text to be the same?  So the padding remains consistent, but the color changes on hover, but the text remains the same.

Hello,I uninstalled Adobe XD and changed my preferences of language to english on my creative cloud account clicking on the avatar icon / preferences / apps/programs / default installation language / selected english north america. When I installed the program again, it continues to be in portuguese. What can I do to switch to English? Thanks in advance.Maria
