Adobe XD

Hi there, everytime I try to share my project, an error 44:76 occurs. I reviewed all my image and convert it into PNG but it doesn't seem to work.  I have the latest version of Adobe XD, running on a Macbook Pro Intel. Can someone help me with this ?

Having critical issues since updating to MacOS Monterey. I can no longer export documents or take any interface actions. I can move elements on my pages, but menu actions, such as simple copy and paste, no longer work and are seemingly disabled. This only began happening after an update to MacOS Monterey, and I can't find any other users with similar issues and potential resolutions. This has brought my workday to a grinding halt, and outside of rebuilding the entire interface in Figma, I see no other option than to hope rolling back to the previous version of MacOS via a system restore is going to fix the issue (I've already started that process).  I am moving my workflow to Figma, and coincidentally started that process this week, but I'm probably a good week away from transposing my design system and rebuilding my component libraries.  Has anyone else run into a similar issue?  Export disabled:  Copy and paste disabled, along wi

hello team,  I'd like some help but I'm unable to share this publicly. I have read a few known issues of this happening in the past.  The share link has been given to my client and we all can only open it on desktop (even though its a mobile preview link). On mobile it opens and then crashes the site.  Is there a known issue with this? Thank you

I edited the file that someone created (which means all component + prototype link were all created by this person).Then, I tried to save it in the cloud based enterprise file.I failed 1 time out of 3 to do this. And the message error is : unable to save this file (error: -1). Even though, when I managed to save it, once I modified /overlapped it, XD didn't save the file and show the same error message. I believe that it occurs when I modify someone's file.Can't we co-edit XD file ? Please note that other colleagues haven't had any problem about itThanks for your help ! Adobe version : 45.0.62OS: Windows 10 Entreprise version 20H2

I have enterprise account, and my XD has Starter plan label on it so now I can't publish libraries. Is this right? What should I do to upgrade my XD plan?it alwasy redirects me to the regular XD pricing page, but I already have all the apps. PLEASE HELP!

Within my layers I have created a couple of folders - 2 folders contain svgs and the other folder contains 2 x pngs. When I create a rectangle shape and place this layer underneath the folder with the 2 x pngs it remains on top of it. Why is this happening?

Can I show the overflow of a scroll group in designmode, even when it is not selected? I'd like to be able to select per scrollgroup if the overflow is visible in designmode or not. Not would be the current behaviour, where the overflow is visible semi-transparant when the scrollgroup is selected (by a double click).

Updated XD to 45.0.62.17  (CCS 4.21.1.1) and lost all plugins.😕😕

Hi there,my team recently ran into some rather weird issue on the prototype link preview where on my system, a text is shown underlined, however on my team mate's system it shows that it's not.Screenshot from my system on linkScreenshot from team mate's system on linkUnderstand it's a rather minor issue, but feel like it could probably just cause a lot of unnecessary back and forth if the issue persists. Hi, While I was working in adobe Xd suddenly it crashed. Then I opened the file again and found that all my artboard layers are turn black. I would like to get some solution here for this.   

Hi, i have a problem. I can't change the Character spacing for any font in latest version of XD on MacOS Monterey. Everything + is ok, if i want to change it to - it jumps back to 0.

Right after the big Adobe release, I started facign with a problem to past correctly my vector design to XD. All colors, gradiens and layers are pasting incorect. More over all layers look wery weird in XD, there are some stanrange mask and goups that in Illustrator I didn't have. Please see screeshots below.   

Hello,I have to make a prototype which uses controller triggers, and it is not working. I have tried two controllers, a generic Logitech one, and a PDP Wired Xbox one. Both don't work at all, it only accepts Keyboard buttons. I have also tested on different Adobe XD versions and different computer. I am on Win 10 Pro, 64 bit operating system.  

As suggested in the adobe support I tried unchecking the Syncronise with an Internet time server. But it did not work. Still getting the same error.  "We can’t verify your subscription status." Any help will be appreciated...Thanks

Hey there. I have an issue that has been driving me nuts for a long time. I'm designing a little dropdown screen with some hidden info that I am auto-animating.Everything works well, but in order for it to work I have to have a much taller artboard than I would ideally like to have.  The first image is with the menu item Gig Poster collapsed. The second is with it expanded.The third image is the space at the bottom that I have left for everything to still fit in my screen when menu items are expanded. Is there any way to avoid this space? Not sure of the right word - adaptive or dynamic artboard height, that will adjust to the content that is exapanded.  My problem is that I want to design all the menu items to function, and that results in a very tall artboard which, when all items are collapsed, the user will be able to scroll through and see empty space. Many thanks in advance,Nick

Hi there everyone! Need some urgent help (have a deadline to meet with my company) in regard to the ability to create a reorder interaction within prototyping on XD. Let me try to explain a bit more in-depth; I'm creating an application for my business in which users will have the ability to search and ultimately "save" tabs to their home page containing information attaining to a certain location - think of it as a tab/box titled based on a location i.e. "Sydney", "London", "New York", "Madrid" etc. which when clicked on can open more information about each. We're hoping to provide users the ability to rearrange the order in which their saved location boxes will appear - much like the Clock app on iOS in which you can reorder which time zone you see first (at the top), or last (move to the bottom of the pile) etc.. A reorder icon svg within this page will trigger such rearrangement actions to become possible and upon completion of the desired reordering process users would press

I am looking for an alternative to FigJam where a project manager can build diagrams and wireframes in a browser. I assume there is nothing like this in XD, since XD isn't browser based. But where Adobe thinks managers can do this? Is there something that might be a simpler version of XD in browser?

When I drag a picture into a shape I usually can doubleclick it afterwards to move it around inside of the mask. With the latest update this isnt possible, when it has an active dropshadow.When I double click now, it selects the path to edit.

The addition of Lottie animation to xd is amazing but in using Lottie for the last few months I've noticed that I almost always use it in combination with a hover or scroll trigger. For example hovering over an icon and seeing it change, or scrolling through a page and an animation changing based on text nearby. Adding this to XD would make it possible to really prototype these ideas and share them with clients before moving to development.

I'm aware that Lottie animation is a farely new addision to XD, but will we at some point be able to choose to trigger them on hover?

I updated to the latest Adobe XD and now when I go to preview  my website with the desktop application my website is way darker than it should be. I have windows up to date and my GPU drivers are up to date.

HiIs there any shortcut keys to rename layers in Adobe XD without double clicking on them ?It would be very useful Thanks
