Adobe XD

Getting a message stating XD is "not yet available for my Device" on both my MAC M1 Big Sur 11.5.2 and Windows 10 build 19042.1052 laptop.Started out I needed to update the MAC desktop version of XD to version 42.1.xx so I could view another user's file. But Creative Cloud was saying it was already up-to-date even though it was version 42.0.xx. Was trying to reinstall it hoping it would fix the issue now it won't install! Says it's not yet available for my device even though it was installed earlier! CC is saying the same thing on my Windows machine. It's also no longer showing up in CC as an install option under the Desktop apps. Only mobile. All other apps in our plan are fine.Yesterday, 8/24/2021, when this all started, it looked like Adobe was having some Cloud issues, but they said it's been resolved.Used Adobe cleaner tool, still same issue.Any help would be appreciatedThanks

Do you ever imagine how you can add those wonderful icon morphing effects, animated indicators, sweet loading animations. With lotties files plugin this is possible, but unfortunately adobe xd doesn't have this feature. Figma has the plugin, let's vote for adobe xd to add this feature to make it easier to add simple animations to our design and be able to view it in preview mode.

When I open my dev link in flow view in my browser, it's show the design for a second and then the page turning to white....We try it other system: Win/OSX,different computer and laptopother browser (edge, chrome, safari, firefox)and even other proto link... every time when we start to navigate the page turn white... My pc spec:Windows 11Xd: 45.0.62.17CC: 4.21.1.1   

Please see the attached image. "ORectangle 1" has Border(Outer Stroke) with Size=10 and "Different radius for each corner". I "Copy SVG Code" the object. I preview the generated SVG, I will see that the corners with Radius=0 are also rounded. This problem does not occur with "Center Stroke", but with "Outer Stroke".   macOS BigSur Adobe XD Version: 42.1.22.4 x64

I was hoping updating Big Sur would resolve this problem, but XD keeps freezing during previous on this version and the previous version of Mac. I've tried downgrading to previous versions of XD and I am having the same issue. Keeps pinwheeling and freezing my entire computer. Brand new MAC - less than 6 months old. It's making it virtually unusable.

Hi guys,If i have a masked image, and i want to replace that image i can browse or drag/drop a new images on to it to change it.But sometimes i just screenshot (TO CLIPBOARD) something from a website and i want to use that clipboard to replace the image. How do i achieve that?Logic would be to double click to select masked image and CTRL+V but that doesnt work.Help would be much appreciated ❤️

All elements on all artboards inside the local document file (not cloud xd file) aligned to the top of the artboards and on top of the others, after the program crashed. I'm running on windows 10 OS build 19043.1288 and the latest update off XD v 44.1.12

Any links in Adobe XD that should open a web browser won't launch.Two examples of items I needed to access:≡ (Menu) >Get UI Kits>Wireframes > nothing happens≡ (Menu) >Help>XD Help> nothing happensEverything that I can find in the application that links out to a web browser is not working. Any ideas? Windows 10Default Browser is ChromeXD version 24.4.22The problem existed prior to updating to 24.4.22 (I thought updating would solve the problem but it did not.)  

I am co-editing an XD file with another editor. I tried merging today and it removed all my changes that I spent hours working on, It also removed all history version changes, Is there a way to undo a merge change as spending a couple hours doing the same thing is hectic

Hey Adobe, When I trigger a component state that includes a sound playback and a lottie, the sound cancels after less than a second (after being triggered). If i remove the lottie from the same event the sound continues all the way to the end (as it is supposed to).   

I uninstalled Adobe XD hoping it would fix the 'library not connecting' issue and now that I've re-installed XD my cloud files are gone. 😞 Does anyone have any ideas?Many thanks!

After using Adobe XD successfully for a few hours, I ran into a challenging issue. My cursor does not register that guides are "movable," so I cannot select them to adjust my grid. I can still create new gridlines, but this gets messy quickly. This software bug disrupts my workflow.

I confirmed that 'design at' disappeared after the Adobe xd 45.0 version update.Then, how can I make the xxhdpi resolution resource into mdpi?Is it best to write 0.33x (approximate value) directly in 'Export size'?  

I have to downgrade xd version 44 to 43.but I can`t find a version earlier than 44. How can I downgrade it? 

Hello,I've upgraded my Adobe XD to the latest version "45.0.62.17" and it's freustrating.I've been using Adobe XD since forever and this problem was never there on the previous versions, I am clearly setting the sharing type on "with anyone with the link" but it's still requesting access whenever I try to view the link. What seems to be the problem?

When I want to import a video, XD hasn't responded for a long time, the top menu bar can be clicked, and the left toolbar can be clicked but cannot be used. The canvas area on the right is completely unresponsive.I just upgraded to XD45, using windows10.Excuse me, are questions like this my case?

I know how to make photos and text etc scroll etc.What do I need to do, to be able to scroll horizontally and vertically, like this BBC Sounds app (video recording). So the Thumbnails etc scroll not only scroll horizontally and vertically, but the header text like 'Unmissable Sounds' and 'Continue Listening' stay in their fixed position when scrolling scroll horizontally,  move when scrollinh vertically

This problem started in May. I have tried: Uninstalling XD  Installing old XDs Updating all drivers uninstalling font manager  total uninstall of Adobe with CC Cleaning toolThis is the only adoby app that does this. Text tool works fine in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Happens on clowed and local saved files. Seem if I wait out the lag, 10 minets or better, the text tool and other tools work fine! Hi guys, I have a number of menues in the form of components that pop up to make a selection. My issue is that when selecting an option the component changes into a state (as intended) but then there is no way (that I can see) to transfer that selected value back to the main artboard.  For instance, the pop up menu has a component that shows the days of the week, if I select Monday that lights up Monday (Monday is the state) but then when I close back I can't get that Monday value back onto the main artboard.  Please help!

Hi,I installed the latest version of LottieFiles 1.0.2 as instructed by LottieFiles and it still doesn't work, [Adobe XD is updated to the latest version too] it says no connection, even though I'm connected to internet. What could be the problem?Thank you.

Hello everyone! I am using Adobe XD to create Instagram posts and I am trying to make creating posts as efficient as possible. I am running into a problem of responsive resize. I have attached a picture below of what I am working on right now. I am trying to get the design (the quotation marks and the line on the side) to resize to size of the quote. I would also like to have a set cutoff point where the text ends on the right side in line with the right hand quotation mark and I am wondering if there is an easier way someone could explain to me on here! Any help is appreciated! 

I have a great set of wireframes I use when starting a project, when I migrated them to the CC library following the Adobe instructions, only the UI components saved. All of the landing page sections, form sections, etc. did not. But then when I copy-and-pasted a section from the original file, I got a message saying linked assets would no longer be supported and to migrate everything to the library. How do I resolve this?

Hello.It seems that my AdobeXD is not configured correctly, in its user interface it is display Chinese letters with wrong fonts. This word should be 入门计划 but actually its displaying like this hence I could not recognize the character. It seems that it is using the default "Segoe UI" font, which would not display Chinese characters correctly.In this picture the character 与 is not displaying correctly, either.But Other Adobe products are displaying Chinese characters correctly, not using this wrong font.I did not found where to configure the font Adobe XD is using anywhere so I wonder if this is a bug.
