XD install and update failed

Hallo zusammen, wir haben leider das Problem das Adobe XD in der Domäne  die App zwar startet aber dann mit dem Schriftzug Xd Adobe XD  Stehen bleibt. weder auf dem Proxy noch auf der Firewall sind Anfragen sichtbar. hat jemand einen Tipp was es noch sein könnte, instalation und deinstallation wurden schon mehrfach probiert. müssen noch Ordner speziell berechtigt werden das es unter Domänen User läuft?

not able to install adobe XD 

Hi,i've just noticed the issue with "content" section in the dev mode of the prototype.There are some weird boxes in the places where soft line breaks are applied. Can we do something with that?Devs are copying the text from this section. 

Work for a company that builds .NET applications and looking for "Windows UI" kits.  When using XD and going to:  FILE > GET UI KITS > MICROSOFT WINDOWSThe resulting page is this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/downloads/Unfortunately, this page (Microsoft page) does not contain any UI Kits for Adobe XD.  Now if I go back into XD and go to:  FILE > GET UI KITS > MORE KITSThe resulting page is now this: https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/features/ui-kits.html#panel-3This resulting page has a full section that calls out "Platforms Kits for XD" and "Windows UWP".  Clicking the button for "Get the kit" takes me to the exact same page from Microsoft that only shows a kit for Figma and not Adobe XD.Is Adobe working with MS to come up with a kit?  What are other designers using to make things quicker for their windows apps designs? I'm attempting to use XD on my Mac but everytime I try to open any file(on my computer or on the cloud) the file opens then XD gets stuck. It also becomes stuck when trying to start a new file. Nothing shows up on the screen and I my cursor is the spinning wheel forever. Here's a image of it because you can't screenshot your cursor. And here's a screenshot of my screen.I've checked Activity Monitor and it's also XD( Not Responding)I'm really trying to give XD a fair shake but I don't have this issue with Sketch and Figma. So this makes it very difficult to want to use the app when it's so unreliable. If anyone has any solutions, I'm all ears.

Good day, I apologise in advance if this has been answered before and if the question is relevant to broader website design and not just XD. I have now done my first desktop website and would now like to adjust it for mobile and tablets (I read an article explaining that it's best to start with mobile and work to bigger, but that ship has sailed and I'll do so next time). Now my question; should I start a new document/artboard (or however it's called) for mobile and then tablet and then copy and resize my elements from the desktop artboards? And then supply 3 separate prototypes to the developer (one for desktop, one for mobile and one for tablet)? Or is there a way to keep it all in one file?  If this is not articulate enough, please let me know and I will try to rephrase and give more info. Thanks for your time.  

Hello, We recently hired someone at my company to help me with design work. I want to be able to share my libarary with them, however, there is a lock icon and they are unable to add anything. I would like them to be able to update this library from their computer.  Thank you

Adobe XD42.1.22.4 x64CC Sync 4.16.0.22MacOS Big Sur 11.5.1Macbook Pro 2018 Switching between using any other application and Adobe XD causes a 10+ second delay in Adobe XD. I have tried the following:Removing all pluginsDisabling Adobe FontsCompletely uninstalling every Adobe product and Creative CloudReinstalling everything with reset preferences.Signing out and signing back in to Adobe Cloud. This has been happening since an update that was released in February 2021. If I reverted back to the previous version there was absolutely no issue. But, I was forced to update since I was using documents that had been made in the newer version. I only use local documents, I have no interest in saving my documents to Adobe Cloud. The only solution I have found is opening Adobe XD when I am not connected to the internet. It opens immediately and is responsive. About 20-30 minutes after connecting to the internet the lag/delay starts all over again. It must be a backgroun

Hi, I am Vahagn and the problem is in following: When I try to work with gradient (change colors, adjust shape size or just change position) XD get freeze without any error message, and the only way is to "end process" from task manager.  My PC works properly, all drivers are up to date. Windows: 10 Pro, 64 bit.XD: 42.0.22.11 Please help, this is really annoying, 30 min work takes more than hour.Thank you in advance.

I switched to version 41.1.12 and everything works normally, but versions 42.0.22 and 42.1.22 crash immediately as the app opens. The app doesn't even get as far as showing the Xd logo, the window turns white then black and then sends me to an adobe crash reporting window that I can't interact with and then after a few seconds everything disappears. I need to access shared cloud documents for work, so sticking with the old version is not an option.

Hi  XD latest version (42.1.22) crashing on my windows laptop when I try to use zoom in/out (Ctrl +/-) using keyboard shortcut while working on canvas, it happend multiple time 3-5 times per day. Can you please help on this?    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi Adobe XD team!I want to report a bug that has been confirmed by several attendees of my XD workshops. When the language of XD is set to German, the input to change the animation duration in a prototype (correctly) shows a comma as the decimal separator instead of the English dot. If users enter a new value with a comma (as they are used to in German), their input is ignored. A change from “0,3” to “0,4” jumps back to the original value of “0,3”. If the users enter the same value with a dot separator, e.g. “0.4”, the change is applied and the dot in the input field changes to a comma.This is highly unintuitive and I have had several complaints by users who were “unable to change the animation duration to anything other than 0,3”.Cheers, Matthias

Hi, as said in the object I have a project for a user interface using many interactive components and link between the artboards, but when I share the project, many of these interactive components simply does not work as if no interaction is setted on them.Please any one of you can help me to understand what is happening?thanksFabrizio

Hey guys,while prototyping my work, ive come across a challenge. While previewing my work on my desktop and my phone it seem like i can drag the images to see the full image that i cropped while on preview. I was wondering if this is a new thing or its just me. Any suggestions to stop the image being dragged while on preview?thanks.

For some reason, Ease In & Out isn't working when I select it. It looks like None is selected. When I look at cards I did the other day, they are still easing in and out, but anything I try to apply to it today isn't working. I restarted my computer and XD. I can't get it to work. Is this a bug?

Good day,I'm trying to preview an Adobe XD document created on my PC on my Android phone. I have it saved as an Adobe Cloud Document and I installed XD on my phone yesterday.It seems to take 17 years for the file list for the Cloud Documents to load. I'm usually on WiFi, but sometimes on LTE, and nothing at all takes as long as it takes Adobe XD to do anything. After 5 or 6 minutes, I get the file list and when I tap the one that I want, I get "Error Downloading CC Asset".The document is largish at 43.8MB and includes 12 total artboards, but since this is my first time working with XD I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. My phone is reasonably current (LG Stylo 4) and I have more than enough space.Any suggestions appreciated.- Mark

Hi guys, I'm loving XD. Time triggered component states would allow for image slide shows in hero banners for example which would be an absolute game changer for prototypes. If a client I share an XD prototype with wants to experience a slidehow, they currently have to click to simulate it, which means that I have to give them a lot of 'instructions' on how to operate the prototype. It'd be amazing if XD did all the automatic things... automatically. Thank you all so much for your hard work.

Hi, love XD, love you work. Great ot have micro-interacitons like hover state animations, but is there a way they can play 'concurrently' - I mean at the moment, one animation has to stop playing before the other one can. This makes rolling over menu items with animation a little cluncky. I undersand you can set a 'transition' effect with animation set to 'none', but I don't always want single frame effects, I want a little motion in there. Anything you can do on this would up our game masively. Thank you all so much.

I am unable to open the adobe XD file.
