Bridge

je ne puis plus  ouvrir durablement Bridge. Quand je clique sur "ouvrir" un fond de page, vide, comme un début d'ouverture, apparait mais trs vite en milieu d'écran une vignette s'incruste où il est écrit que Brige n'est pas disponible. Après netttoyage du disuqe dur j'ai désinstallé trois fois, toujours le même résultat ?

Bonjour,Je viens de faire une mise à jour et depuis Bridge me plante régulièrement.Je suis obligé de redémarrer mon ordinateur, et pendant 2-3 h je peux travailler avec et à un moment j'ai le message Error et plus moyen de rentrer .je suis sous Mac mini 2018 MacOs Monterey 12.6.2 et adobe Bridge 2023 13.02.636Merci pour votre aideChristophe

Hi,My Adobe Bridge CC (up-to-date) started crashing within a few minutes of starting up. Purged cache. Tried Ctrl+Alt+Shift to access Reset Settings dialog box, but it never appeared.I uninstalled Bridge and reinstalled it. Now nothing shows up the Essentials panel. See image. selected folders do have images in them

The August 2022 version of Bridge crashes when you try to enter a folder that has a Tif file with text in it.  I have Windows 10 and this crash problem started with the new Bridge version.  I now have to use a different file format than Tif if I have text in the image.  

I open Bridge and all of a sudden there's what looks to be a chain link icon sitting on many of my thumbnails. I have no idea what its supposed to mean or what the general purpose is. Could someone please explain the consept behind this? And is this yet another forced entry by Adobe or is it possible to remove it somehow? Very annoying when I don't have a clue why it's there.  Bridge 10.0.2.131 / W10     

Se me ha quedado bloqueado Bridge y no puedo arrancarlo. Lo he desistalado y vuelto a instalar y ha sido imposible arrancarlo. Me aparece el siguiente error:"No se puede encontrar la carpeta de destino de la colección IMAGENES. Quizas se haya  eleminado o cambiado de de nombre" Al clicar en "Aceptar" no realiza ninguna acción y la unica manera de salir del programa es desde el Administrador de tareas.

I have a work that forces me to browse through +100GB or images or tenss of thousands.Each time I open up one the folders on my computers, the applications freezes and become almost unresponsive.  I want to be able to switly browse the photos and find the ones I need, select to save and delete etc.I have a brand new mac studio with 1TB drive and I have thunderbolt 16TB raid drive.  Any advices would be highly apprecieted. Hello guys! I have a new problem with the latest Bridge update. No more GPU for image processing, everything is grayed out. And from time to time the app crashes when I am browsing through my folders. Bridge version 13.0.1.583Windows 10 pro 22h2i5 9600KF Nvidia 2060 - latest drivers Any ideeas

We would like to refresh our shared cache regularly, as an automated process. As Bridge doesn't support scheduling and that function very likely isn't accessible to scripting...  Has anyone of you had success with some 3rd party tool that records your menu-interaction?I the case of cache-export one might pick up the keystrokes (Alt + t, c, c, enter, enter...) and also capture folder-picks. Such a macro then could run once a month.Of course it would be a lot better when Bridge 13 got this functionality by default and would run after larger changes in any cached folder. Just saying, @Ashmit Singh Et al...

See screenshot.  Bridge displays the same image twice, the Metadata/Keywords area is gone, Bridge says 6502 items are hidden when there are only are only 3649 items in the folder (confirmed by File Explorer), the number of items for each star rating are wrong and don't total to anything close to reality... Bridge 13.02.636 is a virtually unusable mess.

Hi, I prefer to make a first part of selection in my camera by marking it as read only files (key button in Nikon). When I used Windows it was easy to sort in built-in file explorer. When I switched to macOS, I didn't find a way to do this in Finder. So I tried a Bridge but unfortunately I didn't find such an option. I can see which photos are read only (thumbnail with padlock) but is it possible to sort it?

New Camera Raw is not writing Metadata, especially for the Raw Filename... the older version CameraRaw_11_4_1 for Mac was still working and works with Bridge 2020... Now with new 2021 Bridge and updated Camera Raw 14, it is not writing the metadata for Raw filename... Is there a fix to use newer versions and still writes the metadata? i have tried all versions and it seems Camera Raw 11 or older works 

I'd want to make a multipage Output tp pdf.At the bottom of the Output Preview window is a bar, at right of it ther is a Page  ?  of ?  ,suggesting there can be more than one.How make a second, thrird ... optput page?Sverker

In der Bridge 12 war es möglich im Fenster "Inhalt" Bilder ein einer zweier, dreier, vierer, etc. Reihe anzeigen zu lassen. Durch das Klicken in eine der Randbereiche des Fensters und mit runterziehen der Maus, war es mir möglich beispielsweise jedes dritte, vierte, etc. Bild auszuwählen. Hierbei konnte ich bei der älteren Version von Bridge 12 schnell eine Auwahl von eben jedem z.B. dritten Bild machen. Bei der Version 13 von Bridge klappt das nicht mehr. Hier ziehe ich wie gewohnt mit gedrückter Maustaste meine Auswahl nach unten und bleibt am unteren Rand stehen. Hier werden nur ein paar Bilder ausgewählt und die Bilder lassen sich nicht runterrauschen. Nur durch das Schütteln der Maus wandert meine Auswahl langsam runter. Bei 5000 Bildern am Tag dauert dieser vorgang mehrere Minuten und nicht wie bei Bridge 12 nur ein paar Sekunden. Herzlichst, Marius Theßenvitz

I run Bridge and Photoshop on a Win 10 system. I tried to use Bridge today and It said I had to update Photoshop - which I did to 24.1.1, and then update Bridge to 13.0.2 - after installation, Photoshop opens ok but Bridge comes to a complete stop with  menus and a blank screen with s small window tited Bridge  and a big X in the middle of a red circle. No error code.

Just updated my mac to VENTURA and then updated bridge.Its crashing my mac i have had the apple team take a look and they said its ADOBE BRIDGE BUG problem !!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone else having this probelm and if so any fixes as i am thinkiong of going back a level with my mac.NEW HAD THESE PROBLEMS EVER WITH CS6 !!

I simply cannot use bridge anymore. I get an error 205 on everything I try

ACR: Can anyone tell me how to make the editing/slider panel on the right side of the screen smaller. It seems unnecessarily large and I end up scrolling up and down more than I did with the last version. "Edit Panel Behavior" is set to Responsive. I feel like this version of ACR is set up for my Grandmother who needs huge letters and numbers to read anything. It may be that I am working on a laptop with a mouse, but when I use the sliders the values tend to skip increments, going from 1 to 3, etc. This did not happen for me on earlier versions. Bridge: I label my folders often simply as 1,2,3 etc. when I do the initial download. When I identify particular cars or bikes I label them by their race number, #21, #105, #889, etc. Previous versions of Bridge listed all these files as we would expect, 1,2,3,...9,10 and so on. The new version gives me 1, 10, 11,....2, 20, 21, and so on. Is there a setting I can change so all the file numbers run chronologically? 

Hi,there is a UI bug in the latest Bridge CC 2023 (v. 13.0.2.636): although the language prefernce is set to German, some parts of the UI are still in English (s. screenshots).Like drop down menu under »Adobe Bridge 2023« or in the navigation window (left) column (like Finder view). Also in some other areas (e.g. in the Save menu Adobe Camera RAW) Not a big deal, but I assume easy to fix;) Just wanted to let you know. Language in macOS system preference is set to German, no other language. Tried a couple of things, e.g new install, deleting cache and preference files ... I am running macOS Ventura (13.2). Thanks for any help:)   

The find dialog used to resolve to the first editable text field. It doesn't now. You have to click on the field (or press tab a few times) to edit the search string. This is very annoying and a productivity speed-bump. I use bridge to quickly find items by using CMD+F, typing the string, then pressing enter. It was very helpful. 

Hi, I'm using a PC and have a bunch of videos that I've taken on my iPhone and downloaded via iCloud.com. I want to rename them according to the date/time they were initially taken - however, the "Date Created" metadata refers to the date/time they were uploaded to the iCloud servers, not the date/time the video was initially taken. When uploading the files to an online metadata analysis tool, there is another field called "Date/Time Original" which has the correct date/time for when the videos were taken - but I can't access this field in Adobe Bridge - all the fields under camera data are blank. For example, this is the metadata the website gives me for my first video - 2022:11:05 12:48:00+00:00 I could go through all the videos an manually update their filename but there are a lot of videos and this feels like something that should be automatable. If anyone has any solutions or insight it would be greatly appreciated!

So I have looked through the forums and can't find an answer to the issue. I am attempting to organize and rename a lot of photos. I would like to rename them to the "Date Taken".An example would be image name "DSCN0993.JPG", Date Created "October ‎21, ‎2021", Date Modified "March ‎9, ‎2013". But if I look in the details tab, I find Date Taken "3/9/2013". In Bridge, the only options are to rename "Date Created" and "Date Modified". Does anyone know how to rename it with the date taken for my situation? Example attached. Thanks for the help!
