Cannot get Photo Downloader to see me CFExpress Card with Bridge 2020, 2021, and 2022.  Adobe has not resolved.  Works fine if loaded through LR.

In an attempt to increase the font size, I went into the Preferences and increased the user interface scaling to 200%. It's so huge I can't process photos. So I went back into Preferences and user interface scaling is stuck on 200% and I can't change it back to Auto or 100%. I've tried Ctrl+Alt+Shift, clearing the cache, and disabling the startup scripts but nothing works. How do I get the scaling to change and how can I change the font to something I can actually read whether I'm using my laptop screen or laptop connected to a larger monitor?

Help please.I recently retired and two things changed: I have a new camera (Nikon 7500) and a new (non-work) Adobe Photographers account. I believe everything is up-to-date including ACR but in Bridge I only have previews for jpg files. The filter shows there are Raw files downloaded but I can't open them?What am I doing wrong? 

I was uploading some 200 pictures in raw format this weekend and I noticed I mislabeled the folder they were being exported to. Dumb move on my part, but I changed the file name. I noticed the edit files from Camera Raw were still uploading to the folder, but the photo files themselves. I really need these pictures for a deadline and would love some help on how to find them! 

It says unsupported format. I can convert the same file using Photoshop Elements and other packages.Adobe Bridge displays BMP images quite happily.Adobe Bridge converts JPG files to Tiff format.Does Adobe Bridge not support BMP file conversion?

Hi,today I downloaded photos from the card directly to an external drive, via iMac. In Bridge, as usual, I edited them in Camera Raw. This is how it worked without problems for several years. And then all of a sudden - the files on the external drive (My Book Studio 2 TB) do not appear in Bridge. I disconnected the drive and reconnected it, but Bridge doesn't load it. Finder, Photoshop yes.There is about 99 GB of space on the external disk.M

Hello, 3 days ago i upgraded to Photoshop 23.3.0 and to the latest version of Raw and to the latest version of Bridge 12.0.1.246. I now cannot copy the develpment settings from one adjusted Raw picture to another. I also noticed that I do not see the little adjustemnt icon that would appear in the upper right corner of an adjusted Raw picture. Can any one help? I need to be able to copy adjustements from one Raw picture to many other.Thank you for you helpDamien

I Have removed Bridge from my Widows 11 Laptop and re booted, then reininstalled bridge to se if issue is resolved. It did not Work.When i want to batch renme my files (With I do all the time) on my Windows 11 Laptop non of the dropdown boxes work. On my PC wich is windows 10, it works fine. I believe that there is a conflict between the software of bridge and windows 11.p.s. I did try doing this via lightroom (This does a another layer to my processing witch is not suitable)I need this working ASAPThe I first noticed this about 1 Month ago.

When I import photos from any camera with Bridge Photo Downloader, it duplicates every photo. Each photo comes in as ie.. photo1 and photo1-1. It hasn't always done this. Since all my cameras do the same thing, I don't believe its a camera setting. Additionally, as soon as the Import window opens, my mouse becomes VERY sticky. I can barely move it to pick photos or to another window, where it stays sticky.Unsure what to try, I don't see anything in the Preferences or other settings.I did report it on a pop up Adobe Bridge survey.Regards,Vi

To change the file names, I have some adjustments, like:Adding a sequence number before the name file with two digits.Adding a sequence number before the name file with three digits.Eliminating the original numbers at the begining and replacing with my customized numbering.Eliminating all numbers that has nothing to do with the file name, unlessit is a song that says “12 inch”.Eliminating all digits, except the “3” and the “4” if they are at the end, for mp3 and mp4 files.So,  all these adjustments and more were saved like customized adjustments for file names. In Bridge 2022 I have to set up again all this. Is there a way, for the future, I can save these settings in the creative cloud (like the brushes in PSD or the keyboard shortcuts in Premiere for example). “Import Preferences from your older version”??? Something like that? Orientations, please. 

I recently just bought a new Macbook pro with the M1 pro chip and downloaded bridge to access my one drive folder, but its not opening. I previously had a windows device which was able to open the cloud one drive folder on bridge. I am not sure if this is a glitch or just the M1 pro chip isn't compatible with Bridge 12.0, which is wierd because when I was downloading bridge it said it was compatible. Can someone please let me know whats up? Because bridge is an important app for me as a designer. Thank youVishek  

I've installed Bridge 12.0.1.246, and wanted to use it as link to an older PSCS6 (13.0.1) - this version of bridge tells me that my CS6/ACR is not licensed. I can continue to use Bridge 5.0.2.4 perfectly well... thanks

SOmetimes when applying Assigned Keywords to multiple files, almast all metadata in the selected files gets nuked (Caption, Location, Copyright etc.) and only a few keywords assigned remains. This happens sporadically. Doing a purge doens reveal/redisplay the lost metadata, they truly are gone. It happens in Bridge 2021 and 2022, running Mojave and Catalina (various versions). I've tried to reset pref's as well, no change. Kind of unsettling that metadata just gets nuked like this, the only solution so far is to not use Bridge, but Photo Mechanic instead. Any solutions or suggestions here in community-land? All the bestMichael

Literally just started today.  This is part of my workflow and this is a tremendous pain.  There are no available updates so spare me that abdication of responsibility. Anything under the Tools > Photoshop dropdown menu from bridge does nothing.  Photoshop doesn't react.  I can run Image Processor from within photoshop, and it does indeed run fine.

Batch rename is the Adobe Bridge tool I use with every image I have.  I've just added it to a laptop for use on a vacation trip, and the renaming tool is severely crippled.  Only categories of text appear.  The many useful other naming categories—date, time, number, etc.—will not appear.  What has Adobe done to cripple its wonderful, highly usefukl program?

The generation of the photo previews takes tens of minutes... Bridge is updated to version 12.0.0.234. With the M1 processor I have had enormous difficulties with all Adobe software (especially Photoshop) for sudden errors and crashes, and they often freeze as if they have no memory... Can someone please explain to me how to remove keywords from within Bridge. The Manual says:   "To delete a keyword, select the keyword by clicking its name, and then click the Delete Keyword button at the bottom of the panel or choose Delete from the panel menu." When I do that, about 15 to 20 seconds later the keyword reappears. In fact, in most cases if I've deselected the keyword (cleared the box), a few seconds later the box becomes rechecked again on its own. I can't turn it off. I have repeated this process now literally 100's of times and the results are the same. So far the only way I've been able to actually delete a keyword is to select all the files in a folder and click on the box to the left of the keyword. Typically the keyword is at a "-" state (only some files have that keyword applied) so clicking it applies it to all files. I then have to wait quite a few seconds to close to a minute or so while the metadata finishes writing. Then I need to click

Hi Adobe. Usely then I rename files in adobe bridge, I am able to select the hole name and click left arrow key to move to the start of the text field and right arrow key to move to the end.But in the 2022 version this has stopped working and when using the arrow keys it will always just move med to the right side of the dot. This is acturlly a big annoyance for me, because if i have to change or remove the first few words in a bunch of files, then i now have to switch between my keyboard and mouse every time i select a new file.  I can't see any logical reason for this change, so i am hoping that it is just a bug, that you will consider fixing in the near future. Thanks 🙂 

Thumbnails and previews do not display correctly on M1 Mac. Thumnails and preview window when scaled down exhibit, jagged diagonal edges, strange image areas that are zoomed at diffrent levels. Incorrect display of layers. Full screen previews display correctly.  There does not seem to be a combination of preffrence settings and or quality settings that fixes this issue leading me to belive this is issue with the graphics engine. "use software rendering" smooths the previews out. But does not fix the display issues.

Thumbnails of newly created jpegs are over saturated and distorted e.g. a 1x1 cropped jpeg is shown in portrait format with side edges cropped off.  I have set preferences for software rendering and have then cleared the cache for the folder containg the distorted image.  When the thumbnail is regenerated it apears creectly for 1 second before being distorted again.  All images created before this update are OK.  I am using Bridge stand alone and ACR and photoshop are not licenced.

I've been having an issue only for the last two months opening NEF raw files in lightroom and bridge. Through trial an error I find that I can import the NEF files into Lightroom Classic but only if I DON'T try to open the folder in Bridge first. If I try to open the files in bridge first (which I usually do to sort my images into subfolders to make them easier to organize) then lightroom doesn't recognize the files.  Anyone having this problem? I'm running Version 9.2 on Bridge & Lightroom and have the latest Camera RAW, I can't upgrade any further because my computer isn't compatible to upgrade my OS past High Sierra 10.13.6. Please help! The only temporary fix I have atm requires me converting everything to DNG and that takes hours.

I'm new to Bridge and do not have a server for tracking file revisions or branches. Imagine that you have a photo from some years ago and now you've created four wildly different variations within a couple of different apps, but all use the original as the primary basis. Maybe one has been turned into minialist vectors, another painted over the original photo, etc. How would you use Bridge to link these 5 files together so that they don't get separated, or at the least are permanently associated and easy to pull up together in Bridge?

Help please. I've been working in my new version of Bridge, but suddenly, the tabs/panels on the left-hand side have changed, and I can no longer access the view that shows me the labels & ratings-  i.e. how many files are red, yellow, green etc. This is the only way I can edit my files as I neede to filter them by label, but this is now impossible. I've wasted hours searching all over Bridge but have no idea why this view has vanished nor how to get it back. Please see screenshot - I have a bunch of useless tabs in that panel - metadata, workflow, collections,  export - but nothing showing me the labels. I have ticked 'labels' in View, so surely they should be visible? They were there earlier today, so I don't understand what's happened to them. I would be grateful for any advice as to how to get them back, and also how to make Bridge more stable so it always keeps the same workspace properties all the time! Thanks
