I was trying this out and from 4 shots, got a 111meg file. I wanted to use on a website and made a jpeg, and it was only 177kb, when I wanted more like >500kb. I tried different different image sizes and saving qualities but it always came out 177kb. I read that it could be limited unless saved for web, but I don't see any Save for Web in CC.
I used to be able to select a set of image files (RAW or JPG) then use Auto-stack panorama/HDR in Bridge which would then allow me to produce a stitched panorama or process a set of exposure bracketed shots. Since the last update of Bridge this has been impossible because Bridge closes immediately and an error report is produced - This has been sent to Adobe but nothing has resulted from this.I'm using an Apple iMac with more than enough RAM Anyone else had this problem ?Anyone rectified this problem?
I just updated to Bridge 9.0 (using with PS 21.2.1). When I do a Save/Save-As with a JPEG file, it loses the star/label ratings. (Using Image Processor, does the same thing.) Any fix to this?
Before the update, Bridge would use certain defaults in terms of naming the files when I imported them from my SD card (I can't remember if I set these or it just remembed what I used previously). Now I have to set the filename type I use, my "creator" ID and folder name format every time I upload. What am I missing? (I use a Mac.)
If I select several keywords files with any of them are shown. I find it strange that there seems to be no option to choose all, as in logical AND (&&). Would've improved filtering a lot. I know it's possible in advanced search and smart collection but inconvenient to use frequently compared to clicking checkboxes.
In my case after updating Bridge went slower and with the new layout less operative. Not all the changes work for better.

I want to be able to edit multiple photos side by side so I can compare and apply lighting settings. So my initial problem was not being able to open multiple files in Camera Raw via Photoshop. I would have Photoshop open and go Open as...> choose a TIFF file and open as Camera Raw. Opening a single photo in Camera Raw is fine, however shift-clicking multiple files in Windows Explorer wasn't working. Some google results suggested to open the files via Bridge and to shift-click them there and open in Camera Raw. Shift-clicking works fine for selecting multiple TIFF photos in Bridge - but the Open in Camera Raw option simply isn't there, see attached screenshot. Any ideas for a solution? Thanks in advance
In the 10.1.1.166 version of Bridge, I went to load multiple files into Photoshop layers the way I have in the past with Tools > Photoshop > Load files into Photoshop layers. The new version of Bridge doesn't appear to allow me to do that anymore. Please help me with how to load several files from Bridge into Photoshop layers.
I have always relied on the OUTPUT feature in earlier versions of Bridge to create PDF contact sheets for my clients. This feature seems to have disappeared in my current version Bridge 2020 (vers 10.11)Can anyone tell me if there is still a way to do this?Thank you Mike
Unable to use Adjustment Sliders in the latest Camera Raw Ver. 13.0.0.610. They respond only to the up and down arrows. Had no problems up until now.Is ther anything that can be done? This is Windows 10, current public build
I love using Bridge as my main file explorer and to manage project files for my work.Using it on my local drive is great, speedy, and much more efficient than working with Windows 10 file explorer, but trying to do the same with files/folders on a network drive is painful!! 😞 I've tried using Bridge working from home with my VPN connection to a network drive and it's always been slow and laggy with accessing folders and thumbnails. When I navigate to the same network drive folder use Windows Explorer, everything is speedy as it should be, unlike Bridge. I've tried exporting a shared cache on some folders on the network drive to see if that would speed things up with Bridge, but the results are the same. Slow, slow, slow. Exporting the shared cache has little to no effect for me. I have resorted to making local copies of the folders on my harddrive and make the edits/changes I need and then recopying them back to the network. Question is this: Is there anyone that
I've been having this issue for a while - I will select a bunch of images that are similar, then ask Bridge to rename, for example "IMG" to "Cityscape". This will work once or twice and then it won't work again until I restart Bridge. At this point, 'quit' doesn't usually work either and I have to force-quit. I'll do this over and over again, renaming one set, force-quitting, restarting bridge, doing another set, etc, but it's pretty time-consuming so I'd love to figure out how to get rid of this behaviour. I've tried resetting the preferences/deleting cache and it's still doing the same thing. thanks for any help.
I am running version 11.0.0.83 of Bridge. When I am setting up a new preset in Export I only have the option file formats of JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and DNG to choose from. Why is JPG not included? This is the one that I require and it is available elsewhere in Photoshop so why not here?
In Bridge v11.0.0.83, using the Workspace 1 panel. I use to use the zoom feature to check the focusing of an eye. I could see the iris and the eyelashes. In this new version I am seeing a small number of pixels. This amount of zoom is ridiculous and unusable. If there is a way to adjust this microscopic absurdity please advise. Also, please note that I have "Email me when someone replies" but Adobe never sends me those emails. It may be some time when I read anyone's advice. Thank you in advance for understanding the new Adobe.
So I've come across this glitch once or twice in the past, and now I have it happening to 3 photos from the same batch. I'm not sure how it occurs, but it does.Essentially when I go to use the spot removal tool, it doesn't work on the intended area. It'll choose some other random location from the photo, or even a location off the canvas! However, some areas of the photo are ok, it's really quite a mix and rather troublesome.Even if I close the program and reopen the photo, the issue is still there. I even tried editing on another computer and the issue is still there!I'm editing Nikon D800 files FYI. I've attached a video for you to see. I hope someone from Adobe will address this.
I have a couple of horrible experience while using the 'move' files function (which is coping the files to another location delete the originals) I want to share. I once abruptly canceled the moving action in the progress as I realized I had chosen a wrong destination. Usually on other applications you would be either recieved a warning or the unfinishing moved files would be retained in the original location. However in Bridge the moving action is stopped after hitting the cancel buttoon, the file has been disappeared for good. Can't be found anymore. No warning or message. Another occasion is that I used the shortcut of the recent locations of moving files. However folders in unmounted disks are still shown there which means those folders are 'phantom' folders. I accidentally picked those 'phantom' folders but still Bridge allowed me to proceed the move action. And the files are never been found again. What a lousy written app. Maybe one of the worst written applications I
Bonjour Bridge affiche mes photos (en NEF) en petit avec des bandes noir en haut et en bas de l'image et quand j'essai de l'importer dans photoshop, cela me dit que "le fichier est de type incorrect"HELP ! Merci d avanceLyam
I have made my updates in Camera Raw and Bridge ususally reflects what changes I have made. In the last 2 weeks that has stopped. I have tried restarting the prgram, running updates, shutting down my computer, refreshing the program under the view tab and no luck. Any tips?
Since my system (Windows 10 64, i7 8700, 32Gb RAM) updated to PS 22 and Bridge 11, I am unable to play/preview video files in Bridge, and most video files (including ones previously authored in PS 21) will not play in either Bridge or PS. Anyone have a solution?
Hello, Is there a way to make content scrolling with mouse smooth just as when dragging the slider on OS X? This is highly annoying as one completely loses the orientation with this jumpy "row scrolling". Thank you for your answers and best wishes.
Hi guys,is it possible at all to see if an image has a clipping path in Bridge without having to go into PS? Thanks
I just recently moved from Bridge 2018 to Bridge 2019. Everything in Bridge 2019 is noticeably larger and the label has now been switched to a colored dot on a new line. I'm trying to cram as much info as possible into the thumbnail image and metadata and the size/location of the icons/stars, etc. has squeezed it out. Is there any way to modify the size/layout of the stars, labels and icons? Is moving back to Bridge 2018 my only option? (See attached image for comparison.)
I have a targa video sequence which should have an alpha channel. Is there a way in adobe bridge to view each Targa video sequence and see if it has a alpha channel?
I would like to know whether Adobe is going to address the issue of colored borders around thumbs in Bridge. Many of us have complained that it takes up extra space and that it's hard on the eyes. Adobe has promised to address the issue but has not. I recently updated because I was having difficulty with file associations, and I see now that I don't have the option to go back to the 2018 version. Earliest version available is 9.1 which has the clunky interface. At least give us the option to go back to the more streamlined version. I'm not going to give up on this, I will not get used to the new version or stop asking it to be brought back. Squeaky wheel isn't my favorite costume, but I will wear it. Please tell us whether you will address this concern or give us another option. Thanks!
