Hi there, I am a bit of a klutz and seem to regularly find myself accidentally deleting images in bridge.  My husband has turned off the 'are you sure you want to delete?' option but I would like it back!  Any thoughts as to how I do this please?Thanks

Hi everyone!We recently got the Adobe CC suite at work. We are working in a Big Corporate environment so all cloud sync functions are disabled.Vefore I updated to the latest version of Adobe Bridge everything went smooth... but now it's like everyday hell with Adobe Bridge.Problems:1. The app starts, and then it does not respond for a while2. Intermediate freezes, while navigating3. When a file is selected in the browser Bridge freeze for a short while before there is a preview.4. Constant hangs, it feels like Bridge is trying to connect to something and gets in a non responsive state constantly5. When navigating there is a constant lag and freeze state!So the sum of all these problems makes Adobe Bridge CC completely unusable I tried all the tips and tricks from the Adobe forums, but seriously NOTHING helps.My system:Laptop: Dell Precision M3800, 16GB RamGPU: Nvidia Quadro K1100 MOS. Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-bitAll drivers are up-to date.Do you have any ideas how to fix this?Br Jonat

First I own the bridge program not from creative cloud/Two issues I need help with.1. After update to latest Mac software Bridge does not recognize my camera anymore.  Is there a way to get Brige back to working properly without having buy something new and if so please give specific details and steps.2. And most pressing, I went to open a folder filled with photos I had previously uploaded so I could do some color corrections.  In bridge I see half of the photos but not all that are in the folder.  When I click on the folder a prompt box comes up and says I need to purged the central cache folder.  When I went to purge  cache it basically just spins for hours and says building criteria.  I have work that needs to be done and need this fixed ASAP!!

I have been doing some research and have tried resetting all the settings in Bridge I have CS5. It started acting up a while ago and now it wont find the camera at all when trying to import photographs!

Is there a way how to rearrange the order of photos in Adobe Bridge (or Lightroom) and then save these photos in this rearranged order?Lets say I want the photo _MG-7918 be first, photo _MG-6234 second, photo _MG-7856 third and so on. I know I can do this by renaming the files, but thats too dificult if you have 100 photos. So maybe there is an easiest way.Thanks for any answer.

I have a large file (3.08 GB .pst) and Bridge will not allow me to edit the metadata.  I get an error that says "This property cannot be modified." Any idea why I am getting that warning?  It is my original file - scanned copy of an image for a restoration.  Thanks!

Upgraded via Creative cloud, all software upto date. Windows 1032 gig ramGtx 980ti128 gig ssd1) Bridge will not import ANY presets, and yes I know you have to select a layer first, iv been a professional animator for 10 years.Tried launching as AdminUninstallingreinstallingResetting pref..Iv tried everything, I select a text layer.. boot up bridge.. right click.. place in afx 2017... nothing..I don't even have any animated previews. Bridge always was a pain.. any suggestion? fed up now.Thanks in advance.

Since upgrading from windows 8.1 to window 10 i have a problem in that I now have the use software render checkbox greyed out in preferences.I am using the latest driver from Nvidia and Intelas my Dell laptop has both a intel graphics chip and   nvidia.There are no problems In photoshop recognizes the nvidia chip  same before.Just Bridge.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using Bridge CS6 for quite a while with JPEG2000 files, and they always showed up as thumbnails in CS6.When I upgraded to Bridge CC, the thumbnails are gone and I just get a generic Photoshop icon for all of the files.Is there a way to get Bridge CC to show thumbnails for JPEG2000 files, or do I need to uninstall Bridge CC and re-install Bridge CS6?Thank you!

Window>Workspace>Output option not available.Using Bridge 2017 (current release) I have installed AOM as instructed, and selected the startup script in Prefs. But Output is still not available via Window > Workspace > Output. I followed all instructions as per current help page. AOM DOES appear in startup scripts -and is selected.I see this has been a recurring issue over time. Important to me that this feature is available and working smoothly -asap.Is there a fix?thanks!(running El Capitan 10.11.3 On a Mac Pro Late 2013)

First sorry for my english.I have a problem when I use bridge over lan, I shot some pics with a Canon cam, and automatically upload to my pc instant using wifi, then I use bridge / camera raw for edition, some cuts, contrast.. etc, when I try to see the fotos from other pc, it's impossible, it tooks 10 minutes to charge 20-30 pics, when I do the same on 'local' pc, I have to wait others 10 minutes to see the changes or see a slider of pics, I try everything.My connection is stable (no problem with other soft or moving files pc-pc or cam-pc), all pcs have an i7 6th, SSD and 16gb ram, windows 10 recently formated.

Hello!  I just installed the new Bridge 7.0 update as part of my Adobe CC.  When I open the (PC) folder where my thousands of images are stored, the only ones displaying are scanned jpeg images (48 of them).  I have NEF, JPEG and PSD files in this folder.  I've cleared all searches, preferences, everything and can't figure out why the balance of the file types aren't displaying. Any ideas?Update - fixed it!  User error, of course.

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen. Ich bin Fotograf und bei Fotoshootings ist die Kamera mit USB verbunden zu mein MAC. Bisher hat sich nach jedem Schuss das Bild automatisch mit Bridge auf dem Bildschirm geöffnet und die neuesten Bilder in wurden in der Vorschau angezeigt. Jetzt nach der Aktualisierung passiert das nämlich nicht mehr und muss ich immer zum Rechner gehen auf dem Brigde tippen und zu die neueste Bild scrollen und drauf klicken das sich im vorschau anzeigt. Wie kann ich das wieder so machen, dass es sich automatisch anzeigt? Ich bin in der Menüleiste auf Sortierung gegangen und nach Auflösung gemacht und funktioniert leider nicht.Vielen Dank im vorraus

J'ai l'impression qu'il s'agit d'une nouveauté liée à la nouvelle version 7.0.0.93 x64.J'ai eu à subir dernièrement des coupures intermittentes du serveur DNS (problème sur les serveurs de SFR)  - donc momentanément, plus d'internet.En ce cas Bridge se fige 10 à 20 secondes toutes les minutes  environ, ce qui correspond je suppose à des tentatives d'accéder au web, sans doute pour répondre à la fonction 'Recherche dans Adobe Stock' (dont je n'ai aucune utilité, comme sans doute la plupart des photographes utilisant Bridge).Conclusion : Bridge serait impraticable sans internet - pas très logique - Bug ou décision d'Adobe ? - Je veux pouvoir utiliser Bridge (incontournable avant d'utiliser Photoshop avec des fichiers Raw) sans internet, sachant bien sûr qu'il me faut au moins un accès par mois pour valider mon abonnement Creative Cloud.NP

I need control on my .net application where i will be able to display pdf file to user but with option to prevent user from saving that file.I read about that axacropdf may work, but also i read that i cant prevent user from copying/saving/printing from that control using C# or vb apis ?Is there anything similar or probabbly the best solution would be convert from pdf to xps.Thanks in advance

I deleted my keyword structure in Bridge by accident and am going through my images and recreating them as I click through the images.  The problem I was trying to solve is showing up.  Why do some keywords show up as "Keywords"  and then again as "Other Keywords"?In addition, I have this display at the top of the Other Keywords list.  This keyword is in the Other Keywords as well.Keywords     Places: Vienna No 53 Lange StrassePlaces: Vienna No 53 Lange StrasseWhy does this show up twice in the Keywords and with the different indentation?I can see that the category "Assigned Keywords" shows which keywords have been assigned to an image when you click on the image, but the split between Keywords and Other Keywords is something I can't understand.I have searched for information and can't seem to find a discussion about this.I have make all the keywords in Other Keywords persistent.  I have closed Bridge and reopened it, and the display is the

While that is mostly kinda sorta correct, it doesn't tell the whole story. At a minimum, there are a few things that Bridge can do to the files contained within a folder. Bridge can certainly help organize the contents of your images and Bridge can certainly help you rename the files in your folder. [Quick tip: if you do the standard "Click" (on the name) and pause and then "click" again, the name is now selected so that you can rename it. How can I extract Bridge (version CS4) metadata to Excel?  I find some guidance here in the Adobe forums about moving metadata from a spreadsheet to Bridge, but I need to export Filename and ITPC Core Description fields from Bridge to a Excel (or CSV) file.  Any advice would be welcome!

I'm trying to copy image files to another folder to be used as linked images in an InDesign document. I need to package the InDesign document to send to the graphics designer, and the images need to be part of that package.When I try to copy the image files in Bridge, either 1) singly, 2) en messe within the current folder, or 3) as a folder containing the images, I get an error message stating that an error occurred and that some of the files may not have been processed. When I check the destination folder, none of the images have been saved into it. I brought up the images in Photoshop and tried to save them into the desired destination folder. I received an error message that the destination folder could not be found. The folder does exist.I created a new destination folder and retried saving the images via Bridge and Photoshop. No luck.My Creative Cloud is up to date (uploaded latest versions earlier this week). I use a PC.Why can I not save the images into the folder that contains

My question is why adobe BRIDGE very heavy load my SSD/HDD when i simple change rating on VIDEO file? May I avoid this?IT's very slow down my PC. Rating inserts directly into a file? Or what. Why this simple operation slow my PC for usage.. very well?
