HelloThe Panel has no presets. All gone. I've searched for answers here and I saw one for CS6 and, apparently, for CS5, but the solution from Adobe member Deepak Gupta mentions a folder that doesn't exist in my case: "PublishPanel", as you can see in the main structure (image attached). I've posted there this problem but no answer, maybe because it's marked as "correct answer". It's been a while it is urgent I solve this, please.Thank you.

I'm on a mac running on Sierra, and Bridge CC 2018 freezes at the building criteria.  It was my first time using it after the Bridge update. As a result, I cannot do anything in Bridge now. What's the solution for this?

As a LR and PS user, I am not familiar with Bridge. I am looking into this software for a friend who wants to get a photo library manager. Most of his photos are taken with his Samsung Android (don't know which model) and his main concern is making sure that the albums he creates on his phone can be preserved during the transfer process to his PC. So my questions are the following: Will Bridge keep the albums intact during the transfer for the phone to the PC?If so, will this process require much tech savvy on his part?Like LR, is it possible with Bridge to assign key words to photos ?Is it possible to create collections (smart or not)?Thank you

Anyone else seeing intermittent generic thumbnails in Bridge?If I had to guess, I'd say it was a handful of the raw images I'd been working on in the previous session. I can fix them by selecting them and right-clicking Purge Cache for Selection, but it's a pain in the neck to keep doing this.Seems to have started since moving to CC 2018.

Hi, I am using Mac (Mavericks) and Adobe Bridge CC 2015. While setting up a modified files synchronised backup I discovered quite a number of BridgeCache and BridgeCacheT folders, or files, that are normally hidden. They appear in numerous folders that contain images. Some time ago I set my Bridge preferences nominating a specific location for the Bridge Cache.My question is are all these normally hidden BridgeCache and CacheT folders/files within my image folders, related to the Bridge Cache? If so, could they be old caches from a time prior to setting the cache to the specific location it is now directed to from the preferences?

Forgive me if I am wrong but I am sure that an InDesign file used to have a preview thumbnail in Bridge. But now it is just and InDesign icon. Very frustrating... Is there a way to get the thumbnail preview back?Thanks in advance.

hi.i'm hoping someone can help me as i'm frankly losing my mind.i have an enormous collection of assets ~100,000 that for the most part live on an external drive and have been catalogued through bridge. i'm using the latest cc version 2018 and i have organized my files into various collections.when i'm working i like to flip between the collections to collect assets for use in my work - but when i do so, each time i select a new collection to review my assets, bridge is re-generating the thumbnails. which makes no sense as the image files have not changed in the last 30 seconds > few minutes since i last viewed that collection. this behavior makes bridge unusable as i have to wait and wait and wait to view my assets. and this behavior is not exclusive to the latest update - it's been going on for years...i don't pretend to understand bridge's preferences for thumbnails, cache etc. - they are all presented in non-user friendly language and frankly i was a great lover of iview which m

Hi,I use Capture One for digitalising photos and then I use Bridge and Photoshop for editing. I didn't have any problems yesterday but today, when I open the files in Bridge, Bridge changes the file dimensions from 3840x5760 to 3240x 5760. It looks like 16:9 ratio. I can´t find any place where I can correct that. Anyone who has any idea?

Hi thereWorking with Win 10, I need to organize same photos in different folders. In order to avoid multiple copies I would like to work with links. Bridge shows me a link as a link but I would like to see the linked photo instead (this works fine with Win 10).Thanks for any ideas!Tom

I'm having a problem with Bridge (version 8.0.1.282 x64) where it's extremely slow. By "slow", I mean that common image manipulation, such as the Adjustment Brush, takes almost a second between visible updates, making it quite frustrating to work with. Searching around on the forums, it seems the common performance issues with Bridge are related to gallery navigation or working on many images at the same time, and none of those things is a problem for me.What is strange about it is that Bridge is the only program which displays this problem. Non-Adobe programs and all other Adobe programs than Bridge perform perfectly well and as expected (I did have a problem with Lightroom as well, but that was completely fixed by upgrading Lightroom; Bridge, from what I can tell, is completely up-to-date). Hey guys,I recently upgraded from Bridge CS6 to Bridge CC. It all works perfect but my images won't be previewed as before. I am using a 2560x1440 screen resolution and the latest Bridge CC.Before it was like this:Now it is scaled down to its actual pixel size, which is a bummer:If anyone can help me get it back to normal, I would greatly appreciate it. Hi There,I have had this problem for a while and can't find an answer.Currently I'm using Bridge version 9.1.1.461 and wince I have bought another camera (Nikon D7000) the photos in bridge downloader only show icons, no photo previews.I have searched online and followed guides which told me to Purge Cache, reinstalled bridge, updated to te latest version and purged cache again.The problem still occurs and I don't know what to do to fix it.I hope somebody can help me.many thanks! Non of the Export Panel services are working.  The panel is empty.  I can right click on content images, choose Export To > Hard Drive ... but nothing happens.  Then when I close Bridge I get the following message: "Quitting Bridge now will clear all queued files from the Export panel and cancel all pending and in progress eport jobs."Bridge was trying to do the export but has failed. I have purchased several Adobe Master Collection suites over the years.  This problem is occurring on all my machines.Can Adobe please provide a repair to Bridge?  Does anyone from Adobe read this forum?  I am aware that I can roll back my system date to enable the Export Panel services, however this is simply not an acceptable standard.I am posting here because it seems that Adobe doesn't take phone calls from customers who made one time purchases of this product.  Please be accountable Adobe.  Removing features from your products does not make happy customers.

Hello folks,we are using the Bridge CS5 in the company I work for. Since this month (as I know) the "Export" module is empty/blank and not functioning properly (the export profiles are missing even though they are present in the "AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CS5.1\Export Presets" folder. The export functions do not work either.It suddenly happened on two different computers with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit). The version of the Bridge is 4.1.0.54 and I am not aware of any product update. The Bridge is installed among the CS 5.5. Web Premium applications. I tried to uninstall all OS/program/framework updates (for example Flash, Java and .NET framework except updates for Office 2010 products) which were installed since the last known working state of the module and to no avail. I also tried reinstalling the Bridge, resetting the workspace, settings, looked for exceptions using the WinDbg and so on.Can anyone help me with this, please? Hey guys,I need to create a custom rename script that will duplicate selected files and remove some characters(could vary from 9 to 10) from the end of the name and replace it with 1So it looks like this now :  NBSIACBGT-BKL-1 COPY.psdAnd I need it like this : NBSIACBGT-1.psdI already managed to do it through regular bridge using this regular expression :    .{9}(\..{1,})$   I just need to add it into a script so I can call it out of a keyboard shortcut if that make sens to you guys. I have a scriptUI window in Bridge that lets the user move from folder to folder using if(pgInput.text!=""){app.document.setPresentationMode("browser",myPgLoc+pgInput.text);}This works fine but I would like the focus to go back to the window after it's done. This event happens atvar myTxtInput=pgInput.addEventListener('change', function(){}I am having a hard time finding a way to bring the focus back to the window. When I press tab it doesn't tab through the window it tabs in Bridge.Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to script the File/Place/In InDesign option so that you don't always have to do it manually? A shortcut would be nice but I can't find any on this item. Brad

I prefer to open and edit photos in camera raw using Bridge. Once the edits are made, I select the photo(s) from the list view on the left of the window and click the "Open Images" button at the lower right of the window. Nearly every time, no matter how many photos I have selected, one or more will fail to open in Photoshop. Even though I have only one photo open in raw, the image might not open into Photoshop. I receive no warning about camera raw not being activated. My software versions are all up-to-date and I am running OS 10.13.3. One explanation might be that the update to High Sierra is the issue as it is with certain functions of InDesign.Does anyone have a similar problem?

I just upgraded my workstation to a screaming HP Omen.  Bridge is still painfully slow when it comes to changing meta on .psd files.  It literally takes 10-20 seconds just to change the label.  It's the kind of thing where I have to start it on 100 files and walk away for a few minutes because it is just so annoying.  Same thing for changing the file info.  Anything I can do to speed this up on .psd files?

Hi All,searched through answers, and maybe not searching the correct terms. I have metatagged/keyword images created in bridge. I have users on pc's and macs hooked up to a server.Limited few have bridge or any adobe products at all.The images are on a server for all to see.The users need to easily search for an image (for example) a coffee table (keywords).PC and MAC search on that server for "coffee table" does not return any results for anyone. sidenote: It also seems i need to be in that particular folder to find that particular keyword in Bridge.  what am i overlooking?Thank you helpful people!
