Hello,I am new on this forum. I have the following problem. I have an iphone 6s and take pictures with gps. When I export my photo's to Adobe bridge cc there is no gps information available in bridge. No place for example where I made the picture.Is it possible to export this info from my iphone 6s to bridge cc?Thank you for your information.

I am using PS6 CS with Win 7 Pro, 250Gig SSD. Photoshop is running fine. But just lately, with no new installations or changes to the system, Bridge does not respond to any command.For instance when I start Bridge it opens looking at the folder that was used last. If I try to go from User > Photos > Jan 17 back to Photos to open another folder nothing happens. After about 15 - 20 seconds the screen turns a milky white and "Not Responding" pops up, and it really does not respond, cannot even close the program. However, if I do nothing after about a further 30 to 60 seconds the program responds. So now I'm looking at User > Photos >. Now if I try to open Jun 17 it freezes, again, and a minute or so later I'll get there. But it'll freeze again when I try to open an image in Camera Raw. To put it politely this is a pain.How can I fix this?Thanks for any input.David

I have an FTP account set up under my main website. We upload web galleries created with the HTML gallery template to our FTP space and they work fine on any given computer browser (Safari/chrome/etc.) but will not show up on a mobile device. It only displays a blank screen with "Not Found" at the top. Since we're uploading the galleries with the HTML format, I imagine it isn't an issue with Flash/security settings. Any idea what could be causing the issue?

I just downloaded the newest version of Bridge and now i cannot copy or move files from desktop to backup hard drives or move files between portable hard drives. I cannot create a new folder on my backup hard drives.

I used to download my photos with Lightroom.  Lightroom would create a new folder for the date the images were taken and label it with the following format:  2017-06-23.  However, Bridge would label the folder as 20170623.  This format, in my humble opinion is harder to read.  Is there any way to get Bridge to use the format with the dashes in the date?Cheers.David.

HelloI did a clean install of Sierra yesterday on my 13" retina Macbook Pro 2013 and reinstalled CS6 Photoshop and Bridge. The text in menus, file names etc in Bridge is very pixelated. I'm quite sure that this was not the case under El Capitan. There are no updates to be installed. The display is scaled (as was the case under El Cap) to 1440x800. Is this due to Sierra somehow? Hi!My Bridge CC 2017 will not open when I click on it; I've tried re-installing it a million times and I still get this message:Not sure what to do now. Also cannot find a way to get in contact with support. Adobe is making this very difficult.

A recent Windows10 update I believe has resulted in Downloader not displaying content on my 80D datacard. I am using PS Build 2017.1.1 and Bridge Build 7.0.0.93 x64. Prior to the update, no problem in seeing thumbnails and retrieving data. After update, I get the Downloader window with all text info greyed out, thus inactive. I get a message "Connecting to device...Please wait" but nothing happens. I can only remove this application my killing the process using Task Manager. Any ideas on how to repair this. Do I need to re-install Bridge? How does this work with the CC version of PS? Thanks!

I am using Adobe Bridge CS6. After upgrading my Mac to macOS Sierra Adobe Bridge does not recognize my memory card (transcend 64 gb) anymore. Before the update it worked perfectly. I'm looking to automate part of our art pipeline. In particular, processing files for usage in a game. In the ideal situation, the processing (or "job") would be done by invoking it either command line. The command-line would either directly run the script or package the details of the job and then make an API call to a "Remote Job Server".I've looked around to see what is possible with the Adobe products. There seems like no fantastic solution. Parts of our pipeline use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. I've experimented and found that at least with Photoshop, using it command-line does not work well. This leads me either making a plug-in or script which acts as a server to run the job. Which would then possible mean that Illustrator and Flash would need the same.The art director asked whether bridge could be used to dispatch the jobs to the desired app, since I believe that Bridge can be used to run a script on one of the apps.Are there any recommendations on a good approach to hand

I just renamed and copied 521 image files in bridge and more than half of them did not have the original name preserved in the metadata. All apps are current.

I have downloaded Adobe Bridge CC onto a PC running windows 7 professional. The programme is there when checking on the control panel BUT whenever I click on it NOTHING happens. I try to "browse in bridge" from Photoshop CC and NOTHING happens. I had this issue 388 days ago and gave up and went back to CS5 BUT was persuaded by a friend to invest in the Adobe CC - it's really puzzling that it simply doesn't work! I may have to cancel my subscription again if I can't get bridge to work.

Hi Adobe Forum,Recently i've installed Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard (I know it's an old version). The software is working fine except Adobe Bridge and Version Cue. When i click on Bridge it's starting, but it won't show the Version Cue part. Other people within the same company have installed it exactly as i did and do have Version Cue.What can go wrong?My PC is a ASUS laptop with Windows 10 Home on it.

When previewing WAV files in Bridge CC 2017, I get audio clicks in the playback. Depending on the Kbps value, the space between clicks changes. I've tried listening to mp3, AIFF, and even tried some videos with audio but all played back normally. Hi! My adobe bridge is having some technical problems. The author's name (under metadata's IPTC) and creator's name (under metadata's IPTC core) is simultaneously changed whenever I change one of them. If I typed into author's blank, the creator's blank will be changed to the same information. How do I troubleshoot and resolve this technical error? Why can't Bridge in Windows allow navigation out of a user's AppData folder?I have  disks on my PC specifically for temp folders.  Files I don't want my backup system to needlessly back up.  I can't navigate to these disks in the Bridge preferences for Cache location.

I've increased my memory to 12G.But it takes between 10 - 15 seconds for every command to execute. Why is Bridge so slow in working?Thx

That's it. That's the message I get every time and it closes before it opened. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it through the CC app, several times. And it always crashes. I can still open Photoshop and Illustrator (and the others) independantly through their launch icon, but I still need Bridge. HOW CAN I GET IT TO WORK AGAIN??

I am running out of disk space in Bridge and I have already compacted my cache. What happens when you purge the cache? Am I losing important data? Honestly, I don't really understand it and I have done a lot of research..... I am worried about losing important data. Why wouldn't you want to purge your cache?

Hi All,Bridge is completely frozen, can't access any of my images - NOTHING works. I have to force quit to get out. I open it up again and try to select something, it does and then freezes. PS and LR work as advertised, only bridge is affected. Tried to go to Adobe support - what a joke ! It was a complete run-around. It would ask a question and direct you to a page which would ask the same question and then send you back to the page you were just on and asks the same question all over again.If I un-install bridge will I also lose all of my images ?any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Tom Vollick

Why do Adobe products navigate with root of a PC as "Desktop"?  A user's Desktop in Windows is typically C:\Users\username\Desktop.  In Adobe navigation, every disk is under Desktop.  Desktop=>C:\ for example is the Adobe concept of a filesystem in Windows.It's really dumb and amateur.  A just-fix-it stupid thing that should have been fixed long ago.

Both, photoshop cc2017 and Bridge are uptodate. But Bridge tries to open Photoshop CC 2015.5 (which is replaced by CC2017)How can I adjust Bridge in order to find the new version of Photoshop? Thanks a lot
