Hi,Please can you tell me how to update my CS3 Bridge/Adobe/Camera Raw/Photoshop so that it reads Raw images from my Nikon D300?Many thanks.Suzanne

Recently I had a problem with Bridge.  I fixed the problem by uninstalling CS5 which I forgot to do after installing CS6 a few years ago.Now when I try to open Photoshop in Bridge by clicking on the image and also by right clicking and choosing "open with", I get the following message:"Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\AdobePhotoshop CS4 (64bit) Photoshop.exe'  Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.I no longer have CS4 on my computer.  That's been long gone.  And now I no longer have CS5 on the computer.  can open images in Photoshop via the backdoor (open Photoshop and search for file outside of Bridge) but that is cumbersome and time consuming when processing hundreds of images in Bridge.In attempting to fix the problem in Bridge I clicked on edit, preferences, I reset the default.  I also checked in preferences Nikon RAW which indicated Photoshop.  I checked Photoshop document (.psd.psb... and it said Photoshop CS6.When

I was sent a json file as a template contact sheet for Bridge from a co-worker. I have put it in Adobe Output Module/contactsheet/resources/datas/customplate but it does not show up in the pull down list. Any advice?  I have restarted the computer.

I have a number of InDesign miniatures in a folder that is just showing the "InDesign-logo" and not a thumbnail (like all the other files).It is not old files.It is not large files.I have emptied the cache memory.It doesn´t help to resave the file.Any one knows why?/Mona

I recently, and mistakenly, upgraded my Mac to Sierra and now my Bridge will not see my Nikon D7000 for download. I have a license with Bridge, therefore I cannot simply update my app, so I'm told. How can I get Bridge to find my camera for download. Thanks!

Hi to allI've an issue when I change the name of my photos. I've a directory, inside there are the jpg + NEF + xml files (this xml files content the properties and characteristics I work in Adobe Camera RAW when I open the NEFs and change exposition, bridge, blacks, saturation and transformation upright). His names are the name of the photos in the camera (_DSCxxxx.xxx) and I want to change his names. okI select all the fotos in Bridge (jpg and NEFs files) and select in the menu "Batch rename". ok.After, I put the name I want, put a sequence number and select ok.When Bridge start to change the name of the files, the RAW and his thumbs start to change the appearance while Bridge start generate the thumbs.I see the Upright, when I select Auto "A" when I change the name, change the perspective and inclination. Now, the name is the same in the files (jpg+NEF+xml) but the jpg and the NEF is different, because the crop, upright, inclination are different...Is this an issue and a BUG of Bridg

hello, I have a problem with my CS6 Master collection. I cannot activate the Adobe Bridge color management, even if I installed it as a part of the Creative Suite. I get an error saying: Suite Color management is not enabled. and I need to first open another program. In Photoshop it is saying that the Synchronisation is not enabled. I am working with the European CS6 on the new Macbook pro with Sierra. I hope you can understand my problem - as I am working with the Germany version I had to translate the error-text into english. Is there anything I can try to make it run? The colours in Bridge and Photoshop are completely different, which is annoying. Thank you very much

Is there a way to open multiple tabs in Bridge? You can do this in Apple's finder windows, and use it like a web browser with many tabs open. This is actually what stops me from using Bridge, because when I work on multiple projects, or am simply doing things with files in different locations, it takes way too long to always be clicking back through folders and then clicking forward to where I was before. Using tabs in Finder I have all those locations accessible at once. I can't even fathom working any other way.Perhaps I'm doing something wrong and someone will shed some light..

Hello!I entered my keywords to the Adobe Bridge, did several hierarchy with keywords and was adding it to my photos. I was doing it several days, and today i opened Bridge and saw that all keywords which i entered disappeared. There are only some standard keywords in the list which was there from the beginning. And days of my work, all my hierarchy, which i carefully did, disappeared. It was hours of my work. What to do? Can i somehow find them in bridge to use? Or i need again to enter them? And why they are disappeared? How to avoid such situation in future? Thanks

Hi, I'm using latest Bridge CC in Win 7. Trying to compare a folder of RAW images on external drive with desktop folders using side by side windows.When opening the desktop folder, Bridge starts rebuilding its cache but apparently gets stuck in a loop.Close the external drive folder and the desktop folder immediately restores all thumbnails.So the cache is there but Bridge apparently doesn't find it and keeps searching?This happens with every folder.

I have Bridge CS6 v5.0.2.4 installed and just out of nowhere, the Output Module is suddenly blank. I see the folders still there. It worked in the past just fine and the last time I used it as well. What happened? OF course, this happens when I need it. Thanks.

I don't have the Output Workspace visible on my Adobe Bridge CS5.  I downloaded the AOM folder from the website, and I am trying to install it on my mac, this is the path: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CS 5 Extensions... I put the AOM folder into Bridge CS 5 Extensions because I don't see the Adobe Bridge CC Extensions Folder... I still don't see the Output Workspace in Bridge. Thanks for your help.

I have been making Web Galleries using Adobe Bridge within CS6.  Now, after making one, when I click on the "index" file, the browser window opens but the gallery will not load.  I am doing everything as I always have.  Tried Firefox, Edge and Explorer . . . all same result.  But old galleries created months ago that used to work now do not . . . same result with them.  Any ideas appreciated.   Ross

Have one folder with over 8000 jpg images. These have very detailed descriptions and a couple of thumbnails.To open CS5 from scratch, with this folder active, takes about 20 seconds before all images and data is visibleIn contrast, doing the same with 2017, takes 20 seconds just to open Bridge, then another 90 seconds before all data is available.Both use similar settings, everything possible had been reset and cleaned. The thumbnail cache used is the same for both.Installed a trial Bridge 2017 on another PC, with a similar result, after letting it build the complete cache first. Both PC's are pretty fast, plenty of RAM and disk space.

I shoot in Raw & Jpeg format; Is there any way when sorting in Bridge to link the Raw & Jpeg files so that you can star one file type and the same file of the opposite type applies the same label to both file types?

So I have to change the names on the labels for my latest project, and when I did all labels went white, then I read all forums and see that if I come back to the factory settings labels, the colors returned, so I did and it worked, but that is not a resolved problem, I need the labels to read different like earlier versions of bridge and I need them to be with colors, can you help me (help bridge users) and fix this BUG?Thanks !

I am a windows 10 user suddenly I can no longer re-select pins to make amendments to previous adjustments made using the adjustment  brush any ideas?

Bridge CC is no longer showing anything (it appears as solid black) in the preview pane... not sure how to correct this.  The rest of the program seems to work fine, and thumbnails are visible in the content window or filmstrip - depending on the view.  Using a PC running Win 10, and have uninstalled and re-installed the program, reset the workspace to no avail.  Tried with both RAW and JPG files.  Anyone have suggestions?  Thanks -

If I load a batch of images into Bridge and Modify, Add or Erase metadata from the fields the Checkmark icon  "√"  at the bottom will not function. to get Bridge to make the change(s) I have to select only a limited range of images then select another, previously un-selected image. I get a message window asking me if I really want to make the changes (Duh!) after I say yes to that I can go on. What a pain.

Has anyone else seen this? I select a bunch of images in Bridge, then click Tools > Replace Metadata > [name of template]. It replaces the metadata as it's supposed to, but at the same time it rotates all the verticals to horizontal. Maybe this is a bug in the latest release - I have been using this particular template for a while with no issues. I'm using Windows 7 Professional, Bridge CC 2017 7.0.0.93 x64Thanks for any suggestions!Dan

Help!  I used periods in the text batch rename and now I can't open the files. 

Since I upgraded my iOS on MAC my Bridge cant get the fotos from my Canon 70D. At first i couldn's do it at all, because the information I had was that the camera didnt have files. But then after trying a coulple of times i was able to see the icons of the pictures. I tried to rename them as I always did, but it only imports about 5 pictures, then there is a popup saying that there is an error. I tried another camera (Sony ALFA350) and it worked perfectly. Only canon gives me this problems.Please help me because I cant find a way of making it work, and I searched on other foruns anf I cant find an answer.Thanks.MDias
