I'm having and issue where I have a bunch of brand assets saved in a CC Library (logo variations and colours), but evey time I go to use one of the logo files in InDesign the link is imediately broken. I log into CC Libraries through the browser and all the files are there, so I don't know why the links keep breaking. File type is typically .ai if that makes a difference 

I am having issues authorizing my computer for Adobe Digital Editions. I have tried the desktop version and iPad version of ADE and both keep giving me the error message of, "Connection Error, Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I have tried selecting the option, " I want to authorize my computer without an ID" and still nothing.  I was told by Adobe support, "checked for Digital Editions but it seems the app is not shown as an option so you may please select the Creative Cloud option and submit your feedback. ultimamente minha biblioteca não mostra alguns arquivos ou todos quando abro a aba biblioteca nos programas (PS, AI, etc) porém os encontro no app do creative cloud, mesmo assim não consigo atualizar a biblioteca nos programs nem editar os arquivos.

Some of my vector assets in the library are showing without a background and some of them are showing with a white box around the asset. I prefer it without, but it seems like the most recent update has made everything added to the library show with a white box behind it (even though there is no white box in the art file I've added to the library).

When I login to my account on adobe.ca and try to use e-sign feature of my plan then application is hanged on a same screen. I am not able to prepare the document for signature.Please help me with the issue on urgent basis

When pasting settings that include AI masks in the Develop module of Lr Classic (Mac version 13.2) a dialog window "Updating AI Settings" appears showing progress it is updating the images with text that does not show the total number. It shows "(1 of    " with a blank area where the total number shoudl appear.Thsi has been evident with several of the recent updates and makes me think it hasn't been reported. Such an error, although minor and mostly inconsequential, makes the program seem unpolished and suggests poor quality review. Knowing the total number is nice, although not critical.

Date modified is greyed out and is not an option. 

I recently upgraded my plan and now it says I have 721GB used and I'm out of space. How is this possible after I've deleted 12,000+ images from Lightroom?

First of all, not all users can keep up with technology or afford powerful computers. Each time a new version of Photoshop is released, it takes longer and longer to open the app. Okay, that's fine. But I don't understand why synchronizing files to the library is set as default. I tried to pause the synchronization, but I can't stop the app from constantly connecting to the library and crashing my computer. Please consider removing this feature or at least making it optional, not default. Thanks.

Audio enhance doesn't work well in multi-cam sequence. Project froze and inched along so slowly until I just deleted all instances of audio enhance withint hte multi-cam sequences. It's sort of like the problem(s) with Lumertri in multi-cam sequences only a whole lot worse .

My Adobe Cloud folders, which I have not accessed for a few months, have been deleted. When I logged into the cloud a week ago, I couldn't see my files, but the space used seemed to be 60-70 GB. I thought I couldn't see the files and closed them thinking I'd look at them later. When I logged in again, the space used showed 6 GB. What might have happened to my files?

Not sure what happened, but all of my files and folders are completely gone from all apps.  The one that hurts the most is all my XD files.  I currently am using the most up to date version of XD and my files are still available (those that are being shared) to members of my team..  The one file she duplucated and shared back with me is full of broken artboards, and the prototypes are no longer prototypes... What is happening, and how can i get all of my work back? 

For the US price of Abode products they need to work correctly all of the time. Libraries in InDesign have not worked correctly in several updates now (at least a year or more). Please fix this, I'm getting tired of using Canva because that software works as it should. 

I am unable to pull in items from the CC library in Indesign. 

The past couple of weeks my team has been experiencing very buggy scrolling behavior in Share for Review. Especially in Safari. It seems like continuous scroll has been removed? On large documents, it's very difficult to view the bottom of a page. As soon as you barely reach it, Review brings up the next page and puts the top of it at the top of the screen.

Any new asset that I want to add to the library doesn't have a preview thumbnail and only shows the adobe logo. After searching the forum I followed the steps from this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/cc-library-preview-not-showing-in-cc-desktop-app-or-the-cc-library-panel-in-other-adobe-apps/m-p/12973579 but sadly it only made worse the problem. Now more than half of my old assets don't have a thumbnail.Does anyone have a solution? All my apps are up to date.

One of my InDesign pages is not showing in the share for review environment (3 page document, so not big at all). It just shows a blank page. I've tried to update the link, but that didn't help.

And.... here we go again. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use Lightroom classic due to incredible lagProgram takes up to 2 MINUTES to loadMain screen and both side panels RELOAD on every adjustment. Right arrow through the filmstrip is nearly impossible... so much lagWHAT IS GOING ON! Why does this keep happening? Up to Version 10, all was well. Massive lag on introduction of V. 11 and ever since. My system is built for Lightroom - like, specifically, as in using Adobe's specs for making Lightroom work, and nothing can combat the lag. My catalogue lives alone on a 2tb NVMEMy images have their very own hard drive that is only 50 percent full. DEAR ADOBE. PLEASE fix this. 1000s of people are having this issue on all windows and mac environments, and even brand new, just out of the box power macs. 

Hi,  I'm reposting this as my previous post didn't get any response. The original post is from January 29. I have a business account, only using 8 GB out of 1 TB of cloud storage. I was working yesterday on my laptop on some files stored on the cloud. Today I'm working on the same laptop, but the files in the folders aren't the latest version of my documents, they were saved 4 hours before I finished. All my working files miss the last 4 hours of work. Also, there is a PDF I created when I was done and it keeps showing up and then disappearing from the folder. It's there, 20 min later it's gone, and later it is there again. I also saved some PDFs and renamed them, but they show their former name now. Some files I deleted are back in the folder. Basically, I lost 4 hours of work; the Cloud Files folder overwrote my working files with previous versions of them on my own laptop storage, as I'm working on the same laptop as yesterday, so no sync was required. I know Cre

Hi,I'm having an issue with CC Library. When I add a group element into the library (in this case, a button) that contains text in it and then try to add it back into a file pulling it from the library panel, I find the alignment of the text in the button has changed. On the original element, the text is set to a center alignment and when I grab the element from the library, it's changed to left alignment.This makes it very annoying to edit the copies I take from the panel.Can this be fixed?

Hi, I have been using the 'create link' function on InDesign to share the work I'm doing with my team. It's been a bit temperamental when updating the link, sometimes saying error, sometimes just saying 'updating' forever without actually updating.However, both me and a colleague have had an issue where clicking the link to view the shared doc, or refreshing the page, seems to mess with our PCs and we've both had our screens blank out. Both of us use three screens and all screens went completely white, but you could still move the mouse.Both PCs on Windows 11.Thanks

CATEGORY - BUG - CREATIVE CLOUD UPLOADS TO 'MY FILES' FAIL - OCTET FILEFor some time now, I, along with many people have had uploaded files to the My Files area of Creative Cloud fail - shown as a Blank Icon with the Word OCTET.The advised correct method on the Community Forum was to always SYNC from your Creative Cloud Folder, however today, looking at the Forum I see Adobe in their wisdom are discontinuing the Sync capability anyway from Feb 2024 so the Adobe Official recommendation to Sync your files is now worthless.Back to the manual method of picking a file and uploading it has the same result in the file upload failing with the word OCTET against the file - with a random occurrence, necessitating complete upload again taking significant amounts of time.So can Adobe Creative Cloud team explain why this failure happens and how to avoid it.Some have advised to keep very simple Files name - but that does not always work either.Please publish some helpful guidelines which can avoid

I uploaded five files the same day and in the same mp4 format exported from premiere with the same settings and to the same folder. Still three of them are now in octet format and two are mp4 videophiles. This makes no sense. It's a big problem since we are sending work copies and masters to our clients via CC. We can't have them downloading the files and changing extention. This would make us look like amateurs. Since CC can't identify the video files automatically there should be a way to do it manually.

Currently impossible to filter by name when using "Relink to Library Graphic..."If you filter by name the Relink option disappears at the bottom of the Libraries window. (BTW terrible UI/UX on those Relink/Cancel buttons when they do work.)Please fix.[Searching for a specific image in a large library is not a nice experience.]
