I just purchased the following adobe stock file #806188195Its a collection of line icons marked with "Editable stroke" in the title but the icons are all outlined SO IT IS NOT editable strokes which is what I searched for and want to purchase. This file is of no use to me and I want a refund. How do I make that happen?

I just want to ask regarding downloading with Adobe Stock there's an error pop up regarding loading with libraries..why this is happen..i can't download graphics from adobe stock.. please see attachement for the error

Would like to report image #967366282it is saved as ai (illustrator) file, but upon opening it, it is actually a jpeg image embedded in illustrator, so it's not a true vector file. This is not the first time I downloaded an ai file but actually just a jpeg in a vector program.

Hallo geschätzte Community,Ich habe gestern ein Credit-Pack mit 16 Credits gekauft, um Stockmedien zu lizenzieren.Sobald ich jedoch auf den Button „Lizenz kaufen“ klicke, funktioniert dieser nicht, und ich erhalte die Fehlermeldung: „Sie können dieses Stockmedium nicht lizenzieren.“Der Chat-Support hilft mir leider nicht weiter. Statt den Fehler zu beheben, versuchen die Mitarbeiter mir ständig zusätzliche Produkte zu verkaufen oder verlassen einfach den Chat, ohne mir eine Antwort zu geben.Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen oder mir eine zuverlässige Supportstelle empfehlen?Vielen Dank im Voraus!Beste Grüße,Daniel 

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass immer mal wieder (meist wenn ich das Passwort geändert habe) meine Credits im Stockkontingent auf 0 springen.Die IT meiner Firma hat ein Abo laufen (welches auf jeden Fall noch gültig ist) und eigentlich sollte hier noch Kontingent sein. Mir ist das schon ein paar Mal passiert und normalerweise tauchen die Credits irgendwann von alleine wieder auf. Aber jetzt gerade müsste ich für einen Job dringend Bilder kaufen und es nervt. 😞Hat jemand dieses Problem auch schon gehabt? Gibt es eine Lösung?Ich habe mich ab- und angemeldet, den Cache geleert und die IT kann auch nichts tun, da das Abo angezeigt wird.LG und Danke für Ideen.

I wanted to show my work to friends to get comments to improve my images, but the link from my profile shows nothing. It seems that prospective buyers just don't see my profile either. I recently downloaded a higher-resolution version of image ID 88822875, and upon closer inspection, I noticed that the image was generated by artificial intelligence. Specifically, the man in the image appears to be missing a nose.Could you please advise on how I can proceed with a complaint or request a resolution regarding this issue? I was not aware of this anomaly until after downloading the higher-resolution version, and I am concerned about the quality and accuracy of the image.Thank you for your assistance.

This image is AI, but isn't marked as such.  It also claims that it is vector, and it is not.  (It's an image of a skull with flowers.) When I open up the vector file, it's just a jpeg inserted into a vector file, and the file name shows that it was created with Leonardo Diffusion XL.

I have tried downloading several audio file previews over several days and each time I get an error message that reads "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly."  I am on Windows 11 and am using Microsoft Edge for Business Version 131.0.2903.63 (Official build) (64-bit).

This pop-up appears with every Adobe Stock image I select. It blocks part of the image so I can't see it and there appears to be no way to close it. I've listed this as a Bug because it can't be turned off — either permanently (preferred) or per image.     Jane Community Expert

Asset: 344201798 and the corresponding assets on the same profile all lable themselves as vector files. But when you download them they are just flatten JPEGS. I did try a couple of times to be sure I was selecting AI/EPS, and each time I got nothing.Any assistance on how to report those assets that are labeled incorrect? I do run across it quite a bit.Thank you!

Hello, I downloaded a RGB image template that should be in color, but I can't get it to "appear" as a color image. I already confirmed it is in RGB color mode and the RGB Channels (Ctrl + 2) are visible.  Can anything be done to obtain the color image? Thanks! AdobeStock_1075046892.PSDT

Trotz das ich bereits dreimal am Support geschrieben habe, kommt das gleiche Problem - welches wohl auf irgendein Systemfehler hindeutet, aber seitens Supports einfach nicht geklärt wird. Klar. Ich könnte schweigen. Und glücklich davon profitieren. Bis dann in einem Jahr Adobe den Fehler doch noch selber bemerkt und bei mir berechtigterweise anklopfen würde. *seufz*. Und trotz dass ich dem Support per Mail und per Chat geschrieben habe und versucht habe, das Problem zu schildern, kommt das gleiche Ergebnis:Ich habe kein Abo bei Adobe Stock und könne daher keine Credits erhalten oder verwenden. Doof nur, dass ich Credits erhalte und verwenden kann!  Aber irgendwie wird das nicht richtig wahrgenommen.Ich weiss echt nicht, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll.
