Hello, I'd love to be able to reorder my images once uploaded, for the schedule function, doesn't seem to matter how I name them, the order they upload in seems random. I've tried letters, numbers, in front or at the end makes no difference?

Hi Community!I'm using Adobe Express to animate my art for Instagram reels in which one image fades into another and another, etc.. Whether I'm working on my MacBook (browser version) or iPad (app), I find the thumbnails so small it's hard to know what image I'm selecting to drop into the scene. Even when I use the browser's zoom capability to enlarge the page, the thumbnail sizes remain fixed, and I can't find any preferences or options that could potentially address this.Attached are screen shots from my iPad and Mac showing what I'm working on: a series of images I created, each a subtle variation within a series of artistic works I'm experimenting with. It would be so helpful be able to differentiate one from another without having to keep shuffling the deck. Even the ability to label the layers would be helpful! The workarounds are time-consuming and prone to user error.Thank you for any assistance with this. 

Every time I try to add any photo to my design a pop-up shows up that says "Something went wrong. We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home." But nothing fixes the problem. I've tried logging out and back in, etc. Tried different images, etc. but the result is always the same.

Update to photoshop express on windows...What did you people DO?? It used to be so easy to just go into photoshop express and, say, remove a piece of dust from an image. Now, the AI tool is crap, leaving a giant black hole, the eraser doesn't work, it's all obscenely slow and crashes at the easiest task and you can't change even the background or theme to dark mode to actually see detail on darker photos!BRING BACK THE OLD INTERFACE and get rid of this rubbish!

Whenever I click one of the suggestions or type out a prompt to generate it just says "Something is wrong. Please retry or try again later"

My Adobe express app was updated to the new version and it is very frustrating that it no longer supports DNG files. I shoot in DNG on my iphone and see no reason why this file type should not be supported by Adobe express. I now have to convert my DNG files just to add them to a post. How is this an improvement? I would like to see DNG support in the next update. 

Your app, specifically Adobe Express, isn't importing all the files I send to it; instead, it skips them as duplicates—only they're not duplicates. And your app doesn't then tell me where to find them.  If your app does not import the files I request it to work with, how can I force your products to respect my specific wishes and actually import what I want them to? 

The AI search & suggestions, and troubleshooting are horrible. Instead of guides that work, we have AI suggestions based upon it's non-knowledge of the field and only the answers provided to it already. Only you create new and frustrating problems for users that your AI has not been updated to address.  Start with good and comprehensive instructions that control and adjust every aspect of your service. Keep this updated. Your AI suggestions are terrible, sophomoric, and so limited that the products are subpar. Sure, professionals might be able to spend hours on intricate tasks and come up with amazing creations, but for regular people, it's not working.  AI is not an answer; it's someone who knows a lot about a lot of stuff, but nothing specific or technical. Either invest in your AI, remove restrictions you've placed, or analyze the search topics and requested creations that are cast away as failures. Learn from this and do better.  Why do companies m

I’ve been reflecting on the functionality of your app, and I appreciate the hard work that goes into it. However, I’d love to see some enhancements that could make the user experience even better, particularly for mobile users like me.  First, it would be fantastic to have the ability to easily clear the cache or set up auto-deletion directly within the app. Having to rely on desktop access to manage these features feels a bit limiting, especially since many of us predominantly use mobile devices for our tasks. Have done any satisfactory results with AI image creation? For modern milling I got XIX century wind mills and no more and it stucks to just one result with no options apart from color adjustments  

I made a visual edit to create a video loop for a GIF style UI/UX Slide and before it was downloading fine. now, it says an error has occured and to try again... but no matter how many times I do it, it fails! On both Desktop AND IOS platforms. Please help!

Is anyone able to use CTRL + Z to redo something that comes from the image?

I've been trying to download a video project for an hour on 3 different browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox; however the download will not succeed. On Chrome, the download seems completed on Adobe Express web page but nothing downloads to my PC. In Edge & Firefox I get the below error message: Hmmm… can't reach this pageIt looks like cpf-temp-repo-ew1-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com closed the connection.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewall I need to urgently download this video to my PC. I worked on it for days and now all my progress is lost. Could you please look into this bug asap?

Not working Sri Lankan Sinhala language in Adobe express  

Hi having issues with the Inter font.  On an Adobe Express Enterprise Account, MacBook Pro, Sequoia 15.2, accesssed on Chrome (but same issue when in Safari).  I added it from Adobe Fonts: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/inter-variable into the brand font library. When I try to use it in a design I get this error message: UUID: 94e37516-e937-4245-86d7-29ef9438ac09 I have tested other fonts, including from google and do not have the same issue.  Unable to upload inter into the brand library as it says it is already there.   

Hello, I am creating a newsletter for our team using adobe express and hit a very frustrating bug yesterday. When viewing the newsletter in express, everything looks perfect. I go to export it and download as PDF it bolds like this. I am using the Calibri Light and Calibri Bold for this newsletter. I have only one word I want bolded, and then it bolds the rest of the sentence in that text box.Boldeded is the only word I wanted bold, but it bolded the entire sentence. It did not do this when dowloading to PNG or JPEG, but I needed a PDF because of a hyperlink. I was able to create a work around by creating a seperate text box for the rest of the sentence that came after the bolded word. However, that is so frustrating and time consuming. Hoping this can be fixed before I have to work on the next quarter's newsletter.

Hello, I've created an important document using Adobe Express, added bold/italics formatting to certain text (which is a very basic function) and this works properly in the preview, but when exporting as a PDF, the bold/italics formatting is randomly applied or removed throughout the entire document. This is a very simple feature that renders entire documents useless. Please advise when this bug will be fixed. Thank you.

In almost every instance, when I try to use Remove Object on a human figure, it doesn't remove the person, it simply replaces it with an inferior rendering of a different person. Could you maybe offer a seperate "Remove Human Figure" mode, or something, to be able to make them completely invisible? Everytime I have to use another app to do something correctly, it diminishes the value of Adobe Express for me.  

Hello,I’ve been working on the same file for about two weeks, and everything was fine until this morning. Suddenly, Express reverted the project to one of its original iterations.1. Using Mac Sequoia2. Chrome 138.0.72043. No way to reproduce4. Expected result: All edits from past 2 weeks available; Actual Result: Initial Layout from 2 weeks agoI’ve tried the following steps:•Restarted the app•Logged out and back in•Confirmed I’m using the correct accountI also checked the file history, but there’s no record of any progress I’ve made over the past two weeks. The only proof I have is an exported video from last week and some images I uploaded earlier today.Could you please investigate this issue? Losing this much work is extremely concerning, and I’d like to understand what happened and whether my progress can be restored.Thank you for your help.
