I’m having an issue with opening my Adobe Express files. I’ve attempted to clear cache, restart computer, use incognito windows, and opening new browsers but nothing has rendered success. Please help!

Hi Adobe Support,I’m running into a problem in Adobe Express where the editor does not fully load or initialize correctly.What I’m seeing:Adobe Express appears to get stuck during startup/loading. The file initially appears to load normally. After a few seconds, once the page previews/thumbnails at the bottom finish loading, the error message appears and the editor stops functioning correctly. A pop-up error appears in the editor that says: “Something went wrong. Please wait — we’ll connect you when it’s fixed.” Parts of the editor do not load properly even though the file itself is visible in the background. The browser console shows repeated network and loading errors.Steps to reproduce:Open Adobe Express. Open either a new file or a previously created file. The editor begins loading, then shows the error message and does not fully initialize.The main errors in the console include:Repeated CORS failures for requests from https://new.express.adobe.com to https://cc-api-data.adobe.io

When I click “Download”, I choose the Mp4 format. The file progress stays at 5% and wont progress further. This only effects MP4 on my end. I downloaded it as a GIF file just fine.

App won't load my stuff.

We are unable to download Express files as PDF because our company blocks access to https://senseicore-ue1.adobe.io/services/v2 which it considers to be AI.This is a recent bug. Did something change? Download failed. A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check you internet connection and try again. 

In adobe express after I have animated each section of my file, I do not have the ability to edit the timing of each animation. I have tried all areas of “Time Line View” and when in “Show selected layer” even when I click it or others nothing populates on the lineline view other than the entire document and all animations at once. The bottom area does not sow the option to toggle on the layer timing. See how the body of this is selected and the time line isn’t showing it is. 

When downloading a project it is always stuck in "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon

Our scheduled Instagram posts for @socialindoor keep failing even though our token has been refreshed several times. We don't know why it won't work... please help.

Whenever I open Adobe Express and click on any image, video, or try to create a new project, I consistently receive the error: “Something Went Wrong.”This issue is affecting all users and colleagues on both Mac and Windows. I have already added the necessary WebSocket URLs to the Skyhigh proxy whitelist, but the problem persists. For example, out of 10 Windows users, only 1 can work properly, while the other 9 are affected.Whitelisted  URLs in WebSocket list:livecreate-cgw-an1.adobe.io bifrost-prod-ew1.adobess.com presence-cgw-an1.adobe.ioGiven the consistent behaviour across multiple users and platforms, I believe this may be a bug. Could you please investigate this issue?

After the most recent update on the Android app, almost every time I click on Remove Background I see, "Sorry, we were unable to remove background from this image. Please try re- uploading your asset". This rarely happened before, but now it's the only response I get to any image. 

I got premium subscription recentlyand trying to explore the app with iPhone 14 Pro. Tried to upload the image and videos to edit but app doesn’t show the media. App just keeps on loading.  after multiple time app restart also same issue occurs.

I Noticed recently when editing video there is an extra step to  open the slip edit feature for individual clips in a scene. Normally I would duplicate a scene then slip edit a video to feature a different section of my original video. However recently when I duplicate a scene and open the split editor option, as soon as i click on the slip editing clip it closes and I am unable to slip edit the clip. *Split editing does work if I make a new scene an re import the whole clip and then re edit it to get the timing. However this more time consuming for a feature that previously worked in the past.

I can’t believe this iPhone app shipped like this. It’s riddled with fundamental usability failures: 1. Loses connection = total lockup. Instead of allowing offline editing, the app freezes with a “no connection” screen. That’s lazy and inexcusable. Every iPhone app should handle dropped connections gracefully.2. Work constantly lost. When the connection returns, my edits are often gone. The app clearly doesn’t save state locally—only syncs to the cloud. That’s insane for mobile use. On public transit, I’m blocked from working and forced to redo lost work.3. Typing is a disaster. Adobe replaced native iOS text controls with clunky custom ones that break basic typing behavior. Input lags, the doubled paste menu hurdle, and the cursor jumping around unpredictably while typing, inserting text in the wrong location. This is amateur-hour stuff, not what I expect from an Adobe app. Does anyone at Adobe actually use this thing? It’s shocking this product ever made it out the door.

Cant Create Classes "Error While Saving Class Details" in Adobe ExpressHello Adobe Community,I am using a MacBook and an iMac, and I am working in the web version of Adobe Express.I keep getting this message every time I try to create a class: "Error While Saving Class details."I have spoken with my district IT department, but they could not fix it. I also contacted Adobe Support several times. I have been disconnected from chats and transferred repeatedly. One representative said they would send three setup links, but I received more than twenty showing how to create a class. I already know how to do that. The issue is that the system will not let me save one.I am an educator preparing students for their Adobe Express certification exam, and I cannot move forward because of this error. Please have someone review my account and fix the issue so I can create classes and assign activities.Thank you,

I’m trying to upload a video recorded on Radeon ReLive the same way I would have when I was using Nvidia and I’m getting a message unable to upload the file. It’s recorded in MP4 AV1  Error message when trying to upload video. Settings on RELIVE

I cannot download file to pdf basic and pdf print I am a reviewer of products and I am checking if this app is a better alternative for CANVA but it failed, it was slow to load on start, and the image on PNG full quality is not really high quality. As an adobe with GOOD REPUTATION My expectations are high. I'm disappointed. 

I want to import my work on Express to Photoshop with the layers. Right now I can export it as a PDF but I don't get the layers in Photoshop. I do have premium.

I’m trying to download the video I created in Adobe Express and I’m getting this error message whenever I try to download, I’ve tried using different browsers (Edge and Chrome) and doing basic stuff like clearing cache/cookies and checking internet/network speed.   

Hi, As I was working on my content in Adobe express in my mobile, the fonts page came up blank. I tried multiple times, closed the app and tried it again. Same result. Fonts are not loading up. Anybody else facing the same problem? Please fix the issue at the earliest. 

I have no problem posting to our social media channels from our shared calendar in Adobe Express, but my co-worker hasn't been able to post anything for a while. Attached is the last time she tried posting using adobe express. She was trying to post to Facebook using an uploaded graphic. This was in April.I am reporting this now because I couldn't find a lot of information on this fix, and my other co-worker is having the same problem now too. Except he even tried posting to our channels through his personal scheduler (not our shared calendar) and it still failed. We are all using Google Chrome browsers on our computers. They did try clearing their cache. Have you learned anything else that is causing this problem to happen? This is important for me to get this fixed so they can post just fine because now they are both just giving up on using Adobe Express, and are taking longer to post by having to do it manually.  

This app is too slow, when creating a slideshow, after 10 slides, every movement or type takes around 2 seconds to catch up. when moving images they move around the screen for 10-20 seconds to the wrong position. It needs to be faster, i expect the image to move with my mouse, and i expect the typing to show up as i type it. maybe a Google docs style, local editing, then uploaded to the cloud strategy might work, instead of working off the cloud. It is insufferable, please, please fix this issue.
