Hi Adobe Team, I've been unable to access my existing projects in Adobe Express for the past 2 weeks. When I try to open any previous file, I get: "Something went wrong. Please wait — we'll reconnect you when it's fixed." The error persists indefinitely.✅ What works: Creating NEW projects, general account access❌ What doesn't work: Opening, editing, or downloading ANY of my existing filesI've already tried: clearing cache, different browsers/devices, re-signing in, checking status.adobe.com (all green). This is blocking my work deadlines. I need backend assistance to restore access to my files. I can share my account email and file links via private message for security. Please DM me or advise how to proceed.Please advise or escalate to a support agent. Thank you! {Mod Note- Personal information has been removed by the Moderator}
Photo saving problem.
Adobe Express photo grid sync/save failure: When creating a photo grid, if I select multiple images and click Save or leave the grid upload screen before every image has fully synced into its grid cell, Adobe Express gives the appearance that the project has saved. However, from that moment forward, the project no longer saves correctly. The cloud sync icon continues indefinitely, and later work is lost. The workaround is to wait until every image finishes loading into its grid spot before leaving the grid screen. If the issue has already started, the user must refresh and return to the last valid save.Issue: Adobe Express stops saving when leaving photo grid upload screen before images finish syncingProduct: Adobe Express (Web)Platform: Chrome latest version on WindowsSteps: Open an Adobe Express web page project. Create or edit a photo grid. Select multiple images to add to the grid. Before every image has fully loaded/synced into its grid spot, click Save to leave the photo gr
Adobe express has been unusable on my mobile devices for a few weeks Which severely limits my ability to use the program. I've uninstalled reinstalled, updated, deleted files, etc. It works fine on my Mac.
Been getting this error for over a week “Download failed - We're experiencing a temporary Adobe Stock service outage. Please try again later or contact Adobe Support for help”. Done all the suggested fixes support offers, no change. Cannot download any project in any format.
I have an issue where a particular text box is not animating in as the video plays. If I manually re-wind the video in Express editor, it does display though. I have various text boxes which use the same animations to display and exit, all of them successful except for this particular one. It’s identical to another textbox just before it other than the text within it, and it has the same timings and exit animation as another.I have tried deleting and re-creating the textbox to no avail.See attached video as it demonstrates it better than I can explain it.I have found that if I remove the “out” animation (which is a simple slide) the “in” animation works fine. If I remove the “in” but keep the “out” then it continues not working. The id of the file is urn:aaid:sc:EU:e4b931a2-abd2-4a4d-a8d7-edfa4f67f036, page 4I do see an error in the console, not sure whether it’s relevant or not:sentry-d4e3e283ab2ef7c403d1.js:1 [mobx] uncaught error in 'Reaction[tV.update()]' TypeError: Cannot set prope
After adding my text while am planning to select all the texts it get stucked and every thing and not able to do nothing
I do some short reels/videos for socials. As I’m using background photos I give them a slight animation so that the elements don’t look so static, usually choosing between the “Zoom in” and “Zoom out” Looping animations. When editing the videos the background zooms in or zooms out properly but, when the video is exported, the animated background does a little “jump” up and down every so seconds so the animation doesn’t look smooth.ExampleThis has been happening since many months but the jitter doesn’t always happen. What could be the cause of this? Can you take a look?Looking forward to your replying,Mzz
Every time I try to do anything, including copy and paste etc, I get this message: We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: aed8dc7a-26ea-4a18-8daf-47e827e31809 I have cleared browsing data and CACHE, I have also tried in app and on different web versions and tried logging in and out.
When I edit an existing graphic and download it after finishing my changes, the downloaded file does not match the latest version. See the attached example: On the right is what I created and downloaded and on the left you see the downloaded version. I am using the web version. This issue seems to appear with video, GIF and PNG downloads.
I am trying to upload SVG files of my logos to adobe express to be able to quickly change the colors. However, when I use the effects tool to change the color it doesn't truly change the color, just the hue.... sos fix this please
Product: Adobe ExpressIssue Type: PDF Export / Document Generation BugFrequency: Intermittent, but repeatable enough to affect workflowExport Format Affected: PDFOther Formats Tested: Not yet testedSummaryWe use Adobe Express templates to create project-specific documents. The template includes placeholder numbers and information that we manually replace with the correct project details before exporting. The issue occurs when exporting the document as a PDF for the first time after making edits. The downloaded PDF does not always include the newly updated information. Instead, it appears to retain or omit some of the replaced placeholder content, even though the document itself in Adobe Express shows the correct updated information.Interestingly, other edits, such as deleting unused slides/pages, usually do appear correctly in the exported PDF. The issue seems specifically related to the updated text or project information not being carried into the first PDF export.Steps to ReproduceOp
I am attempting to translate a PDF audiology report into Spanish and it gives me the error that some words violate Adobe’s terms of use. I then asked Adobe’s AI Assistant which words are in violation and it says nothing in the document is a violation. *Only edited the screenshots to block confidential info.
When I try to import the PSD file, Adobe Express does not accept it. This issue is slowing me down significantly.
After the most recent update on the Android app, almost every time I click on Remove Background I see, "Sorry, we were unable to remove background from this image. Please try re- uploading your asset". This rarely happened before, but now it's the only response I get to any image.
Suddenly today the mobile adobe express does not open. It shows a white screen after trying to open it. After this I made sure I have the newest version of OS (iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.3.1.) and got the newest version of adobe express. Still cannot open it, only white screen shows. What’s the problem? And how to fix it fast?
I need to be able to PDF Print with bleeds and crop marks and it's giving me these awful downloads. How do we fix it? Is there anyone from Adobe Express that can help with tech support? When I uploaded the file to AI it said this:The problem — Adobe Express set the BleedBox to a massive 29"×32" area (essentially the same as the giant canvas MediaBox), and the CropBox was also the full canvas. So everything — the huge blue surround, the misplaced bleed, the buried crop marks — was all a side effect of Adobe Express exporting the entire design workspace rather than just the artboard.
Whenever i upload my don’t it shows processing and after that it shows some error

The Adobe Express web app crashes constantly; the app is unusable. It crashes every single time I open anything or try to use this web app. Very frustrated as I would like to use the very simple video editing capabilities and our organization pays for the entire CC suite. I have started using Canva as an alternative, which has never crashed on me. Here's what happens:I open the web app in Chrome or Edge on Windows computer managed by my organizationI don't do anything (just stay on homepage. no clicks, no open project, just wait)It crashes. Always. It crashes with both Chrome and Edge and in regular and incognito windowsChrome is up to date: Version 140.0.7339.208 (Official Build) (64-bit)Microsoft Edge is up to date: Version 140.0.3485.81 (Official build) (64-bit)Recently cleared cache and cookies and it still happens No error message - browser just closes when the web app is open
