i have no trouble creating my first project when i open adobe but when i go to create another one, it will not let me.

I have a school account vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org which is affiliated with google for logging in to things as well as outlook for emails. I also have a personal account with the adobe express app viktorypoem@gmail.com which I use for business. I was accidentally signed into my school account when I was working on a project for my business. I was somehow locked out of the school account, I thought I had just not saved my password or something, it said I had to contact administrator but now it lets me right back in but my project is gone. Is there a way to check if I have another account under vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org?

Just logged into Express and it's now "new." Great. Where are my brand assets from the "old." When I click on brand there is nothing there.

When will I be able to access my designs on my mobile phone?

As I was working on creating 2 websites, adobe duplicated everything into the other website and erased all the work that had been done on it

want all images to not be blurry

Attempting to save multi layered graphics as templates- templates do not save. This latest design was originally created last year in AE. I have duplicated the original and want to create a template. I'm working at a school, trying to get teachers on board with libraries and templates this term. Myself and the teachers most often get this error (I think I've only had one or two save correctly). I have been attempting this on and off for months now in both new and old version of AE.

Dopo aver realizzato il mio lavoro, non mi permette di programmare nessun contenuto, non capisco perchè.

Anytime I take a picture from media or elements it doesn't come up on my design. It comes up as a blank square shape how do I fix this? I'm on a MacBook using adobe express 

No response from the Share button. This has happened several times. I have to close the app and restart for it to work.

It Cuts part of the photo if you just save after remove background but if you use editor, Nothing saves. It doesn't cut anything out! This is not working. What can I do ? I payed for this.

Poster lässt sich bearbeiten. Beim versuch es herunterzuladen oder es freizugeben erscheint immer die Meldung wir arbeiten daran

Um eine Schriftart hinzufügen zu können, benötige ich irgendwo eine Möglichkeit dazu. Allerdings kann ich sie in dem zugehörigen Ort nicht hinzufügen.

Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à avoir les visualisations des icônes dans la section Eléments alors que précédemment je les voyais. J'ai essayé d'actualiser la page, sans effet. J'ai fermé mon navigateur puis relancé une navigation sur Adobe Express, sans effet. J'ai redémarré mon MAC, et relancé une session Adobe Express, sans effet.
