When resizing an image in Adobe Express, your decision to DEFAULT to the a checked box consentinf to using "Generative fill" for missing elements is REDUCULOUS. Especially given that it tries to fill in the "missing" parts when there are no parts missing. It costs me SO much more time to turn the feature off, especially when I am moving fast and forget that your are forcing me to use the feature when I will never, ever need to use your AI tools in my projects. That you just ham-handedly slapped it into a vital tool like this is a testament to the regard you have for your users- absolutely none. Please develop a way that we can turn off all AI tools and AI generated art. There are many of us still using your software that believe artt should come from human artists, and not some AI tool that a tech villain used to steal from actual artists.
My Sound has disappeared in the last 2 videos I've made since signing up for the free trial of Adobe Express Pro. I've used this software in the past without issue. Now I can't get the sound which is hearable to stay hearable before I'm done with the video and can upload it. I've tried turning off the computer and tried downloading the video before uploading into a new video. Nothing works so far. Arghhhhhhh! Help would be appreciated.
Steps to recreate issue: Create a new Google classroom and name it anything you like. Log into Adobe ExpressClick ClassroomsSelect a classroom you have already created or create a new classroom. Click Add studentsClick Google Classroom at the bottom under Import a roster. Under Select a Class you may see some but not all or no classes in the dropdown list. New classes that were created recently have place holders and can be selected, but there is no text. Old classes from last year appear. If I change the name of an old class in google classroom it does not change in the drop down.
When I upload a video to schedule, and select my thumbnail from a frame, it dosen't get posted. The video post on my feed is a random frame that I didn't select.
I noticed that I can't move anything (images, text, etc) left or right with the arrows button, when comments are up on adobe express. Is this a normal thing or is it just a weird bug? I was making a poster on adobe express and was trying to slightly adjust an image with the arrow keys, but it wasn't working. I got scared that something broke or crashed and I was gonna loss my work, but it turns out that it was just because I had comments open.
I have my video completely done to find out that I cannot download it. I keep getting download failed errors - PLEASE help!!!
Good Morning creators! im having A LOT of trouble downloading files from my projects to my iPhone. It doesn't happen to every file, it seems to be random, but consistent; I will ask it to download individual files or multiple files and it'll go through the whole processing and downloading wait and then at 100% complete downloading it pops up with an error "unable to download". I've tried every file type to get it to download and even closed and reopen and turning my Wi-Fi and data on and off. Nothing is working. It makes it really hard to get my work done. Can we fix the app please????
I was wanting to find a general template to use for the address side of a 6x4" postcard. I just clicked on the plainest one on the template page. When I downloaded my file I found that the sizes of the 2 pages drastically differed with the first being 6 x 4 inches correctly, but page 2 is 18.75" x 12.5". At least it was proportional, but this sort of thing is annoying and widespread. Adobe Express and Canva help make custom designs for personal projects more accessible so I get to print a lot of these "home made" posters and invitations etc that people are proud of doing themselves for nicer than they would have otherwise. These people don't notice or know how to fix it, when the software they are using provides them with things sized differently than they were told they were getting! At least in this case, the art was proportional.

We have to use our brand's font, Basel Grotesk, so we uploaded it as a custom font for our Adobe Express creations, but we found that the apostrophe character doesn't appear as it should. It looks significantly different from using the same font in other Adobe software. Please fix.
No matter how many adjustments or extra space I leave around my assets from Illustrator, they always get slightly trimmed so the edge is always cut off. How can I fix this?
For the past few days I have noticed that the Layers tab and the 'Send backward' and 'Send to Back' option are unavailable and grayed out. When do you think these features will be available again. I'm working on the latest version of Adobe Expresss. I've been trying to download my content that I created and can't. I keep getting the message "We've encountered a problem, try refreshing or return to home". I have the same problem on the desktop. Working on on IPhone and MacBook Pro.
I have uploaded a photo into Express web version to create a Christmas card. However, when comparing the photo that uploaded vs. my original file on my computer, the photo in Express looks fuzzy and less quality. I don't see anywhere to check this or fix. I see someone else asked the same thing on the Community Forum which hasn't been answered yet. Thank you, Katie
Cannot upload photos from the gallery when you are editing the image, it sends me to different files but not to the gallery when you try to upload photos to the image.
Object, shape, and image handles don't work on iPhone 16pro. I suddenly can't make anything bigger or smaller without headed over to my desktop version.

While using adobe express, the connection resets by default and asks to refresh or go back to home screen. It happens frequently.

Bugs galore. Latest android, oneplus 16, latest app PLUS on PC website too. Issues: 1, My image suddenly got a red mark on top. I can no longer edit it or download it. 2, 'edit your prompt and try again' after i did that 1000x. 3, 'You used up all your credits please get subsirbtions' - I AM ALREADY ON PREMIUM (This occurs on android) 4, On android app I CANNOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. I cannot get Animate from Audio to work. I can open the Quick Action, choose the character and background and it appears to be recording with the 3-2-1 and then I record my voice and click done and then nothing happens.
I've using the web version of Adobe Express for most of 2024. Opened up the program on Monday, December 2, 2024 to find that all of my projects are missing. I have continued searching through the various "my stuff" and "my files" areas and have not been able to locate or access them. Very distressing as these files are for work, and most of them are my own designs and not based on templates. I've tried using solutions that I found in some other / older threads, but no luck. Has anyone had this issue start this week and found a solution to recover your projects?
