I tried uploading an image to my web page that I was building and it gave me an error. No big deal. I continued on with my project and got it almost all the way done. I tried updating other pictures and it didn't work even with stock images so I decided to refresh the page figuring that all the text that I had put into it would have saved. Nope. When it refreshed everything was gone. Shaking mad.

1. Adobe Express Web App (so I presume the newest version)2. Microsoft Edge Browser Running On Windows 103. After I duplicate a text box, I attempt to type or delete multiple characters4. I can only type or delete one character at a time (the cursor then remains idle), to fix this I currently have to refresh the browser on every text duplication Know you guys are very busy, but just thought I'd put this forward as I don't see a thread related to this exact issue in the search (lots of other text related stuff). We're wanting to move our social media workflow over from Canva to Adobe Express but I'm coming up against some annoying aspects. One being that when I've created a brand kit within Adobe Express and there is a project open, there is no scroll bar to scroll through your assets/fonts/logos etc. its just stuck stationary. So half of your assets are just unreachable. Why is this the case?

I've just gone to use a template and just replace a standard animated graphic... but the 'Replace' option is simply not appearing in the left side bar when I select the graphic in question... or any other graphic. I've used the replace function many times before. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I've been using Express to creat social media posts for a few months. I have a usual routine where I duplicate an older document and then swap in some new images into a grid of images. In the past, each time I swap in a new image to replace an old one Express would automatically size the new image to fit the bounding box of the frame. (It would be great if it gave me an option to honor the size of the previous image). I always need to resize the new image to be 200% the size of the frame so it's cropping in on it. To do this I double-click on the image and click freeform and type in 200% in the scale value. In the past this worked fine, but today instead of scalling the currenly selected image, it scales and recenteres the first image I select after opening the document. (see attached video).

I'm trying to start a new document from a template that I created, but I'm getting the error "can't access document."  I am the document owner!!  (See second screenshot.) Also, refreshing does not help me contact the document owner (me). I am logged into my enterprise account, the same account that created the original template.   

Hello I am new to Adobe Express, I have created a simple animation for a social post. Every time I try to download it it gives me this error. "An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again." I have tried clearing my cash, restarting, tried it in a different browser, I even tried deleting all the layers out of it just to troubleshoot it... it still gave me the same error. Is there anything else I should try? 

I am currently having an issue with Adobe Express where I am unable to republish a webpage because it says my storage is too full, but when I go to delete files in my creative cloud it only shows my two webpages that are both 182mb and 426mb. There also isn't anything in my trashcan that I can permanently delete to solve this issue. It also says I am using 144 gb out of 102gb which doesn't make sense to me. I just want to be able to fix this issue to republish the webpage, thanks!

Turned off VPN? - Check.Confirmed file size met parameters? - Check.Cleared cache? - Check.Tried multiple browsers? - Check.Tried incognito mode? - Check.Tried Windows App? - Check.Moved video from OneDrive to local HDD? - Check. Every attempt to load a video to Adobe Express fails and says, "Try again later." NO error code. NO reason for the failure, just go away and come back later.  Please advise ASAP!  Roger     

Hi, Express v26.3.0  won't run in full-screen mode; it only displays the title page saying "the quick and easy create anything app".  In android settings I can switch Express to run in 4:3 or 16:9 and it runs fine; it also functions normally in split-screen mode and on the front screen.Thanks for addressing!  (-: Android 14One UI v6.1.1 

Ich habe ein Video, bei dem der Download nicht funktioniert.  Die Fehlermeldung besagt, das nicht der gesamte Stock Inhalt lizenziert werden könne. Assets sind mit einem Ausrufezeichen in einem roten Kreis gekennzeichnet.  Problem ist nur: da ist nix gekennzeichnet. Ich hab jetzt auch mal einfach Sachen entfernt und das downloaden probiert, aber die Meldung kommt immer wieder.  Bei anderen Videos ist es kein Problem - da geht alles... Nur bei dem einen nicht und die Fehler werden nicht markiert.

I press the "Create a Class" button and create 4 classrooms with their teachers' name. Then I go to attach an assignment and see there are no classrooms created. I go back to the classroom page and it is brand new, showing me the "Create a Class" icon. I do not see a "save" button (other than the "save draft" which I push) so I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

I consider this to be a bug, and I have reported this before.I have a two separate graphic PNG files (a 'home' and an opposition football club badge) that both appear in a video at a specific point in time (0.8 secs in), which also has animation attributes assigned.For a new video announcment I simply swap out the opposition club badge graphic for the latest opponents club badge - using the 'Replace' option. In doing so, all the original animation attributes are retained within that club badge replacement, which is great and exactly what I want.But the starting position timeline is NOT retained. It always places the new replacement graphic at the start of the video... so I have to manually move it to align with the the start of the home club badge.This is fiddly and a pain - and I think it's a bug because it would be strange that it manages to pick up and retain all of the various animation attributes from the previous replaced graphic, and yet it is not capable of inserting the replac

The app is annoying now. Every time I have to acknowledge to paste. Then paste again. It crashes a lot. I thought it was my iPhone 12 but then I got the brand new iPhone this year and it still crashes. Sometimes scheduling posts doesn't work. Sometimes it takes too long. The dragging I liked better when you didn't have to have you finger on the object. So much that this still needs. I think should have spent more time in beta. It seems like it's trying to pull the browser version into the app and it can't. Send it back to get some help. 

Hi, when we click on your stuff , scroll bar will not work most of the times. we need to refresh page multiple times to view all the files.

Hello. Anyone else having this problem?How can I play the animated text created in AE in Adobe Express without the background since the finished GIF does not work?Here is what I have done/tried:1. Make animated text in After Effects2. Export using Media Encoder(2.a. I have also tried the AE in app render using lossless, lossless with alpha, etc.)3. Selected GIF Sequence with transparency (match source)4. Finish GIF plays great on my computer5. Import the GIF as my own media into Adobe Express and it does not play, it is only a still image of the text w/transparent background6. When I create a H.264, the media plays great on my computer and Adobe Express but I cannot remove the background and can only crop the image around the text(I am a PC user)Looking forward to hearing from you. Dear all, I have posted this as a bug as I feel this issue needs addressing. Whilst attempting to add music to a video for a school learning project, I found there was a piece of music entitled 'Confessions of a serial killer'. I'm concerned my pupils would see this, can it please be removed? I am logged on with the profile of 'School or Business account'.

Recently from yesterday i think, the 'Replace' image fuction not replace the old image with new one. I works like upload images, even after replacing the image, the old image exist as it is and the new one pasted on the pld but in smaller size. Please fix this issue. I fyou need more information please get bac to me.

Hi - me and some of my colleagues have been having issues accessing assets on Adobe Express, whenever we select one and try to load it, we are met with the following error:This has been going on for the past couple of days, laptops have been restarted since and caches cleared. I have a HAR file ready but unsure if there's a way to securely send it to you.  Any advice of help would be appreciated.

Trying to teach a workshop to students on using GenAI and Adobe is not creating any images (RED TRIANGLE). 

When I go to use assets from my CC libraries, the items load just fine, but Express will not allow me to scroll down to get to the ones I need. I tried searching the name of the asset needed, but to no avail. It claims that the asset doesn't exist, but when I check on the CC desktop app, it's 100% there. Please help! It's incredibly frustrating and disrupting my workflow quite a bit!! I'm using Chrome to access the desktop app site on a Mac.

Hi team, several of us have been trying to access the RAD AI add-on, but it doesn't do anything after clicking on analyze. It looks like it starts to analyze the page, but nothing happens.
