I have been making the same edits three times and each time, Adobe Express does not autosave my work. I also am unable to download or share the file- when clicked, the popup with "We're working on your file. You should be able to download/share it soon" appears, however the download never becomes available.
Been getting this message all morning (see attached screen shot). Nor can I get any social channels to connect. I was very excited to start using this app to exclusively manage my social media design and scheduling, but so far nothing is working, i've spent hours troubleshooting and going on help forums with no success so far.

Everytime i try and download a video i have edited, I just get a message saying that 'we're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.'
I've seen people post about this before and I've tried the advice (log out, log in, delete app, reload app, turn on the sync on Wifi). And none of them are working and I can't post my schedule content because I can't access my files on the app! What is the fix for this? If I had known about this problem, I would have stuck with Canva.

bjr, je ne peux me connecter aujourd'hui alors qu'hier je n'ai eu aucun problème. je voulais aller modifier un fichier (affiche créée sur adobe express). Message : système non pris en charge, une condition n'est pas remplie ... Je n'arrive pas à m'en sortir. Merci de m'aider
I was using Adobe Express on Chrome yesterday with no problem but now I'm trying to load the page and it says my browser is unsupported. My Chrome is updated, I even downloaded Microsoft Edge to try there but it shows me the same message. I already cleared cookies and caché and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

When I attempt to download a project I've put a lot of time and effort into, I am met with an error message: "Sorry, we were not able to license all Stock content. Some Stock assets can no longer be used. Please delete assets marked with the failed icon and re-upload them or try a different asset. (Failed audio assets will have a gray bar.)" I have done everything to try and find where this "failed" asset is but there is no Icon visible to me, anywhere. I guess it is a glitch or something, but I would really prefer to not have to scrap this project. In fact, thats not really an option for me. Please help solve this problem. Anybody...I'm desperate. ...this product doesn't seem ready for production yet. Is it just me? First I receive errors on export, then somehow I deleted all cookies etc did it again and video exports but with no audio...
While designing or creating a social post, there is an option called upload from device. When I am opting this to upload images saved in my phone gallery or SD Card folder, once I select an image and say OK, it's not uploading the image. I mean on selecting the image, it's not getting copied or pasted on my social post that I am designing. Instead the App restarts from beginning. This is happening for last many day's. Can someone help me to fix this issue.
Students are having problems joining a class in Adobe Express app for iPad. Scanning the code provided by the teacher with the camera app opens a browser with the Adobe Express app logo but nothing else. If student signs into the app and goes to classes there is no button to join class or way to manually enter a class code. Is this a known issue?

In the past, when I had a graphic prepared and wanted to simply swap out the image which was masked, the mask remained when the graphic changed (I would use Replace Image). I could then re-crop to make it work and move on quickly. Now, when I replace an image that was masked, the mask disappears. I want to quickly use a photo from the Adobe library. I tried to do a work-around and insert a new blob from within the masking tool (Clipping Mask Pro). It can't search the Adobe library. I have to insert a photo from my computer. So to replace a masked image I have to delete the original, download the Adobe library photo I want to use, upload that photo to the Clipping Mask Pro tool, then insert. In the past, I could replace the image in the same mask with a few clicks. Will this be corrected?
Hi there, I'm currently creating a webpage on Adobe Express and trying to customize the theme to fit my organization's branding guidelines. However, none of the fonts I uploaded apply when I go to customize the theme. I can search for the font names, and they show up but don't apply. The font names aren't included in the list of fonts either. I haven't received any error messages, and the fonts work fine on other Adobe platforms like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc. I tried using a different browser to see if that changed anything -- it did not. Also cleared my cache, and it didn't do anything either. Is there a way to fix this? Our branding guidelines are cruical in our communications.
Seit dem ich iOS 18 habe stürzt dauernd Adobe Ecpress ab. Heute habe ich die App aktualisiert, in der Hoffnung das wieder alles läuft. Stattdessen ist es schlimmer als vorher:Ich wollte einen Reel erstellen und dazu eine vorher erstellte 20 sec.+ eine 5 sec. Animation/Video laden und zusammenstellen. Neue Datei aufgemacht, auf "vom Gerät hochladen" geklickt und schon ist alles vorbei. Nix geht mehr. Ich benutze die App beruflich im Abo und bin jetzt etwas genervt. Hoffe es gibt eine schnelle Lösung!Gruß, Annette
Todos os meus downloads no Adobe expresss ficam com a resolução baixíssima, seja em formato de logos, Instagram... É péssimo não ter a opção de regular a resolução. Preciso baixar meu logo na melhor resolução possível mas não consigo.
I'm creating a web page in express and click the + sign to add a photo. The dialog box to let me choose the photo comes up a blank white and freezes there. I'm on windows 11 on a PC using edge browser Looks like a bug.
I am uploading an mp3 file to Express, but it is converting it into SVG format for some reason. I noticed this when i was editing a video and on exporting the audio wasnt audible. I was able to edit it (On browser) but on export the mp4 doesnt have any audio

I am trying to create an Instagram Reel and Adobe Express on the Web is being alarmingy slow and unresponsive. I have closed the browser and re-opened a new one, I can't upload multiple videos into my porject and the videos aren't playing. What's wrong with Adobe Expres?? 😞
Hi There, Lately I am having so much trouble importing PDF's to Adobe Express, even a simple business card. I have tried clearing the cache & using differnent / icdognito browsers. Have tried compressing the file, Uploading directly though Adobe Acrobat, Alternate wifi connections.. - I cant seem to get anything to work & it is becoming a little bit frustrating. Can anybody help? Thanks!
Every time I open a file, Adobe duplicates the file instead of opening the original. They're called "Untitled". I need to access the original and can't, instead I have a page full of unnecessary duplicates.
