Hello,We have an Adobe for Enterprise account at our school. We have multiple classes of students using Adobe Express, which is web-based, and their video projects are autosaved. However, after working for an hour or so, when they log in later, they find their projects blank! Steps I have had them try already:1. Log into account using another device or web browser2. Clear browser cache3. Once file created, duplicate file to force an autosave before logging out (unfortunately, the duplicates they created were later found to be blank) How can I make sure their projects save their changes?! I am recommending that all classes use different web-based software (Canva) because if Adobe Express cannot reliably return their projects the students are creating, I don't see the value of ANY of the functions and features of the software. I can't work out how to save the video. seemed to work before but now it says your working on it. Such a simple thing should be easy. I don't want to save it to any cloud BS

i have spent 3 hours on my photo and it keeps saying I CAN UPLOAD SOON, SAVE SOON. if i exit I will lose all changes

Video is uploaded. When I click remove background nothing happens.

When trying to download a premium video asset it gives me an error and stops at 20%. I have premium express so it seems like a bug.

I cannot seem to connect the Linkedin Profile to scheduling    

Pasting into content box works AT FIRST, but then once you publish/post and look at the file in Express - that text was pasted on top of my first image! Yikes! I've had to delete several posts. I am assuming it's a bug. It's been happening for a few weeks. There is no way to edit the text in spark page app, I remember it had options above the normal iPhone Keyboard, but it disappeared, this works to add sub-titles or new titles or change to black, cursive etc 

Hola! No puedo abrir Adobe Express en el navegador o en la app de Windows. Me aparece el siguiente error constantemente: Estoy trabajando en Windows 10 21H2, Google Chrome o Mozilla Firefox.

I'm still getting the 'connection interrupted' message, and despite following what the message says, it still doesn't work. Has anyone found a solution to this yet, please? And if not, can we get a refund as I can't use what I'm paying for?

Bonjourje ne sais si c'est un bogue ou pas mais je ne peux pas éditer l'image ci-dessous (l'oeil) qui apparait quand on arrive sur mon site lemsprod.com Je voudrais qu'on arrive directement sur la page qui apparait quand on clique sur l'oeil (la page avec l'alien ci-dessous que j'édite parfaitement cette fois avec mon compte premium Adobe Express) :J'envisage sérieusement de stropper Adobe Express si je ne trouve pas de solution à ce problème car cette premier image de l'oeil est une image ancienne de mon site que j'avais recréé au départ via Spark qui m'a été d'office changé pour Adobe Express.Merci par avance à celle ou celui qui se penchera sur le cas 🙂Hugues

Hello i don't understant why i cannot edit my first webpage https://express.adobe.com/page/MkSdyuSJIu5EB/  (www.lemsprod.com) which don't appear on my Adobe Express Account unless I'm mistaken.I would prefer to have the second page directly displayed (https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/ac2XkY6oO1MpP?) when we click on the first page See JPG joinedFriendly from Bordeaux France. I have a new client and am suppose to scheule posts across 4 platforms.  I thought I would use Adobe Express and stay in the family - but Express will not recognize my clients Premium X Subscription in the schedduling app.  It only recognizes 250 character count. If you have an X Premium Subscription you get up to 25000 characters!  I now look like an idiot trying to push this product for my clients use, and looks like I can not use express to schedule everything.   

 downloaded png file's size is 2.0mb, but  It doesn't work.Adobe Express's youtube thumbnail format's 2MB PNG format download file is always bigger than YT's 2MB restriction.  Need fix.  

For some time now the bar that used to be horizontal on the upper part of the app (where you personal data and download button is), has moved to vertically to the tool bar and I cannot have any access to any of it in order to edit or create any type of document.Please fix this!!!!1

I AM NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY Created animated videos. It is stuck at downloading 0% completed and after some time It says error encountered while downloading..

Files not downloading again!!! So frustrating 

I have an active paid subscription to the suite. I can't get into Adobe Express and I can't get access to my files.  It won't even let me access my plan information on the web, though I can see it on my ipad. But I can't open Express on the ipad because its not available. Everything is updated. I'm on macMonterey. I have restarted everything three times. 

Cannot download MP4. Stops at 20%.  Error message "something went wrong.  Refresh or go home." Have done both.  Have done restart.  Any help?

I've been trying to download a .mp4 of my project for several hours and it keeps getting stuck between 12-16% and throws me an error. this is the UUID of the latest... 7e63aa75-9544-4cf7-8538-cf1f5b0ef2df

I notice you have cropping for imported files but don't offer the same cropping tools if the background if the background I created needs to be a different size. You have a RESIZE but I can't find a simple cropping tool. I have been downloading my files and cropping them with other tools. I have reached out many times wondering about this feature but can't find it anywhere. Cropping is a super basic feature. I hope Express will consider adding it.

I have created a file from scratch in Express and the Download button is grayed out and I can't get it to appear.

I can't download the image that I organized on Adobe Express. It says: "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon"
