When I go to download my project as a pdf or upload it straight to issuu from express, it will not complete the task.

View-only link fails to update for over an hour

Won’t download pdf gets to 90% and can’t move. Have heaps of room on my iPhone too

It's saying I can address the issue to download but I don't see where to do that?

So im working on a video for my youtube channel but sometimes i cant type text and i have to reload the page, this is just so intolerable, can you guys fix this?

The comments keep unmapping from the slides when i open a file. Occasionally if i close and reopen a bunch of times it will eventually correct itself but now even that isn't working. Can you please respond and fix this bug? If it continues we'll just discontinue Adobe Express. It's causing too many problems and every task is taking twice as long.

This happens often in the scheduler where I am under the character count for X, but the scheduler tell me I am over the 280 limit. In this screenshot, I still have 13 characters left, but it's telling me I am over the limit. This has been an issue for a while. Hope they fix this. Makes it hard to schedule posts for when I am away.

Brands do not work in Adobe Express. I get an error and no Logos are popping up on my Express pages

Hello, A large bunch of Adobe Express pages have disappeared after I connected the account to Instagram, and used the Scheduler with 'post immediately'.I managed to upload a couple OK, then the rest vanished. They're not in recycle. Also, some PNGs upload to instagram and others don't. I get an 'unable to upload media format' message. There's very little difference between them.  1. Is it possible to get the work back?2. What can I do to stop this happening again? 3. Why are some images OK to upload as PNG and not others? They're 1024x1024, around 500k, and based on an AE post size and output recommendations. (PNG was recommended for images with transparency and/or letters). Many thanks, suggestions appreciated. Is this feature too new to risk at the moment? I'm using the web browser version. Thanks.

Unable to download from mystuff the video I created to my device. There is no option to export to my device.

For some reason my files are not formatting as they are supposed to - the txt is overlapping once I download it

My video download keeps getting stuck at 65% , can anyone advise? I have tried clearing cache

I get an error message when trying to download my video or any other video. I already cleared my cache but the problem still occures.

I would like the gif to stay the same dimensions as my original video, even when I select high quality for the conversion it still decreases the dimensions. Eg. my 1080x1080 mp4 converts to a 462x462 gif.

When I try to create a new file, a blue circle just spins and spins without creating anything, but an unhappy customer.

Vi que houve uma atualização do Adobe Express e não estou conseguindo acessar no Desktop arquivos que criei. No celular está ok. Quem pode me ajudar, por favor?
