generations are coming back with white characters that I did not ask for. Also I am spending my credits trying to correct the mistakes of the images I have created. Not everyone in the world is white and I dont want to spend credit and time fixing this mess. I want my credits back

When i prompt for image it appears, then takes my credits and deletes itself, please refund my credits

error generating video on kling, but not neo.   see attachment.  changing settings or photos not helpful,  tried 7-8 times, same error

I needed generation through the Kling 3.0 model. The service constantly showed an error. I wrote to support. Asif came in, generated 1 video and 1 photo through VEO, spent my credits on it, and then said that this happens with Kling and he couldn't help me. The service is terrible, not only did he spend my credits on verification, but he also didn't help me. It's terrible!

every time I try to generate a video using Kling models it fails

just trying to generate a vector file after a prompt. nothing major. it generated one set of images and then it stopped. should be working but it is not. resetted browser and cache. nothing.

Generated videos look fine in the native window but once downloaded have the classic MP4 compression glitches.

Getting error for video generation from 2-3 days. But When I try same prompt in Veo or Kling with paid credits it is working. 

Firefly image genearation page is not loading, the entire things keeps buffering. Even if it loads, its unable to generate image, it again starts to buffer. It’s been happening for the last 24 hours. Feels like waste of money at this point.

generating an image had an axe go through a hand, trying to use fill fix showed a right hand where a left hand should be, trying to correct that fully crashed system. 

When i going to upscale or enhance a video in Adobe firefly web, then i was stuck at 95% and sometimes when i get into upscale page and then generate upscale video then it shows error 'something went wrong '

I am seeing frequent error in generating a image into a video, I am being displayed error displaying the generated video, please try again after sometime or edit again

Hello Adobe Support,I just purchased a new Firefly subscription today, and I am unable to generate any videos using any model (Firefly Video, Veo 3 Fast, etc.).Every attempt returns the error:“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”I tested: Different prompts Very simple prompts Different browsers Incognito mode Different internet connections The issue still happens on every video generation attempt.My account is brand new, and the credits have not been used yet.Image generation works, but video generation always fails.Could you please check if there is an activation issue, backend restriction, or account-related problem affecting video generation on my account?Thank you.

upscale taking so long

It is absolutely unacceptable that it's using 300-400 credits for each prompt WITHOUT me downloading. Just to SEE if what I'm asking it to do even works at all. This is a waste of money and in no way okay to do to the Adobe community. 0/10 stars. 

It’s been a couple weeks since I am not able to generate any images with any Ai model in there. It’s very slow to load and after a while it says that there was an error

I am experiencing an issue where the “Generate” button is disabled and cannot be clicked while using Adobe Firefly.This issue is blocking my workflow, as I am unable to generate content despite following the standard steps. I've already subscribed to ur website but rhe moment I generate video with kling 3.0it always says can't load. Fix this to my account ASAP. Multiple times I've tried but won't generate content. 

None of my boards are loading. The background is just black and when I click “place on canvas” from the generation window, the image disappears. When I click “fit to screen” nothing happens either. This is on all my boards. Has been happening for about a week atleast

I’ve tried Firefly for 2 days now, the first day it worked beautifully. The second day it didn’t work at all. I enter a prompt and nothing happens. Then I got error message saying try again later. This morning, I decided to try it again, same thing happened - it doesn’t do anything when i enter a prompt and click Generate. I have a yearly subscription, too.
