Even I did generate videos with reference video before with these instructions. Also I wrote very long prompt too.This happens since yesterday. 

 need a video of 30 seconds but unable to get

When trying to use Firefly, a dialog box opens up with You don't have access to Firefly. But I do. I am the admin on the account. Does anyone else have this problem?  

I am unable to generate image to video with these images that are obviously NOT children.  

Copy / paste a script with time stamp brackets. Highlight one or two lines, the toolbar pops up but two options are greyed out. 

I have been trying to generate a video using your AI tools. The first iteration got close, and then I tried to make some edits using the prompts, and it keeps on charging me credits and then giving me the exact same video.I have tried 3 times to edit the video with different wording and different prompts to see if it can fix a couple of little glitches to make the video usable for what I need. But it keeps on giving me the same video no matter what I type for edit prompts. 

the AI is no longer letting us give negative feedback. it's always blocked. you can say you like an image but not that you dislike it. you click on thumbs down but you can’t everr submit the negative feedbak. no matter what issue you chose. ANd this as of late has been the case with a big number of images created by the AI. 

I upload a fairly decent 15 seconds video, just a 768p. I wanted to upscale to 1080p, but it took a long time to upscale and i have been waiting for 20 minutes. And it is still upscaling at the time I’m writing this. This is frustrating because it should not be taking this long, not even 4k. What is going on?Current settings: Astra, Creative, Subtle, 1080p.I just cancel it and now I could not get my credits back. This felt like a scam almost 👎🏻

uploaded image to edit. Image is vertical 9:16. The image is automatically changed to a horizontal format 5:4 and most of the image is cropped off. Despite multiple attempts to upload and change the formatting, the image stays cropped and can’t be used.

As described above. Is this normal, a setting or a bug. Frame ratio is correct. This happens in 2K setting, 4K setting creates a much larger file, but I find no setting that will just keep the original frame size.

It says in my account that I've got 3000 credit available ( I brought a plan 2 weeks ago costing £9 .80 monthly I only do Photos not Videos  mostly in Firefly can you tell me why it’s not  working. Joe.  

I’ve been getting this message for 2 days anytime I try to upscale an image or generate a new image using a reference photo. I have tried opening and logging into firefly from a new icognito browser and it still does not work.  

Does not respond.  Please fix this issue.

Hiya,  I have been having issues all day; I use Sora and I’ve tried other generators and I’m having the same issue with them but it’s just loading with the “generating Video” screen and nothing generates, it’s stuck on it and takes the credits. Nothing is generated in the library section either.

Image generation performance is really poor; even with perfect prompts generated by another LLM and vetted by an engineer with 20 years of experience, the LLM fails to maintain the thread of the conversation. It is likely an integration issue—specifically, the way you filter content before it reaches Gemini (for instance). I tried it directly in Gemini and it works perfectly, so the problem lies with your software; this is one of the reasons people are migrating to other tools.

Hello,I’m currently located in Spain, but I’m unable to access Adobe Firefly. I receive the following message:“Can’t access. Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn’t available in your region.”I have an active paid monthly Adobe subscription and currently have 4,000 generative credits on my account. I’m therefore concerned that I’m paying for a service and have available credits, but I cannot access Firefly.Could you please check my account and clarify why Firefly is being blocked?In particular, could you please verify: my account country/region; my subscription and billing region; whether Firefly is available for my current plan in Spain; whether there is any issue with my account or IP/location detection. I'm unable to generate the daily free videos. After adding all the pertinent settings/attachments, I click on the generate button to render. However, for the past few days, there is no rendering and it briefly thinks and goes back to the prompt. Thank you for looking into this..

Le pedí a la IA que haga una imagen y me terminó haciendo otra, después le pedí que modifique el pelo del dibujo, y me dijo que no podía hacer. Las herramientas tampoco funcionan como corresponde. Se puso un círculo que no sé para qué carajos era. Y no me gusta. Parece una perdida de tiempo. La cuestión es que me recomendaron la aplicación, diciendo que hacía lo que uno pedía, y comprobé que no es así. Tendré que informar que es ineficiente. 

Generating an AI image with GPT image 2 on low, medium and high quality gives the same 1k output. For example 1024px by 1024px. This is a huge bug and I can't believe it's still live in the app. This is quite a big credits price difference for the same output and is completely disingenuous.
