I have been trying to generate images since yesterday, but every attempt immediately displays the error message “Something went wrong.”The issue has persisted despite trying multiple times and is preventing me from completing several pending tasks. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.Kindly let me know whether you need any additional information, such as screenshots, browser details, or account information, to diagnose the problem.

Its show error message and my points where gone. I didn’t get my points back after refreshing. I have to wait for one week to get back my 250 points.

Trying to alter or color photo. Keeps saying something went wrong.

CREDITS BEING CHARGED AND NOTHING IS BEING GENRATED. I HAVE BEEN DOING A 20 MINUTE PROJECT FOR 3 HOURS...AND STILL ON SCENE 1!

He intentado adquirir el plan gratuito de adobre fireflay pro plus de 7 dias, y me daba constantes errores, volví a poner los datos de mi tarjeta y se me pago el plan mensual sin prueba gratuita, quería solo el plan gratuito para ver como era el plan, pero se me acabó cobrando por error el normal, necesito que me cancelen el plan y me devuelvan el dinero 

If firefly didn’t generate my video, I want the 400 credits back.

Firefly is adding letters into the name of our company where they should not be.  Abbey is spelled Abibey, Textiles has been spelled Textiiles, Textriles, and Textliles.  I have used up nearly all my credits trying to fix this in two videos.  

Something wnet wrong on (Gemnini3.1, Nano Banan2)

After creating animations on boards. Selected them all to create a sequence. When selecting the option to open on Firefly editor or Premiere there is an error message and I’m taken directly back to the homemape as supposed to the video editor.

Videos generated are incomplete and WAY too short.  I entered into a subscription, only to find it won’t work… I’m not happy with this product.

I used the image sucker and asked it to create a lip sync of the scrip. The first wase real Asian man and the second was a real Caucasian man. Give me all my credits back this is ridiculous

Anytime I try to do something it says sorry something went wrong.

So it looks like we can generate in 4k but when I download the image it is not 4k. Could you explain why that is? Thanks

The anatomy is not showing accurately. In the photo the man has his right arm extended but the hand on that right arm is a left hand making this anatomically inaccurate. I specifically asked for this to be corrected and it still came out incorrectly. 

The video generation is not working, and too much of clicking bugs...

Und das passiert mehrfach hintereinander und es werden nach 5 Minuten Bearbeitungszeit auch entsprechend credits berechnet. Wieso, wenn immer dasselbe ohne Veränderung erscheint?

I’ve tried multiple iterations and this is very important work. Please advise. 

It wont save elements using kling omni.  It changes the charaters look from scene to scene I am waisting credits due to this.

 I used Firefly today to generate one image and firefly just exploited my credit, lefting me without image I asked for. I asked it to correct the hight of the shelves an he didn't do it.

i can't generate a video, everytime i ask (now 4 times) it says "something went wrong please try again later but it stills uses my credit, i started with 400 credits and now i'm at 260 credits and i still haven't gotten any generated video
