I am subscribed to firefly pro plus version, but video generation feature is not working and I am unable to use this feature. The error is not displayed properly and its look like a generic error. I am trying since 4-5 days but no luck.

Interessanterweise wähle ich bei Partnerrolle Gemini 3,1 - doch ständig bekomme ich zwar schöne Bilder generiert aber kein einziges mal den richtigen Text - verwende ich aber Gemini direkt - ist dies nie ein Problem, da wird der Text perfekt dargestellt. Noch ärgerlicher ist das bei Video generieren - da werden mir falsche Texte übernommen und pro Video 400 Credits abgezogen.

Firefly has been terrible lately.

On Sunday, July 5, my monthly credits had just renewed, and I had 4,000 credits available.I generated two Kling Omni videos without audio. The interface clearly showed that each video would cost 375 credits, so the expected total cost was 750 credits.However, after both videos were generated, my remaining balance was only 2,800 credits, meaning 1,200 credits had been deducted instead of 750.I contacted Adobe Support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They suggested that I had edited the videos or referred me to the FAQ, but I did not edit the videos. I only generated two videos.Today, July 12, my balance was still 2,800 credits. I generated another Kling Omni video. Before generating it, the interface showed that the cost would be 250 credits.A few seconds after clicking Generate, I checked my account and my balance had dropped to 2,400 credits, meaning 400 credits were deducted instead of the advertised 250.This has now happened multiple times. image‑to‑video on mobile ignored my source photo and consumed credits; it did not generate the video from the prompt. Even after three times and specifically instructing to use the person in the picture (Caucasian) it generates a black person. How can I get my consumed generative credits back?what prompt should avoid this bug?  

I want to flip a football helmet horizontally so that it faces the other direction without flipping the word on the side of the helmet to be backwards.  Apparently this program does not recognize the word flip. 

The generate button is grayed out and I'm not able to press it

Hi, I have been trying to create video but each time I have this error. Error: Can't load We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again. I have attached a screenshot.Can you check what is going on?Thank you so muchSeverine

Your customer service is the worst. it has been over two weeks since I spoke with a rep about the fact that Firefly is not generating 2k images despite choosing the 2k option. I was informed it was a known problem and the engineers were working on it. I was also promised a response with a status. I am starting to feel like you don't even have engineers and when our call ended, the ticket was just tossed in the bin. I am not getting what I pay for and it seems like you could care less as long as you have my money. And I am not the only one having this issue. FIX IT

Unable to proceed. This error message keeps appearing.

I am not seeing Seedance in the list of 3 party generation models. 

There is an issue where images cannot be downloaded. The images do not appear; instead, there is just a blank screen with a download button. When the download button is pressed, only text appears, and the download does not actually start.

I simply receive a “something went wrong” error when using any Firefly video tool. Nothing works. 

сьогодні цілий день іде збій у використанні застосукну. вранці коли я намагаюсь використовувати firefly у мене вибивало помилку “Щось пішло не так, спробуйте перезагрузити сторінку” (щось таке), потім я вирішила зайти через головну сторінку (там де пропонуються всі функції які є для генерації, відео, стікери, редагування) і через “змінити” зайти у “генерувати”, проте там коли я вписую промт у мене відразу просто видає помилку, і скільки б я не нажимала щоб генерувати, у мене просто “щось пішло не так”

Hello Adobe team. I think there is an issue with Firefly video generation using Seedance 2.0 / Seedance 2.0 Fast with image references.Text-to-video works normally, but any image-to-video generation fails. I tested multiple reference images, including an original character, a screenshot version, and a normal photo of a cat. All fail with the same error.Error message:“Gemini classification API returned HTTP 404. Model gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview was not found or the project does not have access to it.”This happens on both the iPhone Firefly app and the desktop browser version. 

This pops up for everything. Firefly image to video is almost unusable on the professional level.

i just lost 400 credits because the veo 3.1 model is not working the google veo 3.1 keeps telling me its not available so when i spend 400 credits it goes back to my account but then i tried multiple times and same thing then i accidentlly clicked generate twice and when i canclled the second one , the 400 credits didin't go back to my balance and the second one failed and told me the model is not available and returned only 400 of the one that failed. but what about the one i canclled? it was about to fail anyway why cut 400 out of my balance ?!!

I have a video that has an AI glitch, select edit and add new prompts to fix the issue and address another change. I click generate and the video is exactly the same, except now I have 400 less credits.

I have a technical problem with KLING 3.0 OMNI, I cannot use elements, I get an error message displayed on Firefly.

Create a new Firefly Board.Generate Image using Gemini model: “Dog playing a piano on a plain white background.  Clipart Style.”Place image on board and select.Click the "Remove Background" icon on contextual toolbar… nothing happens anymore.This works fine on older images.

Whenever I click on a video in the generation history to open it. It briefly gives me a pop up message about free generations for a year. The pop up message disappears in a fraction of a second to fast to click it away. Then when the video opens, I can't control anything, nothing works in every mouse.Click doesn't register if a press play.But nothing plays if I want to edit the prompt. It won't respond to let me type anything, the cursor doesn't appear.Everything is blocked.This is probably because it thinks the pop up message is still there. I find this really annoying since I've already paid for everything.And I still getting pop ups that constantly slow down my workflow , because I have to constantly refresh and then hope that one time the pop up won't appear, so that I can continue my work , sometimes these takes a minute or two just to get started.Could you please fix this problem?It's very annoying and unnecessary.

Hiya,  I have been having issues all day; I use Sora and I’ve tried other generators and I’m having the same issue with them but it’s just loading with the “generating Video” screen and nothing generates, it’s stuck on it and takes the credits. Nothing is generated in the library section either.
