tried multiple times to generate video using exact reference pics - would not work

Subject: Adobe Firefly Creative Production – Job Log Refreshing AutomaticallyDear Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing an issue in Adobe Firefly Creative Production.Problem:The Job Log page refreshes automatically and continuously. Because of the automatic refresh, I am unable to open, view, or inspect individual job details. The page keeps reloading before any action can be completed.Expected Behavior:The Job Log should remain stable and allow users to open and review job details without refreshing unexpectedly.Actual Behavior:The Job Log refreshes automatically, preventing access to job information and making it impossible to monitor completed or running jobs.Impact:This issue is affecting workflow monitoring and troubleshooting, as job details cannot be accessed.Please investigate and advise on a solution.Thank you.

It's even difficult to lodge a complaint ! smh , I can't even uploaded files without resizing them . So time consumingThe images I uploaded were not used in the prompt and I lost 1000 credits , it has happened previously but I thought the issue would be resolved by now, I really irritated because I feel as though I am being robbed every time I use Adobe Firefly , It started off as an ok app now its slowly declining into a ball of stress 

When I try to ‘create’ a video with firefly your system says ‘you don’t have administrative rights’ or something to that effect.

I've been using Nano Banana Pro, and the loss of quality is noticeable. Furthermore, I'm uploading photos of a new product, and the AI ​​is using images from previous versions without generating new results, as if it were recycling images from its history. 

i created a video using an image. one of night time and one of day time. night video was very smooth, daytime videos are lagging, can see some issue. happening with all day videos. frames issue i think

Dark mode UI in Firefly Production fails. When changing to Dark Mode under my Adobe account preferences, this renders all menu UI items unreadable.  

Whenever I use Prompt to Video, upload a reference image, a description comfortable to the guidelines and a video to adjust, it says “generating video” shortly before displaying “Something went wrong” without any description of what went wrong. I have 255 credits left and the task requires 250 credits, and would like to spend them all before my new credits arrive in 7 hours. The prompt I’m using is:“Replace the background walls and lights on the ceiling with the interior and colors in the reference; keep the car, angle, roller bench, straps and motion the same as in the original; Just change the background, lights and interior like instructed”I’m curious as to how I could resolve this issue asap before my credits run out in 7 hours.

It won't start generating after inserting all the input and pressing the generate button

Hello,I am writing to report a bug with the Firefly interface. After generating a video, I am unable to download the content. Neither the button in the overlay on the video nor the black button in the right corner works (please refer to the attached screenshot).   I am using an Enterprise plan, and my account shows 3500/4000 credits available.I have tested this on Safari, Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8), and Arc, Version 1.106.0 (66192) with Chromium Engine Version 138.0.7204.185. The problem occurs on both browsers. An additional screenshot provides the specifications of my computer and operating system.Thank you.

Firefly is included in my plan, but when I try to translate, it says that I don't have access. 

The generate button is not doing anything when I try to generate a video using VEO 3.1. I have tried two days in a row

Text on screen was distorted, any attempts to edit comp-letely chnaged the video imagery. The video unusable. Credits used should be refunded.  

 The new nano banana is amazing, but there must be a bug? While the option for 2K output exists, I'm stuck on 1K no matter which I select. Anyone else?

Firefly is not functioning well, not understanding simple directions costing me over 400 credits today with nothing to show for it. 

Several times the expand feature only creates all blue rectangles. No images at all. 

The image is neither being generated nor downloaded. 

I am experiencing a severe issue with the Image-to-Image / Edit reference tool in Adobe Firefly.The source image is immediately distorted and horizontally stretched across the new canvas the moment I upload it, even before clicking 'Generate' or moving any cropping handles.I have attached screenshot for clarity.  

for the past week i’ve had 2 issues daily:  1.  not following exact prompts.  i ask for 12 roses i get 13, 14, 15, 16 not 12 so i have to keep regenerating and its eating credits.   2.  when i generate a new image it says error and to try again later, but if i hit generate again it will do it immediately and then i see the following day duplicate images - eating all my credits

I put in a long script for AI voice in Firefly and it sounds great with the voice I selected. The problem is that after each line, when there should just be a silent beat before the next line is spoken, instead there is a tick sound. It sounds like a key being clicked or something. I will have to take the WAV file and manually remove every one of those for it to be usable. Please fix.

When looking at past generations in Files>generatation history. it attempts to load but never opens. Just says "Can't load generation history"
