i am unable to create videos

Je travaille sur une séquence depuis un tableau :Graine 340152,  et la Sixième video qui devait prolonger la cinquième est complètement hors sujet. Incompréhensible !!!!

Il sistema continuan a darmi errore quando cerco di generare un video. L'errore succede con tutti i modelli disponibili.

No image (original, Adobe stock, Firefly generated by me, re-savd in different format) can be loaded as reference image in Firefly for still or video generation. This is a recent occurance and it  makes our teams work a lot harder

Hi There, I keep losing credits for failed video generations (simple office interior scenes). I read online that these should now being restored but that doesn't seem to be the case? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks very much

 Cada vez que pongo el prompt y referencias en adobe firefly para crear mi imagen me aparece esto, que rabia no poder ocupar algo por lo que estoy pagando, oesperaré respuesta. 

Hello,I am trying to generate a video in Adobe Firefly, but my reference image is being rejected for not complying with the guidelines.The reference image is an original illustration created by me, showing a smiling child character using a wheelchair, presented in a respectful and appropriate way, with no copyright concerns.This seems to be a false positive from automated moderation.Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to request a review?

I bought additional credits and from then I am unable to generate the video from text. Always it is stating error occoured and try again. What is the use if I couldn't use the credits I purchased at required time? Trying on Mac Tahoe 26.2Just entered the prompt and clicked generate. After few seconds it is saying "error occured and try again". I even lost 100s of credits for similar issue earlier. Please fix this. Thanks

Hello,Je viens de lancer la création d'une vidéo et cette vidéo m'acouté 400 crédits pour avoir au final une erreur : Un problème est survenuVeuillez réessayer ultérieurement.Si je rééssaye je vais être à nouveau débité de 400 crédits !Ce n'est pas normal, quand un bug survient, les crédits de devraient pas être débités.Merci de rétablir mes crédits et ne pas les decompter.

The video is not transparent, its leaving off the garter and is is not showing her kickstarting a harley.  Ive produced this video in the past and Now Im not I can not getting the same result.  I am wasting credits trying...Prompt: "A Transparent background video of Vietnamese girl, kick-starting her Brite Red Harley Davidson Motorcycle, she is dressed in a soft white silk Ao Dai, she wears red lipstick and a red garter. Reduce números de créditos aún cuando genera error y da un mensaje de que demasiadas personas están generando. NO debería ser así si es error del sistema

We keep getting the following error:“Cannot be loaded.We can’t display the generated video.Please edit and try again.”This needs to be fixed urgently. If there are any restricted or banned words, they should be indicated in advance. Because of this repeated error, we are unable to generate the video.Note: I already use Chrome.

ISSO ACONTECEU MAIS DE 20 VEZES, E MEUS CRÉDITOS NÃO FORAM EXTORNADOS.

Some times the veo 3.1 Fast chooses not to use the image I selected to be the start frame, generating a video only using the prompt

The UK voiceover for avatars is still not working, and even though it demo's in a UK accent, it publishes as US accent. Please can you look into this asap, as this is a long standing issue and a feature we have been waiting for sometime. Thanks.

I have three tracks of sound effect audio I created to go with what was previously a silent video. I'm unable to download the finished video, it just keeps saying something went wrong, without an error code or any more context for why it wont download. Any tips on why this is happening or how to export would be appreciated.

credit usage isn't displayed for the generated ai task it's recognized as freebut the results are a mess.3000 credits disappearedrecover credits 

Bei Komposition und Reverenz lassen sich keine Referenzbilder hochladen. Man kanns sie zwar vom eigenen Gerät anklicken aber hocheladen wird nichts. Ohne eine Fehlermeldung es geschiet einfach nichts.

I spent some credits and the model dont generate anything. The model failed to generate in the last 4 times. 

I keep trying to generate video and usually i get an error without a helpful tip how to change. i don't know if it is my prompt or that we do not have the full access to video generation.  

 It looks like Sorry, our servers are melting right now. Uses up my credits. I have been tracking recently and noticed that it I am not getting a result and this uses my credits I also noticed that I have been getting better results with video genrations directly on Google Platform using Vids. Most of those genrations did not give the desired reulst even with the same prompt
