I asked for a design and it spit out an empty :08 video. Will I still be charged the credits?

Hey Team,This is a bit weird. When I go to resize an image, another image is choosen and being resized. This does not happen all the time.1st time: I generated a number of images and moved one image out the group of 16. I have been trying with no success to work on a character from a narrative short that is seen in Firefly as inappropriate because of "nudity", because the character is a creature that is made by an actress that wears body paint. Firefly sees this as an infringement of their politics, but hey; I am an artist and my only intentions are to make some complementary images for this short film I am working on. Please, grant me the possibility; I can demonstrate that ther is no se-x-ual or nudity orientation to my work.

I am trying to do simultaneous transition on firefly with prompts.. but it doesnt let me use my photos that i have taken around the world. they are phjotos of abandoned places. it is my art and i would like to be able to use them!they dont violate your guidlines nor they anything. its simply abandoned ruines. my whole photos are the same and its not nice to not be able to use them. please try to fix this.its very irritating and discriminating

i asked the ai to move the road in my video image further into the background 4 times, and each time i generated, it didn't change it, and each render just looked more clunky and fake.

why can't I opne the videos I generated thru image to video yesterday, errors and why can't I see the videos I generated yesterday in my files? I wasted 1000's of credits

Firefly promotion is running and active. In fact, the verbiage states credits won't be consumed within the firefly app, even for partner models yet all of my credits are being consumed at alarming rate.

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly. The prompts that previously generated accurate and high-quality images are now producing random, incorrect, and low-quality results. I am using the exact same prompts as before, but the output has suddenly become inconsistent and unusable.Could you please check if there is a technical problem or system update causing this behavior?Thank you for your assistance.

コンプリートプランを使用中なのでですが、生成画像のページは開けて画像生成できるのですが、動画生成のページが何度やっても開けず「ブラウザー​は​サポート​されていません Google Chrome は、​現時点​でこの​機能用​に​サポート​されている​唯一​の​ブラウザー​です。​最新​バージョン​の Chrome を​使用​していることを​確認​し、​再試行​してください。」とでてきてしまいます。解決策教えてほしいです。

You guys depleted my credits for all these videos that didnt even generate.

nano banana pro can upscale the picture to 4K, but i can't use it in firefly

Al usar Firefly Video, los textos se generan con texto adicional y/o erróneo.

When the video finishes rendering I am not able to download the file. I see the button as to where to download but when I press the button it takes me to another blank webiste with nothing on it but code. No video!!! No file download!! 

The video I created was completely blank, and it used my credit. The video is useless.

Used prompt including "Mirrored" for a logo.  A bunch of images came out with "Mirored" or other misspellings.  

The generated video is black screen. Nothing is generated. 

Currently havent been able to use Boards for the last hour no matter how i try! I cant stop crying!

Boa tarde !Desde ontem, estou enfrentando problemas com geração de videos utilizando texto. Já foram mais ou menos 10 videos "queimados" não sei como vocês chamam esse erro. Foi desde ontem após comprar mais créditos nunca havia acontecido antes deste assinatura. Tinha antes da compra da assinatura 4.000 créditos e ao chegar ao final deles optei por comprar 7.000 créditos aumentando o núneros de créditos, mas já estou pensando em desistir da assinatura, pois a cada video que não égerado perco mais créditos e fico decepcionada. Pensei que ao comprar mais créditos eu teria uma tranquilidade maior na hora de criar os videos e isso não está acontecendo.Vou anexar o video do erro na geração. Com esse agora já são quase dez videos que perdi e consequentemente os créditos foram juntos. Gostaria muito de continuar com a assinatura, mas desta forma vou acabar desistindo e ficando com os meus 4.000 créditos que esse eero não acontecia e eu não ficava frsutada. Erro não está no prompt, pois
