the files I was working on a couple of weeks ago are gone. Where do I find them? 

I encountered a bug while using Adobe Firefly with the Veo3 model.When I started two generations, the system displayed the message “Unable to generate”, but my credits were still deducted. Could you please check this issue? It seems that failed generations on Veo3 are incorrectly consuming credits. Thank you for your support.

Firefly is showing error messages while trying to generate any video using any engine.   

I have first and last frame of a video.  I just want SMOOTH zoom or pans between the images.  Each time, firefly wants to do something whacky - opens the persons eyes, and each eye is going in different directions.  

The page doesn’t load I am unable to genrate images at all. This is on two different browsers

The image to video generations (any model) are stuck on an endless loop, even for hours and no results are generated, but the credits are taken away anyway. I lost all those credits, but no results in exchange.

Where do i get to the VECTOR module?

On Google Chrome on a PC: When I try to open any of my creations from the creations area or from folders, they go to a blank screen.

always giving error on kling ai all tools for video! Fix that, i didnt pay you for useless bugstar platform. Content isn’t nude or +18 something i can’t make my work cause u giving error always and always!

Oddity here.   My billing date is the 5th of every month.   My generative credits did not reset in June.   I had to contact support.   Now it is happening again this month.   When I contacted support chat,  they told me my firefly renewal date is the 11th.   My billing date has never been the 11th.   They were unable to explain why.   They said they will "have a word with a senior team member and see what the best they can do is." Not a great solution..  Seems like a bug to me.   Has anyone else experienced anything like this?  The FAQ clearly says the credit is on the billing date, not 6 days after the billing date.  Very confused.  Something seems to not be working correctly here on the Adobe side. 

Download after generating is not working, it was already broken last week but I could still go to edit image and download from there, now I can’t even do that. I can generate stuff but I can’t download anything from any button that’s supposed to download the image.

Firefly Image 3 (preview) on web browser PC - Windows 11 Enterprise - Version 23H2I enter a text prompt into firefly but all of the customize options are not loading. If I upload a reference image I get an errorerror message: "Something went wrong" 

I tried creating an animation in Firefly but it came up with the warning 'something went wrong' and didn't create the animation, but I got charged 600 credits for it.

When we edit a generated images, previouse edited images prompts was keeped.Since this prompt has absolutely no relation to the image we are about to edit, it should be discarded when we begin editing.

 Plusieurs fois d'affilée un problème survient lors de la génération d'image et de Video. Cependant, mes crédits sont décompté… Ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. Je suis passé de 3000 crédit à 1000 dont plus de 1200 envolé... 

I am trying to generate and edit images using Adobe Firefly.. it’s not working in a reliable manner. Over and over it is wiping out my work and saying it can’t generate anything. This image will show you this is occurring with every AI model. Firefly, Gemini, and GPT.    

Did a bulk colour grade in Firefly. When I click the download link in the email it directs to a page which says “Page does not exist”

Any video I try to create, it says it can't because it violates the guidelines. This is an awful service. 

I’ve been dealing with generation issues and it seems that whenever I attach a reference image to any prompt, it yields an error. I’ve tried various reference images, and various prompts (all dealing with game asset creation, nothing against guidelines/no ppl/no brand references/etc.)I used reference images that I had no issues with a month or so ago, but i’ve now gotten error after error regardless of which model I use. 

I have been using veo 3.1 engine for video generation, but it is showing generating from an hour, last time also same thing happened and i cancel it, and my credits got deducted and feels like a scam. everytime same thing is happening.

（１）プロンプトを入力して画像生成ボタンを押すと、画像は生成されますが、入力したプロンプトが消えません。間違ってEnterや画面をリロードすると、再度同じプロンプトで同じ画像が生成され、クレジットが無駄に消費されます。Enterを押したらプロンプト決してほしいです。また、十分に注意したとしても、Window閉じた後に再度アクセスしたら前入力したプロンプトがそのまま再実行されてしまい、またクレジットが消費されてしまいます。本当に何度も無駄にクレジットを消費しないでほしいです。 （２）再生成の機能がありますが、９０％にた画像が再生成されます。これもクレジット消費の無駄です。賢く違うバリエーションの画像作れないでしょうか？（使用モデルがnano banana 2です）。 （３）再度同じプロンプトをコピーできるようにプロンプトコピー機能を入れてください。プロンプトが隠れてしまい（...で省略）、全部コピーできません。「再生成」機能は（２）で書いたようにほぼ変わらない画像ができてしまいます。バリエーションが欲しいのに。。 とにかくこんな慎重にプロンプト入力したら、手で一度消さないと、勝手に再実行されてしまい、クレジット消えるようなサービス初めてです。。。早くバグ直して欲しいです。[Adobe Firefly/Bug Reportsへ移動しました：モデレーター]

Somewhere between 4am and noon PST on 04/11/2026, my generation files disappeared on my PC. But i still have them on my cell phone.

I have a subscription at $29.99 And all of a sudden, it no longer works. Says i need to upgrade after 10 complimentary prompts.
