Die Firefly Boards, die ich vor 4 Monaten erstellt habe werden nicht mehr angezeigt.

I have a Firefly board that will not allow me to generate videos.    I am on a personal, all apps plan. I have 26k credits available.   When I click Generate Video I see a flash of the whole interface, then a reduced interface appears saying "Select a model to continue." When i generate images in Fieri, part of them are missing in the history folder.

I dont see the two images I just spent time editing in the Firefly web app, even though I am logged in - the images dont appear in history. Where did they go?Steps:Home > Image > Generative fill > upload image > Add > erase portion of background > add prompt > generate > KeepI did not download each, but went backward to upload image to work on a second image. Appreciate  any help

I have just committed to monthly credits for Firefly. All I have seemed to have got for my money is a repeating "sorry not working - try later" message. Clearly that's not what I hoped, or paid, for. What is the problem? Everyone else that I use (Canva, Leonardo etc) seem to manage. PC Winows 11Current Fi version from the CC Very frustrating and wasteful.

Dear Firefly,Since the last upgrade:- "Generate Similar" doesn't work.- Trouble deleting files.- Duplicate results are appearingPlease resolve this, it's becoming difficult to use the app.Thanks

3 times now when I am typing a prompt the engine begins rendering simply because I pressed RETURN to TAB down in the wring of my prompt.  I do not feel I should be charged for this.  Maybe have a specific KEY to start the RENDERING.   When I provide a photo I expect the engine to use the photo, NOT be inspired by it.  This work for a project and I cannot use aproximations or Inaccuracies.  Seriously, there MISPELLINGS in areas where I provide the exact spelling and layout and photo.   What cinematic type animation can I use that creates with all of the important factors included correctly.  I am talking about about historical aircraft and not some fantasty world.   I also should not have to pay when I have not said GO.  There is no way to stop.  No :05 delay, nothing; I would like to be credited. Hello, Adobe technical team.I have an enterprise developer account, and I am developing a project in Python to create a custom node in ComfyUI in order to integrate Adobe Firefly API services into the company I work for. My project works, but I only have access to model3 and model3 fast to generate images. Why do I have this restriction?Do I need to request another type of account or permission?Perhaps there is a problem with my API request that is preventing me from connecting to other models?I can access the custom models developed by my company's creator team, but I cannot access Image4 models or partner models such as FLUX or Gemini 2.5 (nano banana).My API requests are being made using Python.I would appreciate any help you can provide!

Repeated failure using partner models. Very frustrating as we are paying a lot for this "Premium feature" and it never works. I've tried different browsers, even different devices - no luck.

I'm getting an error while creating an image.And it costs credits for each render.I'm paying for an image I can't even get.How can such nonsense happen?Firefly spent 60 of my credits.

Everytime I enter the word that indicates I want to generate a picture of a child (for my school's advertisement and topic cards) the error message gets prompt. 

Hello Adobe team,I’m encountering a consistent issue in Firefly Video (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video).The “Upload image” button under the *Frame* section remains inactive and cannot be clicked, even though:- All camera motions and motion references are fully disabled,- No reference video is uploaded,- Aspect ratio and resolution are correctly set to Vertical (9:16), 720p or 540p,- File format is valid (JPG/PNG, under 25 MB, tested with 1080×1920 px vertical image),- All browser extensions (including adblockers) are disabled,- Cache has been cleared, and tests were done in Incognito mode.I also tested in multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge), but the issue persists.The “Upload image” frame icon stays greyed out and does not react when clicked.It seems to be a UI/session bug affecting users even with correct configurations.**System info:**- OS: Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2- Browser: Google Chrome (latest stable)- Adobe account: *Paid Firefly plan*- No active extensions during testi

Hello,I was trying to generate a video in Firefly web in Google Chrome (Version 141.0.7390.77) from the same set of initial/final frame in a higher resolution (1080p vs. 540p). The 540p videos generated quickly but the 1080p one is stuck at 75% progress for more than an hour now and seems not to progress anywhere.The 500 credits are deducted. Can I somehow request the credits back when the generation did not produce any results?

I created a world map in a specific style. Now I want to use this image to generate a map of Germany in the same style. It always translates into a weird mix of maps. 

Today I got my admin to top my AI credits up. They paid for 50,000 and it has not shown up on my account.When I click generate in firefly it still shows the request credit dialogue. please help 

Adobe Firefly is garbage.From the Image>Generative Fill area I upload a picture to edit and nothing happens. No error. Just nothing. I tried dragging it and I tried Upload File. I tried on Safari and I tried on Chrome.It doesn't work.

I have a video of two plates of food on a table, and I want to see the food rotting quickly, however, Firefly is modifying the table, the background, changes the plates and the kind of food on them; and it doesn't rot.Am I doing anything wrong?
