Hi, when using Firefly Video generation using the Veo 3 model, the interface does not display the cost for video generation. I unknowingly used up all of my month's credits using the Veo 3 model. The other models show the credit cost for generation and when none is shown for Veo 3, I naturally assumed it was not deducting credits (as was the case when Ray 3 was in preview phase prior to October 1).  You should fix this as it does a disservice to users.  See attached image comparing Veo 2 and Veo 3 model interface

As the title says - None of the images I am generating are appearing in my generated history.

I tried to generate a video from an image. At first it worked, but then I bought credits and then upgraded. The video has not been able to be generated for three days (yesterday I managed to get one video in a whole day). This morning the system pretended to generate, it generated for almost three hours and in the end 1000 credits were deducted and the video was not created. Now, just like in the previous days, an error message keeps popping up - "An error has occurredThe affiliate model you are using is currently unavailable. Try again later." I would understand if it happened once or twice a day. But I have been trying to generate for three days now, throughout the day and with zero results.

Windows 10It worked fine the first time I used image to video. Now I keep getting this message. 

I wasted all my credits trying to generate AI pictures and or videos that don't turn out correctly. Words are misspelled and images don't turn out anywhere similar to what was prompted in words

Hi, What/where is the admin that let's me use Fireflies Image Ultra 4? When testing it, I get a message: "Can't access. You can contact your admin to request access." My admin has given me all thr rights to use my Addobe tools and can't figure out, what is wrong. Can you help me, please?

created images but they wont download

Used firefly Ray 3 video to generate video, tool did not create video and still used credits from me.

THE APP IS GENERATING DUPLICATE PREVIEWS AND Taking 100 credits each tome.. the very simple tasks of having the second character in the exact same position as the first character (from the side like the first kid. not faced straight into the camer) and no matter how detailed i am the app generates the same preview then stops. i would like my credits returned and I can find another application. at this point the applications are nothing like what they are advertised to be. this is starting to get ridiculous 

Hello. I translated a video but part of the voiceover was done incorrectly (the original was good). I tried to redo it, even using the credits again but it won't let me. At the end it says "inicie sesion en career in a year (pause) com para tener informacion sobre como hacerlo"when it should say "ve a career in a year punto com para saber como" These are things that sometimes can't be translated correctly if you don't speak the language, but this is wrong. How can I fix it? Attached is the original and translated file

Ai image to video model incapable of responding to a prompt correctly.  I'm onilne with Mac Mini M4 with Sequoia 15.6.1. --- all videos in screen grab are not correct but there are more in my library and I have deleted some. The degree to which this is failing is pretty high.

I have been very impressed by Firefly...and have produced childrens story books with associated video. All of a sudden I can't produce videos from the images I've created in Firefly...the video command seems to have dissappeared? the only way to produce a video seems to be from the home screen as a written prompt!!! I have wasted most of today trying to fix this...very dissappointed and out-of-pocket from generating trial videos that bear no resembelence to my imagery!!! my plan includes:2,000 CreditsCreate images, audio, video - customize styles and composition

can not download, say can not find the page and all is gone picture to video 

I can't believe I am paying for tecnhology that is behind other AI platforms that are free!!!!!I am wasting credits because I have to reframe and reask for something multiple times, and then give up and manually add the items as I used to. Example: I need to add an element. By the time I am done my prompt liks like this: " Add pumpkins to the selected area, and add pumpkins that are the same size as the pumpkins in the image. Only add pumpkins. Do not add any additional elements." It will add 1 or 2 pumpkins, green fields, baskets..... I asked to add sunflowers and it added a floating human torso with arms and legs sticking out of both ends!!!!! What an abolute joke and waste of money

I just generated a video paying. around 1219 credits, it is still loading and unable to download, i need the avatar video asap for a presentation. please help

The platfrom has stopped shopwing 4 options of the proposed design. Please correct this bug.

 When trying to use adobe firefly we are getting this message:We are using Adobe Pro Edition for education for our users and all functions are enabled.Any idea what is going wrong?

estaba utilizando una funcion de IA de imagen a video, la cual especifica que utiliza 0 creditos generativos, y de la nada me quede sin mis creditos mensuales.

Hi,the credits are not counted correctly - I have 6000 credits and made 3 videos for 750 credits each - and the system put me on 0 credits?? Please double check this for me. THX.

The images are unavailable to download from the history (Firefly/Files). There are entries about them with names, but I can't see images or download them.

Bonjour, firefly ne détecte pas mon micro interne. Sur mon mac, dans le menu préférences systeme puis sécurité et confidentialité, l'application firefly ne figure pas dans le choix d'application ? Merci par avance
