nonosante io abbia un abbonamento adobe, non riesco ad accedere a firefly 

I’m encountering an unusual bug when attempting to download more than two photos simultaneously. After taking the time to create an image library and selecting a group of images for export, the zip file contains all the files, but they appear pixelated and compressed. Is there a way to download all the media without having to compress them into a zip file?

Generated about 6 videos before it stopped letting me download. The video continues to render. It still cost me credits despite me being unable to use it. 

it would be nice if the result of a prompt to generate something was not constantly "try again later". This becomes such a waste of time.

HI there - I am very dissapointed in the high percentage of errors that are occuring when prompting videos on Firefly. I have had a subscription for the past few months but feel as though at least 50% of my subscription cost has not been redeemed due to this error.  

"Can’t access. Sorry, this feature isn't available."Right after signing up with credit card. This is seriously the worst software experience I've ever had with paid software.

Images are not showinghappened after last generation Elements are still there (see screenshot) they just won't loadI have tried refreshing and a different browser This is kind of a concerning if people put hours into ideas only to have them unviewable like this

I simply wanted AI to generate Company logo with tag line Technotopia Solutions LLC — Where diverse talent meets opportunity, and innovation meets results.and below i wanted to mention Workforce & Technology Solutions but the entire time the AI consumed all my credits and didnt execute the prompts correctly and there were huge spelling mistakes. Please help!

Bonjour en fin d'après midi aujourd'hui j'étais à moins de 50% d'utilisation de crédit. Après 10 essais max, l'application m'indique que j'ai utilisé 750 crédit. C'est impossible. Puis je avoir une explication et rétablir mes crédits restant. Il s'agit forcément d'un Bug. merci d'avance

Last week I signed up for the free Firefly trial. I added my credit card details. Only afterwards did I realize it was very limited and I wanted to subscribe to a plan to be able to use it properly. I added my card details again and paid. But it didn't activate in the system... it keeps saying I don't have credits and usage remains limited.

Several people have reported problems with composition references not being followed since the release of Model 4.  I have merged some of those messages here. There have also been reports in the Firefly Discord.   If you are experiencing that problem, please reply to this post and include the reference image you used, your prompt, and whether you were using Model 3 or Model 4.   Thanks,     droopy

I set the camera to static; I put 'stationary camera' in the description and also tried 'static framing'. I can't get Firefly to stop doing a slow zoom in for my generated videos.

aku beli langganan adobe Firefly yg 1 bulan 90k, tapi gak sampe 1 bulan, kenapa ya min? Mohon bantuannya 🙏

On me dit que je n'ai plus de crédits alors que j'ai généré très peu d'images depuis quelques semaines...

Hello.  I have a bug at my end in Firefly.I have used and seen the option Enhance prompt in FireFly image and video generator and since 2 days i don't see that option anywhere anymore.I have asked some other creators (because we are all FireFly Ambassadors) and some see it and some don't.So can you help me to find out why i don't see it anymore and how to get it back in my prompt bar?
