I can't check my image in the gallery. I could see the icon but previews are not loaded and it can't load when I click. Only few recent images can be loaded.

Hi.    When I first opened firefly text toimsge I could upload my own image and manipulate it.     This function then stopped working abd a new box asking me to use a prompt appeared.      I tried re loading a previous manipulated image and it failed to load 

generating image opposite the prompy given !! 

Adobe Firefly Standardグループ版を契約したアカウントにて、「テキストから画像生成」における「一般設定」-「モデル」の選択にて「パートナーモデル」が選択できない。（管理者が、組織でのパートナーモデルの使用を無効にしました。）と表示される。管理者アカウントではパートナーモデルの有効/無効設定の項目は見当たらず、サポートに問い合わせると以下の回答。解決策をご存じの方、教えてください。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーグループ版でのFireflyは割り当されていると、設定せずとも使えるのが正常なのですが、一部の組織で無効になってしまっている場合があるようです。お困りのところ恐縮ですが、一旦AdominConsole内でFireFlyの割り当てを付け直してみたり、時間をおいて再度見ていただくしかない状況でございます。

when trying to generate images on firefly I get an error message sayong "something went wrong" what can I do about it? 

TL;DR When I prompt for something in "cartoon style", it adds weird smiley faces to whatever I prompted for. I used to use DallE for my image generation and one thing I noticed was it always added smiley faces whenever I asked for something in "cartoon style". I started using firefly once I realized it was included in the Adobe suite I was already paying for and I was pleasantly surprised that firefly didn't add these smiley faces. I generated images for many months until a few days ago when I realized that my cartoon style images all started showing weird, awkward, poorly placed smiley faces on pretty much everything I prompted for in "cartoon style". I would love if this stopped. Firefly worked better before whatever update just happened.

Brush not working 

Llevo varios meses utilizando Firefly para crear imágenes. Un tiempo la calidad era impresionante, muy detallada y clara, pero actualmente por más que cambio la redacción del prompt y el modelo las imágenes salen muy mal, algunas a lo lejos se ven bien pero al acercar la calidad es malísima. No sé como solucionarlo, he intentado incluir imágenes de referencia, redactar de distintas maneras, cambiar el idioma, los ajustes y no logro volver a tener esa buena calidad que solia tener antes..

I went to Firefly Ai generative and a Google ad popped up that it wouldn't let me remove unless I clicked ok to say I was older than 18. Then without my consent it projected it's own generative version for me that I didn't want, now the Adobe Ai site doesn't work the way it used to. Terrible.

The image I am using was generated using Firefly but it is giving me the error when I try to create a video with it. How can I use it?

Je prompte une vidéo, et je n'ai aucune changement sur la vidéo, et cela déduit à chaque fois mes crédit alors que j'ai changé les promptes pour être de plus en plus précis. merci de faire le nécessaire

I have tried to create a text to video several times today and it never completes the generation process. It does, however, take the credits off my balance! What is going on and how can I get my lost credits back?

Die Bilder werden im Schnellmodus normal erstellt, sobald man diese dann aber hochskaliert, werden die Bilder entweder gar nicht mehr angezeigt und es läuft dauerhaft diese "Ladeschleier" über das Bild oder aber die Bilder werden nur noch verschwommen geladen.Als Browser nutze ich den aktuellen Edge. Hat noch jemand das Problem oder einen Tipp, wie man das beheben kann?

I paid for the Abdobe Firefly account when I ran out of credits on the free version, after that I kept getting a 400 Bad Request error, I would like to know how to fix this issue.

Bonjour,Je souhaite signaler un problème rencontré sur Adobe Firefly : J’utilise la génération d’audio par IA pour accompagner mes vidéos.Après plusieurs heures de travail à synchroniser la bande son, l’export ne contient jamais l’audio généré.Le son est pourtant bien présent dans l’aperçu avant export.Ce bug entraîne une consommation inutile de mes crédits, alors que le résultat final (vidéo exportée) ne correspond pas à ce qui était prévu.De plus, je suis abonné au service, ce qui rend cette situation encore plus problématique car je paie un abonnement en plus de mes crédits. Pouvez-vous m’indiquer s’il existe une solution de contournement et surtout, est-il possible d’obtenir un remboursement ou un rétablissement de mes crédits perdus à cause de ce dysfonctionnement ?Merci par avance pour votre retour,

Desde hace unas semanas se han presentado errores intermitentes, hoy no me permite crear una imagen a partir de otra que no viola ningún término o condición de la aplicación

Hello I just paid for the 199 for adobe firefly for credits. I canceled the recurring after I purchased the credits that I need however it is still saying that I have no credits can you please help
