Não consigo baixar minha foto 

Encore une fois rien ne fonctionne !!!!! 

I am attach the price chart here that says the price for image & video generation would be so and so. but we have been charged per image 20 credits and per video 130 credits that is extra according to us. please look into this.

Firefly has completely stopped working. No matter how I edit the prompt, i am still unable to get any results. I even logged out of my account and logged back in, and am still getting zero results. Please see screenshot attached for what I see every time i try to generate a new prompt.

Hello, I have since several days a bug on Firefly: it displays a large black square instead of the actual website.I tried:- shift + F5- Using Firefox instead of Edge- Deleting the cookies manually- Disconnect/reconnect I see this error in dev tools : https://p13n.adobe.io/fg/api/v3/feature?clientId=clio-playground-web&meta=true&clioPreferredLocale=fr_FR net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED(or rather hundreds of similar errors) I am in France, in case it has any impact. And by the way, I cannot even cancel my subscription, as the management of subscriptions fails too.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Whenever I try to generate an image on Adobe Firefly, I am not able to download the image after generate it

Vengo tratando de probar la opcion de tradsucir audio y nunca funciona, esta desactualizada quizas? o cual puede ser el problema? alguien puede ayudarme? gracias.

I created an account in Firefly, the free plan. I started generating pictures, but the problem is I cannot see how many monthly generative credits are left; eventually, after making a number of pictures, I received a message I used all available credits and should wait for next month.I read similar posts in the community and followed the instructions (going to https://account.adobe.com  and clicking on the avatar in the top right corner), but there is nothing about the number of generative credits. I tried every entry of the menus, but in vain. What to do?

All of the results that I get relativley close to what I am looking for is super zoomed in and crops the image.

When viewing image Search results in Firefly Boards beta, I'm unable to scroll through the gallery using a Wacom tablet pen.  There is no vertical scroll bar option to grab in either image gallery sidebar or full screen view.  I have to use my laptop's trackpad in order to scroll.  In Chrome browser, Windows 10 Enterprise. 

4186 Credits are left out of 4250 Credits , but after Clicking Generative Credits it is showing by Premium , Can't Understand Please HelpThanks

I have been experimenting and have found that I am getting very similar video productions from very different descriptions. This is wasting a lot of time (and money) in terms of using my credits. Can you assist? Please look at today's creations, and you will see what I mean. Many thanks  Stuart PS - I love the product, but am feeding it money at the moment and not getting the full results I am after....

generation history is lost firefly

I generated examples in the past but now when I click on the "generate video" tab it doesn't show up in the browser. I wonder why as I've used in the pass and I do have the credits available to generate the videos. 

The issue is that no matter what I do I get the something went wrong issue on the text to vector web-app.I'm currently using the web-app that's running Firefly Image 3 on chromeVersion 137.0.7151.41 (Official Build) (32-bit) 

Your AI outcome is totally out from no where. As nowaday 2025 AI tools, totally below standard.After 13 test, reduced 13 credits. That's not acceptable.

I realize Adobe is trying to sunset Firefly 3, but it produces the best images for vector-style illustrations. Unfortunately, Adobe now limits the download size, making the images mostly unusable. 

No matter what I attempt or what instructional video I follow the instructions to your software WILL NOT correctly resize itself to make a YouTube channel banner. No matter how many times it says it is and you keep trying. It just sucks. I'm uttery infuriated and tutorials on Canva keep coming up when looking for more instructions on how to get this turd working properly. Bad job.
