J'ai mis une vidéo créer par mon service pour tester les fonctionnalités de traduction.Après avoir choisir les langues pour le doublage, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi je ne respectait pas les régles.Cette vidéo est assemble plusieures interviews où des personne sen situation de handicap partagent leur point de vue sur l'aspet accompagnement et vie privée en résidence. Comment peut avoir un signalement, s'il n'a pas de langage offensive, ni du contenu innaproprié.Tout ça en utilisant des crédits sans donner des résultats !Version firefly web, traduire vidéo.navigateur safari sur MacBook Pro M3

I get this message "Something went wrong" when trying to generate an image and I am loosing credits as well

I recently watched a webinar where someone demonstrated Adobe's Firefly feature for audio translation. However, when I try to access this feature, I receive the following message:"Can’t access. Sorry, this feature isn't available." Is this feature not widely available? If not, when can users expect to access it?

We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload anotherimage and try again.This was a photograph of my great-grandmother, taken in the 1920's, which I colourised and photoshopped into my modern photograph of where she lived.  There is certainly nothing offensive, not any copyright issues!  I was trying to do a video-generation from the photo. 

where i enter my own prompt for generative fill on firfly there. is no place to do it

I generated multiple videos last night, I went to download them today and they have dissappeared!? Also I had credits left in my adobe firefly video accopunt but they were wiped out and a new month was started, do they not carry over!? I'm going to have to generate them all again now and use more credits, is there any way around this? 

Right now I'm having trouble accesing to firefly image, it says that servers are on its maximum capacity.You can try to divide what we are working on on sessions or folders so it doesn't get to the point where I'm trying to enter the page but can't because "servers are full".Also all generations with structure or style reference disappear and the reloads with only text prompts so I lose everything that I've done before, I think it needs to be resolved asap because now I have in my generations folder a LOT of images that has no context on what I'm working on.Hope you guys can work on that! best regards!.

After generating my images using a reference composition that I uploaded, I used around 150 credits. Then, Adobe Firefly displayed an error message stating that some of the images couldn't be saved. Then, Firefly regenerated all the images without the reference composition I had uploaded and charged an additional 150 credits. As a result, my credits were used, and I am unable to download the initial images I generated. I used Firefly Image 3 on a Mac laptop. Thanks!

Não consigo criar um simples vídeo no firefly "rio poluído com lixo flutuante e espuma química", só aceita um "rio limpo e revitalizado, com águas cristalinas refletindo um céu azul vibrante". Só pode criar videos positivos? Ah alguma limitação na política?

Hi,  Super weird, I did a bunch of prompts and the results were super promising. The problem started when I wanted to upscale an image, then it changed into a photorealistic version, totally different from my image. On the bottom row in the image is like the original.Now when I look at my history/files, almost all of the recent ones have magically changed into something else. Any ideas on how to get them back? 

I signed up for Generative Video but its asking me to sign up again and pay again. Let me know if this is an error?

I have put up a few different drawings, that are 100% nothing wrong with the pictures I could put them in a children's school or a church they are so ok, yet every time the system says there is something that is breaking the guidelines.  Doesn't say how, check the guidelines and it's none of the things listed, so what is the deal?

Seems the app is stuck and won't function.  I was able to subtract one time then not again.

  Bonjour, Je rencontre actuellement un problème d'accès à l'API Adobe Firefly. Lorsque j'essaie d'accéder à l'API, je reçois le message suivant : You don't have access. Your organization doesn’t have access to this feature. Please contact your admin. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support.  Pourtant, je dispose d'un abonnement actif à Firefly Pro+ ainsi qu'à l'ensemble des outils Creative Cloud. Je devrais donc avoir accès à l'API Firefly sans restriction. Pourriez-vous vérifier pourquoi mon compte ne me permet pas d'accéder à cette fonctionnalité et résoudre ce problème rapidement ? Since I purchased the premium credits for creating Image to Video, there are errors and say try it later everytime I try. what happens? 

after clicking the download button, nothing ever actually downloads onto my computer.  firefly 3mac os 14.7.1Chrome Version 134.0.6998.45  After generating an image, it makes 4 samples, click the download button or the download icon. a notification that its downloading pops up but nothing ever downloads or prompts me for where I would like for it to download to. browser shows nothing has been downloaded.  

Crio minha imagem, clico em "aprimorar" e nunca carrega. Parece que o programa entende que o processo foi concluído, mas não disponibiliza para download.
