Hello,I am experiencing a problem on my Mac Studio running Sonoma 14.7.2, with all the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. The biggest problem occurs when using a reference image. After generating 6–7 images, the reference image seems to be removed, even though its icon is still displayed.I noticed that in the past, the cache for Chrome and Safari would grow significantly—over 100 GB—inside the Adobe-related folder in the browser history. Around mid-December, there seemed to be an attempt to address this issue, as we no longer need to clear the history as frequently. However, this fix has led to another significant problem:When accessing favorites or generating new images, the system generates new images instead of showing the favorites. Additionally, the biggest issue is that the reference image is lost after generating new images. It gets deleted after a few refreshes and needs to be reloaded. This is a major inconvenience.Thank you for looking into this issue.

Im Prozess der Hochskalierung ist der Prozess stehengeblieben. Ich habe keine fertig hochskalierten Fotos auf der Seite gesehen und konnte diese natürlich nicht herunter laden.

Recently, rendering of faces in FF seems to have gone sharply downhill, a kind of "giant leap backwards" to more primitive days.   I was testing an innocuous prompt ("Native Americans on horseback, prairie scene") and got some quite disturbing and grotesque "humans" with faces reminiscent of the earliest iterations of FF. I was interested to note that FF web app, Photoshop's Generate Image, and Generative Fill all returned heavily distorted human figures, but Generate on Adobe Stock returned images that were at least not actively offensive. Using "Art" rather than "Photo" improved results in all cases.   This is also the first time I can recall getting results that were actually disturbing to look at. I spend most of the test session giving negative feedback. FF has never been flawless rendering human figures, but I haven't seen anything quite as bad as this in a long while.

Not sure if we are being limited in number of generations or if the team paused it while a bug is being worked out?  Love it so far, very excited to finally have access.  Thank you team for all of your hard work, you are enabling me to produce much more exciting content.  Thank you all so much for the invite as well, can't tell you how excited I was to see it available to me this morning! Paul

No matter what changes I make to the prompts I write, it continues to generate images similar to the first one I created. Even though I change the design type, it still creates the same image. No matter which type of prompt I try, it has started to generate images in the same structure.

No matter how I craft the prompt I can't seem to get a clean shaven portrait of a man. I've tried 5-6 variations on the prompt and get the same result. What is the secret?? (one of the sample prompts) "Hyper realistic, high resolution, super detailed portrait of middle aged and clean-shaven (no facial hair) Caucasian man taken with Canon R3 and 85mm lens outside in Nature with a blurry background." I'm using the new Firefly Image 3 in Safari on a Mac… all current versions.

Where is my image generation history in Firefly?!!?!?!?I created hundreds of images - nowo they're all gone!

Bonjour, Firefly ne prend pas en compte les références stylistiques que je lui soumet. Il crée avec des styles très éloignés de ma référence. Je fais différents essais avec différentes références personnelles de style mais Firefly continue de me proposer des résultats avec son style à lui. Cordialement,

After the video generates and it's doing the playback, it seems to freeze and get stuck at 2 seconds. It happens every video for me now and has been for about two days I would say. The generating the video is working correctly and everything else seems to be fine, that's the only issue I have to report.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, es war bei vielen Bildern kein DOwnload möglich. Beim aktualisieren der Seite wurden alle Bilder neu generiert und mein Kontingent wurde verbraucht, dennoch konnten die Bilder nach wie vor nicht runtergeladen werden. Nun habe ich Bilder, die mir gefallen haben unter Favoriten gespeichert, kann diese aber nach wie vor nicht runterladen.Es ist schade um fast 200 Credits....

todas as imagens com erro, baixa qualidade estetica, foram gastos varios creditos e nada se aproveitou 

When generating a picture in Adobe Firefly I dont have the options to add Effects. You can see in the picture.

Can't view others submissions without prompt suggesting that the application is unavailable.

When the render is at 95% the process does not complete and a render is never finished. Resetting is the only way to try again.  But you need to back out of the app and come back fresh as memory is not flushed, so if you try again the render is not possible as the Generate button is greyed out. No indications the issue is local. I back out of the page and go to another different page or the browser memory keeps the condition. I am changing the prompt to see if it is confused by the specific syntax of the prompt. I have replicated this error a few times from a browser page restart.

I saved several renders under favorites, and when I select the one from the favorites library to upscale, when the next window opens to the Firefly generator, the original render isn't there anymore, and four random renders I did not save are seen. I want to upscale my favorite render!

In my favorites, when I click on "View Samples", this used to take me directly to the sample marked as "Favorite", instead, now, it generates new images instead of bringing me what I clicked on. The new generations are completely different from the sample I wanted to work with (hideous!). How do I access a previous generation, marked as a favorite? 

Why is it that firefly and adobe ai in general is getting worse and worse? it can't generate anything that even resembles reality.

Hola buenos días. He trabajado mucho en unos proyectos, y de golpe, todo mi contenido guardado en favoritos ha desaparecido! Obviamente trabajo desde mi cuenta de Adobe, pero solamente tengo las ideas que hice ayer y hoy.  Meses de trabajo han desaparecido.Alguien me puede ayudar? Hay un límite de elementos guardados? Y aunque fuera así, no deberían haberse borrado, no?Dónde está mi trabajo? Ayuda porfavor!! Gracias

since past few days, Adobe firefly is not generating any image and still with every attempt my generative credit is being deducted. Can you please help solve the issue, why no image is being generated. I have tried different browser too. event there same issue is occuring.

Good Day, Does anyone have ways to go around the "key word/tag errors" for certain tags?  Im trying to come up with concept samples as I work in the haunted attraction and halloween horror/thriller industry.  Certain items that get flagged are causing me issues.  example.  "Male & Female, Men & Women, Man and Woman, etc...", "blood", and a few others. I understand that there are possible problematic words, but is it possible to have a different log in type that perhaps dont have those fail safes?  Not sure.I am aware I may in the minority here for this... but does anyone else have this issue?Thanks in advance!

I have used several AI gens, but I always have more issues getting fingers and hands to look normal on Firefly. Most of my images have come out beautiful, but the hands are disfigured, warped, or have too many or not enough fingers. You have problems with all apps doing this; I am just finding yours to be doing it a lot.

Not sure how or why, But today I am randomly getting new images (of same text promp but think with out reference to sytle image) when I upscale.    I have to open new tab and come back.  Done it 2 times today.  also those 1st generated images are not on the timeline they are replaced by the new ones that where created when I upscaled.      this is only and 1st day this has happened.  Been using for good month now.
