Issue - A sequence that plays properly in Adobe Premiere Pro does not render properly in Media Encoder. It will not render audio when rendering video to H264 using any of the rendering methods or audio settings. It will, however, render the audio if the sequence is rendered to audio only, for example to MP3 or AAC audio. Adobe Media Encoder version number - 25.0, however this has also been the case with previous Adobe Media Encoder versions since about last May. I had a separate bug report for previous versions but it was never repaired. I continued to use the older version. With the 25.0 upgrade to Premiere, and the lack of backwards support to previous Premiere versions of Premiere files, and this still being a problem, I was forced to figure out what the issue was with many trial and error attempts or completely re-edit my video. Operating system - Windows 11 Pro. Adobe Media Encoder ( Version 25.0 Build 54) appears to be writing exclusively to RAM rather than to any of my drives.With 128 GB of RAM, I encounter crashes during the export of large projects as Media Encoder fills the RAM to capacity. Monitoring drive activity reveals high levels of read activity but no corresponding write activity. Towards the end of some of the exports that are being rendered , I noticed very high write speeds from Media Ecoder on any of the SSDs I try to write to but the ram values don't go down and the containers are never closed.  My SSDs are more than capable at writing at speeds much faster than the program can render at.  Why can’t Adobe's software just work?    Windows 10 Pro 64bit - 22H2  OS Build 19045.5198AMD 2950x 128GB Ram at 2667mhz3x 2TB Samsung 970 NVMe , Scratch, Cache, OS 2x Nvidia 2080 SuperNvidia Studio Driver Version 566.14   

 

I'm trying to export a bunch of sequences in premiere through Media Encoder. The videos are the result of digitalizing UMATIC & BETA tapes so they have some frames that are potentially corrupted. When exporting, the queue shows a lot of videos marked as 'Error'. Media encoder is importing .jpg image sequences as a single frame even when "import image sequence" is toggled on in the import dialog box. This works fine with in Media Encoder Beta, but the official build is broken. In the official build, the only workaround is to manually select all the files in the folder (rather than just the first file of the sequence which normally works). This is tedious as the "cmd-a" command doesn't work in the dialog box to allow selecting all files... The problem exists with .jpg sequences... .png appear to work. I didn't try other formats.

 I need to export all the clips in a sequence seaparatley. I can't use project manager because it doesn't apply certain effects to the clips.  I've opted to create a bin with all the clips from my sequence. From there i export them to the media encoder. The problem is by default media encoder sets the suorce range to "Entire Clip" and I have to manually change each export to "Clip In/Out". It won't let me bulk change this export setting and it's not possible through a preset.  This has been posted about many times, is there any workaround, if not can Adobe please provide a better way to export all the clips on your timeline individually. Media Encoder Version 25.0

The latest versions of PPro and AME just constantly show as needing to be updated. Then it takes a full audio plugin scan when opening and then Creative Cloud shows that they need to be updated, again and again and again and again and again and again ...

ich habe ein Problem beim Exportieren meines Projekts aus Adobe Premiere Pro mit dem Adobe Media Encoder, welches aufeinmal auftrat. Bestimmte MoGRT-Elemente (Motion Graphics Templates) fehlen im finalen Export, obwohl diese beim Export direkt durch Premiere korrekt angezeigt werden.Hier sind einige Details zu meinem Setup und den bisherigen Schritten, die ich unternommen habe:Adobe-Versionen: Ich verwende die neueste Version von Adobe Premiere Pro und Adobe Media Encoder. Hi community, Since a few days i cannot export via the Media Encoder. To be precise, I can but the files are said to be offline, while in premiere it's all clean and I can even export from there without any problems. it happened to me in the first place directly after the 2025 update, however I unticked the "import natively" button and it worked. Now the box is unticked and the problem is back. Any suggestion? Working on Macbook pro. Thank you,

Bonjour, Depuis la mise à jour 2025 de AE et AME, il m'est impossible d'exporter en utilisant AME.> Les 2 logociels sont bien de la même version (2025)> en passant par AE la composition n'apparaît jamais dans AME> en passant par AME, un message d'erreur Dynamic Link m'indique que AE2025 n'est pas installé sur mon ordinateur (bien installé, pourtant, puisque je l'utilise).Quelqu'un aurait-il trouvé comment régler ce problème ? J'ai déjà redemarré l'ordi, j'ai déjà desintallé et réinstallé les 2 applis, le problème reste présent.J'utilise un macbook pro M3 avec Sequoia 15.1.Pouvons-nous espérer un futur heureux dans lequel les mises à jour annuelles ne poseront plus de problèmes ? Hello,  The tech specs: App version: 24.6.1Platform and OS: Windows 11 Home - 23H2 I am hoping you all can possibly help me/guide me on the path to fixing this! At my work we use AME connected to a NAS to encode our master videos to various different file/video sizes. Recently however there has been an issue where if a .MOV file is placed in a watch folder AME will encode the file okay, however it will leave the file in the watch folder and will not move it to the source folder.When you go to delete the file, it states that AME is using the file and it cannot be deleted. If you close ME and then reopen it will encode the file again and repeat the above issue. The only way to clear these files from the watch folder is to close ME and then delete it off of the PC that we use to encode.  I found that if you encode the .mov file to the likes of AS-11, it would then encode and be moved to a source folder with no issue. When exporting a list of MP3 files from ME, it sometimes glitches out random Audios.  Which ones' are totally random and have nothing in common that would make a difference. At a random time of the file, it plays again from the beginning. This happens in the same file without skipping to the actual beginning.Example: File is 4:06. At 3:08, it just plays from the start again and stops when the file hits 4:06. The actual file reached 3:08 once and played the first 1:02 again.The source file plays just fine. My process is importing all the files into the queue\trimming the end of some files\setting final file location\applying preset export settings, which include normalization and limiter in the editing category.

Please for thelove of God, someone tell me how to fix this. It makes me itch down to the bone and i can not stand it . This has only started happening after the update

Specifically, the titles of my video files in Russian are being truncated to 54-55 characters, whereas titles in Romanian\English are not being shortened and can exceed this limit significantly.This discrepancy is causing problems with the accurate representation of my content on YouTube. I notice when creating proxies in premeir pro media encoder will open overtop of premeir, but wont seem to be doing anything. this is because hidden behind the media encoder window is a small  pop up window that says "creating proxy jobs" . media encoder wont start the process until this is finished.  I personally have found multiple times ive closed media encoder thinking it wasnt working correctly beause this pop up is appearing behind the media encoder window. if it could somehow pop up in front of media encoder when it opens i feel it may help lessen confusion and make a quicker workflow. 

Hi all,I hope this is the right place to post. Windows 11 Home 64 bitME 2025 build 54Every time I render with ME the CPU utilisation goes up to 100% and it almost eats up all the RAM. Yesterday I was using both ME and PP at the same time when PP crashed. Even after that, the CPU used by ME was 100%. Is there a way to prevent this? I took some screenshots of what's happening while I was rendering a video yesterday, find them below.CPUMemoryGPUProcesses Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi all, I am getting an error whenever I try to select an output directory to save a file to "Adobe Media Encoder.exe has quit unexpectedly" This also happens when trying to import any presets, the program hangs then crashes. If I add a file and let the output go back to the source folder, it works fine. Adding presets to the Encoder Presets folder also works fine. Crashes only seem to occur when asking Media Encoder to browse to a directory. I have unistalled and reinstalled, rolled back to different versions. Removed the Encoder folder from Documents and tried changeing compability setting on the exe all to no avail. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19045 Build 19045 on a HP Z8. Thanks,

I am using Adobe CC since one month on my notebook (operating system: Windows 10 Pro). After the last update of my Adobe Media Encoder (to v25.0), it no longer starts. Only the splash screen is displayed, but without a loading status text. I then uninstalled version 25.0 and installed many of the previous versions (v24.6.3, v24.6.1, v24.6, v24.5, v24.4.1) - one after the other. But even with all these versions I have the same problem. I don't know what to do. It is also surprising that it worked before the first update to v25.0, although I don't know which version it was. But I only installed it at the end of September, so it must have been one of the last ones (v24.6.3 ?).

Hoping someone can help. I have updated to the latest version of Adobe ME 2025. It has however presented me with new bugs whilst using my Ingest Preset. I have to tick both boxes in the settings window to Transfer and copy files to the destination otherwise it won't work, see attached pic. This also copies the sources files to the same destination which is kind doubling up creating more HDD space than needed I also can't create a new one properly. The window looks like the encoding preset window hope there's a solution to this Thanks Cameron  

Cuando exporto un vídeo desde Adobe Media Encoder que he mandado desde Premiere con metadata quemada en pantalla, aparecen varias veces el texto #{nbsp} como pueden ver en la imagen  Cuando exporto directamente desde Adobe Premiere sale bien:  ¿Hay algo que se pueda hacer para evitar que salgan esos datos quemados al exportar desde Adobe Media Encoder? Hi,I used some mogrt templates in my timeline. But when I try to render via media encoder, it cant render pictures. Its like I did not upload any pictures to that template. There is no warnings, just rendering the template without any images.This is premiere This is the same section on Media EncoderMy other settings are visible. I just dont have images. Some other mogrt files are working. Just two of them are not.  

I recently upgraded to After Effects 25.0.0 (Build2) and Media encoder 25.0 (build 54) and I can no longer render anything through AME. I export it from AE, it appears in the queue, I press the Green forward button and it waits about 10 secs and simply says 'failed'The log says"Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted."Spoiler: It hasn't.I have made no changes to my workflow, the video renders as a MOV in Ae render queue fine (which is my workaround and I use 3rd party software to convert and compress)>I'm on an Apple Intel running Sonoma 14.5
