Bonjour, impossible d'utiliser Adobe Character, j'ai l'erreur Ch 25.0x46. J'ai désinstallé, et installé une version précédente, j'ai la même erreur.J'ai supprimé les fichiers : C:\Users\<votre_nom>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Character Animator\25.0C:\Users\<votre_nom>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Character Animator\25.0\MediaCacheça n'a rien changé.J'ai mis à jour la version précédente vers la 2025, pareil. Merci de votre aide.  

im new to adobe, i have the 7 day free trial of all apps subscription. i cannot use the pro mode of character animate even though every time i open the application, it says i already have the subcription. ive tried quitting and restarting both the computer and installment to no avail.

Hi Adobe folks. Here I am again, this time in English, to see if you'll pay attention to me. As I reported in two posts, Character Animate's lip sync is not working. Once again: The playback needle runs, but the viseme freezes. This means that while the audio is playing, the character's image is frozen in a single viseme, instead of changing as the audio words change. What are you going to do about this? I've noticed that it's been a long time since any Character updates have appeared on the platform, which gives me the impression that you don't care much about this software. Well, for me, as a customer, I can say that the software is very important and that I pay a monthly subscription to Adobe to have a good product with me, so if you could give a little attention to your product and your customer, I would be very grateful.

Outro erro que está havendo: O Software trava em um viseme, enquanto a reprodução continua, tanto na velocidade normal do playback/Recording Speed, como numa velocidade menor. Tá impossível fazer um Lip Sync decente. Por favor, reparem esse bug! Obrigado.  

Olá pessoal! Por favor, verifiquem o que está havendo com o Character. O "LipSync" está horrível.  Não estou conseguindo fazer ajustes manuais. O Software não está condseguindo ler todas as letras. A reprodução está atrasada, o que torna impossível corrigir o Lip sync.  A tarefa já era difícil para nós, usuários que não são falantes da língua inglesa, imagine tentar fazer isso com uma agulha de reprodução que pula as letras e sílabas. Por favor corrijam esse problema. Obrigado. 

Hello,I’m having trouble getting Adobe Character Animator to detect my camera. I’m using a notebook that has a built-in camera, which works fine with other programs. I also tried using an external camera, but I keep getting the same message: "Waiting for camera".I’ve already checked and granted all necessary permissions for the camera, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Character Animator, but the issue persists.Could you please help me resolve this?Thank you!

I bought the total Adobe creative cloud. I have quit and relaunched the app multiple times but Character Animator won't open at Pro.  What should I do? 

I am still learning charactor animator rigging, so I haen't been able to figure out the issue on my own, however the base puppet maker template of Cowfolk appears to have an issue with recording dragging.recording dragging of the head records fine, but recording the dragging of the arms, despite moving on screen during the recording process, do not play back the animation. See attached screen recordings.

My Adobe Character Animator application does not open, giving the following error message: Unable to create AGM font ("Adobe Clean UX" - Bold"). I did several searches and found nothing about this error. As a result, the application does not even open. is booting. Does anyone know how to help me?

Hello ! I have this error code which appeared when i was working with body tracking and fisrt working on it i disable triggers behaviors and i wanted to enable again when i was content with my body tracking and this code appear and since the scene cannot load evant if i disable again behavior triggers. I have Version CH 25.2x85 on Windows 11

Been live streaming character animator using obs and ndi tools for years and suddenly it seems like Character animator is no longer found as a source on my NDI tools. I have Mercury Tranmit checked and the NDI output box checked but still get nothing in NDI. I have reinstalled both programs mutiple times I have the NewTek_NDI_Transmit and NewTek_Import_SpeedHQ files in my Adobe Medicore plug-ins I have also deleted them and reinstalled them and still no luck.  

Just went to open a few files from a project I wrapped at the end of last year and every single one is giving me a libgit2 error in every version of CH I try. They are all local files and have always been. I only copy backups to the cloud. I did move the files to an archive folder about a month ago, but still local. So I'm not sure why anything would've changed if the files were never even opened. I tried renaming rope files in the data folder as another post suggested, but no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks! 

Hallo,ich wollte mit Ch gerade einen eigenen Charakter animieren. Laut der Adobe Hilfe kann man sowohl Illustrator, wie auch Photoshop Dateien importieren.Das ist mir leider nicht möglich. Es werden bei "Importieren" überhaupt keine Dateien angezeigt, obwohl die Auswahl auf "alle Formate" steht. Ich habe jetzt mehrfach die Adobe-Anleitung durchgelesen und komme einfach nicht dahinter, warum das nicht funkioniert.

I'm guessing Character Animator doesn't have the same languages and lip sync model as Adobe Express. The latter worked wonders for me for many months. I just record my Tagalog voiceover, then upload it to Adobe Express' Animate from Audio. My resulting character gives me a perfect lip sync prolly 95% of the time.And so I decided to use Character Animator to create different characters but to my disappointment, the compute lip sync with or without transcript is significantly worse. How can the paid app be worse than the free one?

Version 25 is incompatible with my PC. I've successfully rolled back Premier via 'Other versions' from the creative cloud interface. HOWEVER for Audition and Character Animator the option is not there.!! (I only get options for 'explore tutorials' and 'support community' on the interface). Can some kind soul please tell me where to find downloads of other versions of Audition and Character Animator? Can someone please post a link or links. I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber and have been using it and paying for it for years.

Hi guys I finally figured out the culprit behind these bugs that make Character Animator unusable. This issue is common with After Effects and Adobe Animator. If you have anything on Dropbox, it causes issues with the files so they're best saved locally. After Efects files won't save until the file is completely synced, and Character ANimator just doesn't work at all. Hope Adobe fixes this as it's been persistent for the past couple years.

im trying to use CA(character animator) but the record tab is a all black screen and im very confused i just updated it 

I have not used Character Animator much, though it is included in my subscription. This past week or so, I ran updates. While I'm not sure what audio formats were previously supported for pre-recorded audio, but I'm on a Mac and m4a audio isn't supported? Seems like a face-palm moment for the #1 most common audio format on Mac to not be supported. These files are greyed out when selecting "All Supported Formats" and the pulldown only shows AIFF, MP3 and WAV. WTF Adobe?!?! Version 25.0 Build 46 on MacOS 15.3.1 (MacStudio / Apple M1)

Hi,As the subject line states, it is taking about 15+ minutes for Ch to open. It hangs on "Initializing MIDI". This was not an issue before most recent update or two. I do not have a MIDI controller connected. I do have a USB audio device (Scarlet18i20) that has not caused this issue in the past, I've been using it for several years with Ch as well as a camera (GH4) plugged in HDMI>USB webcam cable. Why would the opening process hang on that instance? The caveat: My machine is an enterprise machine, could this be a permissions issue?However, I do not have this issue with any other Adobe application we use with our enterprise account. Thanks in advance for any ideas on what this might be.-Andy

Unable to create a new project in any folder other than Documents. The Documents folder doesn't work as a project location at my company because they have it as a shortcut folder to our network drives which has file locking security that cannot be bypassed. This causes new projects to only get half created due to the locking and scanning taking place while new files are being created. One work around we've found is to sign completely out of character animator with a session already open and this seems to cause the files to migrate but the success is hit or miss and is not 100% effective. Why can't New Project location be selected rather than only defaulting to an unusable location for our corporate environment?

ver:25.0OS: Win 11Expected result: 1) Lip sync fail from transcribe actually shows you WHERE it failed2) dictionary with exhaustive list of proper nouns3) Better with slang and accentsActual result: 1) Places error at the very beginning of track which is of no help.2) Clearly doesn't recognize some proper nouns like Panera Bread3) Bad with slang and accents I am on the newest version of CA 25.0 and when I try to improve visemes with transcribe + audio and when I get a "compute lip sync failed' error, it always places the marker at the very beginning of the track. It never places it where the error occurrs, so I have to go through the extreme tedium of having to split the track into a million pieces and test each piece. It's truly ridiculous.  In my most recent issue, I tested EVERY part of the following sentence "kind of reminds me of a tiny panera bread" and had to change it to "kine uh reminds of a tiny pan era bred". I’m working on a character design, and I’ve run into a problem when creating a draggable handle for the arm. As shown in the attached images, when I move the arm into the scene, it doesn’t behave as expected—there seems to be some distortion.Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it? Could it be an issue with the rigging, weight painting, or the pivot point of the draggable handle? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Character Animator app does not solve the problem.Previous .ia files I used in ealrier (pre-2023) versions now will not import into Character Animato; the files are greyed out.  I created a test ellipse in Illustrator 2023 and saved it in Illustrator CC (legacy) format and it also would not import.
